I have been seeing Linda for several years and could not be more pleased! She has done a wonderful job analyzing my skin and personalizing product recommendations. Her professionalism is evident and I appreciate the way she continues to monitor any problem areas and make adjustments. After a facial with Linda, not only does my skin look great but it is so relaxing I feel as if I’ve had a “mini vacation”!

My facial with Michal was amazing! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable through the entire facial. She explained what she was doing during each step. I haven’t had many facials so I was pretty nervous and she made me feel so warm and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Michal!!!

I have been going to Linda for the past several months and highly recommend her services! I had never really had facials before and wasnt sure what to expect, but my skin has never looked better. Dark spots are disappearing, the texture is better and I am receiving lots of comments from friends wondering what I have been doing! I started here years ago and liked the place. Then things changed for the worse. They stopped answering phone calls and instead make you leave a voicemail and will call you back when they feel like it. Be prepared to play phone tag for days to make an appointment. Isnt your full time job to sit around waiting for them to call you back? What a joke. The once you finally get to schedule, good luck getting in anytime soon. If you have any urgent, definitely dont go here!

I had very little wait time and everyone that helped me was was kind and knowledgeable

This was my first time here and I would say my overall experience was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and got me through the check in process in a matter of minutes. I was a little annoyed as I was early to my appointment but then had to wait to get called back. Once back I continued to wait for the doctor. Once we got started I was in and out in minutes, which was nice. One thing I found confusing was the name on their front door doesnt match the sign from the street. I had to ask if I was in the right place. Apparently the management companys name is on the door so dont worry when you see it. The picture I attached is to show that they do specials here. Not sure if this is the only one they do or if there are more.

Place is great! Jackie is such a knowledgeable and very sweet lady! Also a babe! Definitely will be back!

Avoid this “business” unless you like getting billed for them to tell you it will be 3 months before they can actually have a doctor see you. These scam artists billed my insurance for over $200 (and a $30 copay) to glance at a sebaceous cyst for 1 minute. Iowa Dermatology just down the road is a much more reputable place to do business with, and the staff is actually friendly.

This place is amazing, I received the most polite and thurough care , they even followed up when I had returned home and sent my prescription to a local facility.Thank you Marie Kresse!

I had Xtrac treatment but it was not covered all the places that I have problem.

Seth and the staff at Heartland are great! Everyone from the check in staff to the nurse who answers phone calls to Seth the PA are everything you would want in a healthcare provider.

I thought that they have a nice staff and have a decent wait time. Marie Kresse is very knowledgeable a nd thorough in my opinion.

The last two encounters I have had with two different staff members at the Skin and Wellness side of things has been unpleasant. They are cold unfriendly and for what you spend for services not worth dealing with them. I rated three stars just because my first time I had been there one of the ladies had been real friendly and helpful. But I havent seen or spoken to her so not sure if she is still there.

I use this office. They provide a very important service. It is expensive, but the alternative is not a happy thing to think about. I appreciate them. I am very happy with my services here.

Ive been going here since I was a child. Excellent staff and care. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Customer service was terrible. You never actually talk with anyone but leave messages that go unreturned. I purchased 3 treatments and only had one. I requested that my only treatment be pro-rated and return my money. Seems fair and logical. The manager, Janet Hill, said no. She said the only thing she could do was schedule an appointment for me (which seemed below her to do). She was rude and unprofessional. Want proof? Just call the number and wait for someone to call you back!

Unfortunately, the negative comments are true. Rude, off-putting staff that made us feel super rushed and uncomfortable to even ask questions and weren’t very informative.

Tried to see them in Pella. Front desk was busy with her computer, but stopped to give me the usual paperwork. Nurse who took me back to the exam room was rude during questions, so I did not stay for consult with doctor. I would never go back based on the staff, regardless of the quality of the doctor.

I didnt find them very knowledgeable or helpful about my issues.

If you can put up with the rude staff, 45 min wait and manage seeing a mediocre yet condescending doctor, you can count on this office.
