My wife and I have had insurance coverage for our house, vehicle, toys, and an umbrella for a number of years with a top insurance company. Tina is absolutely great. I had never used an insurance agency before just because I didnt understand how it worked and thought it would cost me money to have someone do the hard work for me. What I instead found is that they make the whole confusing, convoluted process of insurance so incredibly easy I wish I had always used them. The prices are unbeatable for every insurance broker or direct insurance companies that I have spoke to in the past nothing beats the prices I pay through absolute. Also the fact I am able to pay for a full year every year and not have to do 6 months makes it much better and convenient for me. I wish i could have had Jeff for my agent as he was the best getting me in the door, and even told me to revisit the insurance in feb as it will be lowered because my accident record will drop. Then i got Thad, oh boy this was something else. I was told to call back as my rate will not change! Trusting the agent i called back in march, once again told to wait until April.So for the heck of it, I googled and got a quote that was 1/5of what i was paying when Thad kept on telling me that it will not get lowered!In short, I had to call multiple time to get him on the phone plus he does not have the right information. During all this, Thad told me to call DOT for information on what other agents knew in minutes. Well i did call DOT and on hold for about an hour, etc.Now, once again, I cancelled the insurance with absolute and he did not cancel my insurance! Only my home owners insurance! Wow! So once again, i have to call over and talk to other people to get in on the phone to ask why am i still getting on the bill, and he tells me the insurance company didn’t cancel my auto insurance!Wow.Okay today i got my refund as my insurance was supposed to be cancelled right after my payment!I’ve got a check for $5!Wow once again.Sent email no reply, at this point i just want to say I give up and I am not sure how i am the only one here with this review. Hence the review!I’ve got to say Jeff was pretty amazing and i’ve thanked him multiple times when i got insurance from him.Maybe I am just new to town, but if this happen in New York City, you will know about this one way or the other.Maybe I might need to contact BBB.Well here is my story, i hope someone looks at this.PS.
