So incredibly thankful for Dr. Tammy + the Birthwell team! Since becoming pregnant, and dealing with some symptoms of all the body changes, I truly feel like Dr. Tammys care has helped me tremendously. My nerve pain has gone from something that kept me up at night, to something that is now definitely manageable due to regularly scheduled adjustments, and additional follow up care that has been suggested to me -- i.e. daily stretches, wearing a Serola belt whenever possible. I have noticed significant improvements personally, and feel that I have her care and guidance to thank! I would definitely suggest Birthwell to anyone, at any stage in their pregnancy -- the earlier you start, the better! I know this care will also be pivotal in my birth experience, and helping me achieve the outcomes and experience I am looking for. Long story short -- Schedule the appt, wear the Serola belt!

Birthwell is the appointment I look forward to the most! The environment is both peaceful & vibrant as soon as you walk through the doors (and take off your shoes). Youre given practical tips each time. I was a little nervous the first time that I wouldnt be able to relax enough, but they walk you through each step. It has really helped me prepare for birth. HIGHLY recommend. 💓

Through my last two pregnancies I had terrible back pain, and Dr. Tammy helped me so much that I was actually comfortable by the end of each pregnancy! We love Tammy! She helped me stay healthy and strong through a twin pregnancy and helped those little ones stay in to almost full term. Love this place! I have 5 very active boys who are usually outdoors, sometimes resulting in injuries. Both doctors take it in stride and help get them back on their feet. I am especially grateful for their knowledge not just in backs, but elbows, ankles, and shoulders. While otherwise my only option might be urgent care and tylenol, instead I can hop them over to Birthwell for a thorough examination and adjustments that get everything back in proper working order with suggestions to aid natural healing to boot!

Dr. Tammy and Dr. Nicole are brilliant chiropractors that have been adjusting me and my wild & crazy crew of kids for about 6 years now. They have excellent bedside manner, and they care genuinely for me and my family. They have helped us through minor bumps & bruises-type falls and injuries all the way to more serious injuries. I have been seen regularly through three of my six pregnancies and am convinced of the benefits!

During my pregnancy, I was experiencing awful hip pain that felt like a charlie horse, especially at night while trying to sleep. I would get out of bed frequently and had to walk around for relief, only to be woken by it another hour or two later. Late in my second trimester, I started seeing Dr. Nicole. My pain lessened and I might be one of the few women that were largely more comfortable during my third trimester than my second. I highly recommend Birthwell. It is such a warm, inviting atmosphere and I will certainly continue my visits!

Amazing care during my pregnancy and now for postpartum as well! They also have done a great job adjusting my newborn to improve his latch and digestion. Also, if you ever have issues with clogged ducts, go get yourself a breast ultrasound here!

I personally have been going to Dr. Tammy for over 14 years. This past year I was pregnant and she did a wonderful job during my pregnancy and afterwards. She is extremely knowlegable and does an excellent job at answering any of my questions. She and her staff are wonderful and very professional. I always feel like I am in good hands and taken good care of!

Both providers are knowledgable, caring, and comprehensive in their treatment. Dr Tammy helped me through my pregnancy and concurrent lumbopelvic pain.
