Dr. Haugh has been my doctor for seven years. His new location is amazing. He is truly an gifted person when giving care and treatment. He also inform you of precautionary of meds before you take them. Staff is always friendly but most are new (the last time I went). Thats probably because he moved and the staff couldnt follow. You wont be disappointed if you choose him as your caregiver. I fly into the DMV area just so I dont have to change to a new doctor.

Doc was knowledgeable and pleasant. Bad news is he was supposed to write a letter for my primary care doctor and told me what he was reporting. The letter wasnt ever sent to my primary and it was a time sensitive matter. The letter took over a week to write znd was literally less than a paragraph and didnt include vital information he said he would include. Hipacratic oath means nothing these days, just a paycheck, no real worry about care or treaent.

I did like the Doc when his office was at Piscataway Rd. His staff were professionals and were always there to answer your call. As soon as he moved to the new location and partnered with Med Star, the quality of service deteriorated. I tried to call for four days to talk to someone about my prescription refill but was not able to get my prescription filled. I did manage to get someone on the phone who said that she will forward the information to Dr. HAUGH BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. I got upset and took my frustration out on the nursing assistant who then went to Dr. Haugh and told him that I was rude to her at which point Dr.Haugh decided to cancel me me as a patients
