We are up in the air about this one. I will give it a 4 as the provider explained something well. You wonder why a little device cost so much when so many people who are elderly need them. Life through some really tuff breaks this device keeps a lot of people who cant afford it in isolation. They are sometime to embrassed to let you know they have a problem with hearing, which leads also to depression. What a life

Very friendly and professional at the same time. Even though my hearing aids dont enhance all situations, there was no pressure for me to upgrade. I would recommend to anyone.

Despite multiple requests, they continue to send marketing materials to my mom who died 5 years ago. It’s insensitive and poor administration. No, she doesn’t want a hearing test - she’s dead.
