Absolutely love going here to get a facial or massage with Lisa. She is so amazing. First time every getting a facial and a massage. Highly recommend going here. She gave me samples that helped my skin so much that I went back and got the products to keep using. My oldest daughter even says my face is getting better.

I got there early and did some shopping and let the cashier know that I was there. I waited another 20 minutes and then decided to see if I could go sit down and wait. The woman in the hair salon asked what I was there for and I told her and said the name of the person doing my hair. She said it was her and she didn’t even know that she had an appointment at 2:30. So she said if I could wait for just a little while longer and she could get her area cleaned up. I waited another 15 minutes and I saw her going in and out of rooms in the back. It was very strange. And then I asked the woman in the front of the store why she wasn’t ready for me at 2:30 and of course she didn’t know because she just got there. No apology no nothin. So I waited a little while longer and she was still going in and out of rooms in so I got up and left. Very weird. Also, what has happened to this younger generation where they think they can dress like it’s their day off! Jean short shorts! I don’t get it. I also noticed that all the poor reviews get no response. Only the good reviews.

I always have a great experience when entering this store!! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The Manager Ashley went above and beyond to help me find the best product for what I needed. You can tell she cares about her store, the staff and especially the customer!! The store is always well kept and super clean and I always feel welcomed when I’m there!

Great and friendly employees especially a young girl with blue hair! I love their liter sale and mascara sales! Also their salon service is amazing. Never thought such a small place would have so many options. Definitely recommend them for shopping and salon service.

I love coming here for the liter sale! All the products are great. Wish they didn’t get rid of too faced makeup. Some of the ladies that work here at the register are either really nice or kind of stuck up. They just vary. Over all I keep coming back because the liter sale!

I had a great experience with Martia! She was really good at listening to what I wanted for my haircut and explained everything she did as she went along. I am super picky about exactly how I want my layers to fall, etc. and she nailed it! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Would usually give a 5 star review but after my trip into the store today i was very disappointed. The cashier who helped me was Katie, I needed a few opinions on the products I was purchasing but she was less than enthusiastic when answering. I could tell as soon as I walked up to the register that she didn’t want to help me. They carry great products but if you decide to shop here avoid this cashier at all costs customer service was unacceptable!!!!!

Used to give free gifts with purchase and have friendly, helpful staff. Even after getting a horribly crooked haircut by a matter stylist, I still came back for products. Found out they no longer carried what I wanted from an employee whos attitude left a lot to be desired. Then my last visit was on black Friday, drawn in by a good add. They didnt have anything I wanted, the store was a mess, and only two people working with a line out the door. It will be my last visit.

When out shopping with a couple girlfriends on a Friday afternoon. Stopped out of the blue and Paige had time to cut mine & a girlfriends. She was very nice and did a great job. She is a bundle of fire, which I love in a stylist. This salon does price in tiers so make sure you know what you will be paying for the stylist they pick for you.

Danyelle is a gem and did a great job on not only my hair and my four year olds hair. I checked out bought a bottle of lotion and we walked around checked out some products. I was thinking about buying some make up when one of their sales lady walked up to me for the fourth time in 15 minutes what I was doing. Not if I needed help. Not if I was looking for something specific.I went to give a friend business. I left as soon as my ride arrived instead of purchasing more. Ive never felt that way shopping before, like a thief, or a pest. My daughter is very well behaved as well.. I touched more than she did. I didnt enjoy that it kind of made me uncomfortable. I spent a lot a tipped well and felt as if I was ran out of beauty brands :((Sorry Danyelle, your great and all the stylists and all other sales people were very nice.)

For brides looking to book hair and make up...I would recommend going somewhere else or hire a freelancer.The artist I had do my hair was wonderful, BUT the staff managing the floor and handling bookings were poor at their service. Due to miscommunications on their part, they left me scrambling for a make up artist ONE WEEK before my wedding!I truly believe they deal with disappointed customers regularly, because with my situation one week from my wedding, they made me feel ignored and unappreciated. I would strongly suggest for brides and wedding party to take their business else where.

Went here to have 12 inches of my hair cut off so that I could donate it. I made the appointment two days ahead of time. When I got there, they had no record of my appointment, even though the lady at the receptionist desk remembered talking on the phone with me and scheduling my appointment. She tried to tell me I could come back in a few hours and theyd have an availability, but the only times they could get me in conflicted with my afternoon classes. Luckily, one of their male stylists came in during the middle of my arguing with the receptionist and offered to cut my hair quickly before his next appointment. Unfortunately, he did no have time to style it because the receptionist pulled him away from me for his next appointment (he was very nice and apologized that it looked messy and incomplete). I left with a terrible cut and, worst of all, they forced me to pay full price. I was just glad to get out of there with my donation in the end.Highly do not recommend. Service is awful and they are overall rude and inconsiderate to their clients.

This store is a nightmare!9/1/2018 I went to this location for a color, cut, and deep condition. I left after the color and did not finish my cut.The problems:1.) 1 employee based makeup suggestions by how well it covers up the fact that she comes to work hungover sometimes. Her name begins with A.2.) Many dont like their boss and make it known. They speaking in large groups about it while customers are near. For long periods of time. 20+ minutes.3.) They gang up and yell at customers who ask why they are speaking about their boss in front of customers. I wasnt rude about it. I just told them it wasnt appropriate to know the deep details of their disgust and plans to gang up on their boss when she returns from vacation.4.) 2 employees yelled at me about it in front of other customers at the cash register. One being A from problem 1 and the other being the shift manager L.5.) 1 of the employees from number 4 and another one (name E) tried to convince me not to escalate, speak to corporate, or their manager about the issue. They said I would make their job harder and that I would say things that werent true. There were several customers watching this encounter. My stylist had to come out so they would stop yelling at me so I could leave the building.6.) I called customer service and emailed a long detailed description to them. I was told the GM or the DM would call me within 48 hours.7.) The stylist who was doing my hair has since resigned because the other employees verbally assaulted her. An off duty shift manager came back into the store that day to tell the stylist she is the b word and they all hate her.I let A, E, and L know I cut my appointment short because of them.I tried to do the appropriate private actions of talking directly to the company but since they choose not to even apologize outside of the customer service representative I am making my story public. Be careful at this location.

The one-star review below was identical to mine a few months ago. Went to look around for new makeup and was ignored by the staff there the entire time. They werent busy either, just one other person looking around. Not very welcoming and definitely dont recommend.

Absolutely amazing service!! I had no idea they had a full hair salon, facials, and an amazing nail tech!!!

They are extremely rude to their customers. Whenever I would look around they would stare me down and make me feel uncomfortable. When I tried to ask for help they just continued talking to each other and ignored me. As I was testing some makeup products, one of the sales associates ran up to me and snatched the product from me and began disinfecting it like I had some sort of disease. My final straw was when I asked to make an appointment at the salon, and the woman said they would go back and make me an appointment but I guess her shift was over because she just completely ignored my request and left the store. I have never been treated so horribly by sales associates in my life. Do not shop here!
