The staff at woodlands has been great to work with in assisting us with transporting our elderly parent from hospital and setting her up for rehab. They guided us through the entire process. Could not be more pleased.

So much love having the privilege to work here with these beautiful hearts. Very professional and hard workers. I would recommend anyone here that wants their loved one taken care of and can most definitely make them smile. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5

If I could say no stars, I would. The front desk is horrible, the CNAs here are extremely rude, and they were very disrespectful to my loved one and family who visited. They are not efficient at all and the nurses will easily let a patients wounds become infected due to not cleaning and changing dressings properly as they should. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone with a sick relative, especially if they cant speak and/or bedridden.

On, July 24, 2016, my father died at the Woodlands Rehabilitation Center in Clinton, MS. I knew, the minute I walked into that place(Upon his arrival) they were not fit to care for my father. There were people in and out of wheel chairs(At least 30 wandering the hallways with loud noises). He was placed in a room where the other patient was out of his mind, screaming, talking to him loudly). My father was sick and I felt the hospital(Dr Alon, Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS, released him from the hospital too early. We met with her on a Thursday. She stated she was sending him to rehab as early as Monday. So, we went out looking, trying to secure a place for rehab. She released him within the hour after us meeting with the first rehabilitation center, Woodlands. We felt we at least had til Monday for his body to strengthen.THIS PLACE WAS IN NO WAY EQUIPPED TO CARE FOR HIM.The Woodlands was informed by Dr. Alon of his weakness. He needed immediate care and was not seen by the Dr. for hours without his feeding tube and other essentials. My father died within 36 hours of being in that facility. What upsets me is the nurses EXPLAINING he died in his sleep. I could tell they were not being truthful, especially, Ms Ramsey. My dear father was lying there, with his hospital gown on backwards. From June, when he was admitted, I stayed with my father at least 80% of his time hospitalized.I asked the nurse, Did he not get up to use the restroom around 2:30-3:00 PM(Each night like clockwork, hed attempt to get up which was prohibited for his safety). The nurses would come in and consoled him, explaining the safety precautions needed. My father was a gentleman and respected everyone(The good old boy way). She stated, No, he has been asleep, since I came to work at 12:00 AM. According to the records, this did not happen. On August 24, 2016, my mother received a call from an employee stating they were there when it happened and she could not hold in what happened any longer. She states 2 men came in and mishandled my sick father by improperly restraining him causing a heart attack, whereas, he died. I am needing proper records and videos of what actually happened. The records sent to us have not corresponding to the Nurses story that night

My husband stay has been 5 star according to him. He has been pleased and satisfied with the whole staff and so have I. Any problem or concerns arises they have corrected and or remedied the problem with a swiftness. However, the food he says is fair or somewhat descent.

My daughter and I was visiting my from out of town to see my uncle. He put his call light on and could not get assistance within 10 minutes. Staff kept walking by the room without stopping to see if he needed help. I had to stop someone and the young lady act like she didn’t want to come in the room. We also heard housekeeping yelling down the hall to staff “what do they want now!” as she was walking down the hall. This is unacceptable! There were other things I found such as broken blinds that need to be replaced. His NEB TX mask was not bagged as it should have been. My cousin informed me she have yet to hear back from the Administrator after leaving several messages.

My familys experience with Woodlands was very good. They took wonderful care of my grandmother after a broken hip, and a year later they took care of my mother for the same reason. And my mother is not the best patient. It was clean, the staff was friendly and available. And it didnt stink like pee, like most nursing homes do.

This place is horrible. I really wish we had gone somewhere else. No one should put their loved ones in this place. My MIL has only gotten worse since she’s been there and only been a few days. The nurses are very rude. Even o e of the agency nurses said that place isn’t good and she had issues with the way they were doing her. I am not the only one with issues as since she has been there I have heard lots of people complain about their loved ones treatment.

I made a post a few months ago that stated run from this place part 2.My mother has been here now since September it has been hell. Im so happy that she has a good support team because we are there daily. physical therapy has been awesome. Wound care Andy nurse thumbs up. Social services Laqutia thumbs up. Bonnie head CNA is the goat!. Director Amanda is not concern at all about nothing you bring to her attention. There are full with residents but no CNA or nurses. its always agents ppl they sent to help out and their quick to tell u I dont work here so I dont care or know. Dr Easton havent never met my mother and their asking him for orders. I refuse him from day one. this place needs to be investigated quick. CNA will walk in room turn call light off and never return. Ive change a lady that was in my mother room she havent been change in 5hours and she was a heavy wetter. my mother is well aware of hearing them say meanful and hurtful things. the bus driver was high on something I smell maryj on him and he pull up listening to hard core profanity rap with elders on van. my mother is leaving in a wk headed home. Im hoping that somebody reads this and report. I have so many health violation pics from here. Run do not do not take ur love one here!!! pass the msg onI agree with a review when she stated stolen clothes and items yes. I washed her clothes and a sign in her room as well as her paper work reads family does laundry clothes still comes up missing. theres a lot more names I can call and a lot more details hopefully you get my point and run.NO STARS NO STARS RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!
