I wanted to contact my local branch for more questions about a job they had posted, before putting in an application. When calling. I found out they go through a third party call center. Call center refused to put me through to the local branch. To ask questions about the job, without putting an application in first. After telling the lady that it’s not very professional. She decided to hang up on me. They won’t be making any money off of me.

Had me sign waivers for a drug test just to ask me to do a different one. One ,dont think thats legal. And two, as long as you didnt do crack,meth,and or alcohol within 8 hours youre good to go. Ridiculous...

I give them 0 stars. The people that work their are horrible. I hope they have better working people in that office in the future. No one ever calls back even if you leave them a voicemail. They are horrible.

Came all the way from jellico to get told I wasn’t qualified to get a job. I recommend going thru express or job shop. ResourceMFG is a load of trash!

Update 6/18/18: So it been almost 3 years since I was assigned the proper temp-to-hire facility, MARRc, a walk away from this agency. Long story short, the warehouse had to lay off about half off its staff, including myself in order to stay open. They had to hire a whole new corporate staff and make drastic changes that angered the other half of the employees that remained.My supervisor for ResourceMFG is April S, and I can tell through text messages that she is getting fed up with failed drug testers and mediocre employees. A lot has changed in three years. The Express Angency down the road may also be a threat to her job.I also learned that it is a better decision for benefits and pay to contact the assigned company directly to see if they have openings outside of the agency. This is kinda tricky because if you go behind ResourceMFGs back, they cannot work with you again for 365 days-- like quitting a job anywhere in Tennessee.--------------------------------02/2015 - They were able to get me hired on the first job they suggested. Ive never had a hiring recruiter before, and based on my experience, I dont see why everyone uses their services.
