Everyone here is very friendly. They achieved my goals that I wanted. The food was delicious. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and there was not one thing I asked that wasn’t answered. Even the housekeeping staff was great. I loved that I had a private room, and the room and floor was cleaned everyday, as well as the trash taken out. The therapists were knowledgeable and hands on. The therapy sessions are usually around an hour. The nurses are very personable and I was able to joke around with them. The call lights were answered promptly. I like the board in the room with the updated date and therapy schedule. The transition home will go smoothly because they’ve assisted in making arrangements with home care and making sure I have all I need, like phone numbers for doctors etc. The facility is very beautiful and comfortable and they have a really nice area outside.

As a former patient, the only word I can find to describe this place is Awesome. The doctors, nurses, and physical / occupational therapist are all very friendly, professional, and show slot of care and support for their patients. If I have to go back to a Rehabilitation Hospital, it would definitely be here.

I have been a patient here 3 separate times, And every Single visit has been absolutely amazing from the nursing staff to the physical therapists the occupational therapists the rehab techs the CNA’s and the cafeteria employees.These individuals give it their all. Every single one of them. I cannot thank you enough.

After nearly a two week stay, I am ready to go home thanks to the staff at Mercy Rehabilitation Center. The Occupational Therapy and the Physical Therapists are top notch. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and most importantly they make sure you are ready to physically go home. Katie, Corine, Derek, L.L., and so many more therapists that helped with everything from simple household chores to important lifesaving physical techniques to learn and use for a lifetime.The nursing staff; caring, knowledgeable, and humorous when needed. Helping hands, caring hands, and knowledgeable about meds and dosing. Many have become friends through tears and laughter.

The level of care provided by the professionals at MercyOne Rehab Hospital in Clive, Iowa is second to none. The Physical therapists, Occupational therapists and speech therapists were passionate specialists that focused on helping me achieve my goals during my stay. The nurses and CNA’s had my back and worked tirelessly to keep me safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend that stroke survivors begin their recovery at this facility.

MercyOne Rehab provided the most comprehensive plan for my recovery following a bicycle accident. The OT and PT staff was thorough, inventive and helped me problem solve for my health, well being, and daily activities. I never dreamed that I would need these types of services and was in awe of all they had to offer me. The nurses and CNAs provided in room comfort and concern whenever needed. For nearly a week I was in a one to one program where I needed to be fed because I had broken both of my elbows. I couldnt believe it, when one day chatting with the person feeding me I discovered she was actually the CEO. What a stellar organization that leads from the top down. Everyone at this facility is focused on patient care and growth. I would highly recommend MercyOne Rehab to anyone who needs their services. I am better now having been there and am optimistic about my development moving forward.

Its a very nice building. You can have one person visit a day which is very nice and can help your attitude while having a person to talk to. All of the technicians were nice. Most of the time the food was good.

MercyOne Rehab hospital- having been a patient here twice, it’s been a very pleasurable experience. I was able to work with physical and occupational therapists, Rehab techs, CNAs, nurses, and administration that were attentive, and very nice people. They work hard to accomplish your goals and help make your life better. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who has any kind of rehabilitation needs.

My experiencewas very good. It is a great facility and everyone that I had contact were exceptional. I feel that going there helped me recover sooner. I highly recomend this facility.

This is a good place to be if you need to have rehab. Ive been to about 4 or 5 different rehab facilities and this is the best one.

I was admitted here after a bicycle crash that resulted in my pelvis being broken in 3 places and a broken thumb. I was nonweightbearing on both sides of my body. I had no idea what to expect when I was transferred here but I can’t say enough good things about this rehab hospital. The confidence I found going home, the things I learned that my broken body could do, the cleanliness, The outdoor therapy garden, the rehab. But most importantly the staff. Every person I came across in my 8 day stay here has their heart in their job. I am so thankful I was able to recover here!❤️. I went from a broken body in a bed when I got there to someone who was able to use a platform walker and wheelchair by herself.Rehab is a mindset too. I was determined to learn anything and everything therapists were willing to teach me! Thank you to each and every person who works here! I appreciate you all!!

This place has outstanding service. Everyone that works here is incredible, from the people that clean the floors to the kitchen staff, especially the therapists and all my nurses and PCTs. My Speech therapist Rachel helped me work on my swallowing goals to get back to eating regular food. My Occupational therapist, Matthew is a great worker and pays fine attention to detail, he is creative with his therapy sessions. Allison is my my Physical therapist. I love the way that she paid such good attention to my walking pattern and how I can improve. She doesn’t take no for an answer and she pushes me to go far beyond what I think I could do and I’m so thankful for that. Rachel, the Rehab Tech has a great positive attitude and assists with therapy sessions. The rewarding feelings after accomplishing new goals gives me positive outlook and leaves me with feelings of joy and hope for my recovery. I looked forward to my therapy sessions everyday! The support of my PCTs Brandi, Nicole, Danyelle, Kiley, Jackson, Karli and many more has been outstanding! Nicole Straube especially helps me with all my hygienic needs and grooming and occupational tasks in my room and has been major support since day 1, going beyond her call of duty! The kitchen staff, David, Shannon, Lily, and Julia have done a great job putting love in my belly and the food is outstanding and served with lots of love. Thank you to Kelsey the dietician for being supportive and teaching me how to eat self sufficiently. She uses outside the box ideas (ghetto chef ideas). Michele, Chris and the rest of the cleaning staff have given me a lot of fan support and encouragement when they see me in the facility. By the grace of God I met some really awesome people during my recovery at this hospital and I just praise Jesus for it. I even like the germs on the floor of this place, they get cleaned with love. At the end of the day, I’m not much but I’m all I got. I love what I am and love what I do. I’m doing better than I ever was if I ever was doing any better, if I was doing any better than that I would think I was in heaven. I wanna give a final shout out to Barb Flickinger for inspiring me about a bible college I want to attend, and my nurse Lisa Sweet for taking care of me with the treats she makes. Shout out to my Vietnam style triage nurse, June. My nurses Danielle and Katesha were my religious support system, gave me lots of positive support and encouragement!

My experience here has been very good and positive. They encourage you a lot and it makes you want to do the best you can.

I was admitted on April 5, 2019 and discharged on April 20, 2019.I was recovering from diabetic ketoacidosis and the PT, OT and ST was great!I thought the first few days I was going to die but it was because I had a long way to go! I made it and I would recommend Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital to anyone who needs inpatient rehab!

I was impressed with all the therapist I worked with.I was unable to successfully go go home after my stroke so the rehab hospital worked perfectly for me.

Good care for patients, good response to situations, clean and sanitary environment, nice staff, and good service. The nurses took care of a family member of mine quickly for a serious situation.

Very poor service and lack of interest. You have to wait four hours for someone to come and examine the patient. It was the worst experience ever.
