Mark Goodrich always takes the time to make sure he is helping me in any way I need. Not to mention always diagnosing my problem correctly.

While I have only seen Dr. Dixon here, I have been greatly impressed with service here! The facility is super clean and nicely decorated, the front desk staff is super nice, and Dr. Dixon is an incredible doctor! The entrance is handicap accessible as well as easy to open even without the handicap power button, the restrooms have good space and are handicap accessible.Dr. Dixon is incredible because he is very straightforward, honest, wise, well-rounded, and very kind! He will tell you whats going on, dispell myths fast, and think very thoroughly through solutions. He is a great listener and will ask deep questions to help figure out how best to help you! He is amazing!

Aweful. We loved the staff in the staff that worked there, but the finance department was AWEFUL. Don’t be surprised if you are seen, think everything is paid, then receive a phone call from collections a couple years later saying you owe a ton of money. This has happened to us twice. Be smart, stay away.

Dr Dixon and his nurse Amber are the best. Is you want a happy energetic experience they are for you. I never feel rushed when Im in my appointment they both take the time to really listen.

I have been going here for many years now. I always plan on it taking time to get in because I know that the doctors and PAs are taking there time with the patients and giving them the time they deserve. The front end does have an air of being bothered to have to check you in and maybe they could schedule a little better. But Ill keep going there.

I love their doctors but their customer service has really declined over the past couple years. When you call, the wait time is long. When you go in for an appointment, it takes awhile for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge you. I often hear gossip and other patients information waiting in the lobby.

I absolutely love Westside Medical! Their staff and doctors are amazing and so professional and they really care about your family. Ive never had an issue with billing and the nurses are amazing with my kids! We usually see Mark Goodrich and he is a fabulous doctor I recommend him to everyone and his nurse Angie is so friendly and professional. Honestly any of their doctors are great to see!

I love this new clinic! They have the best staff there. If never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. The nurses are all very friendly, as well as the doctors. I have seen three different doctors there, each one listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. My only complaint is when you need to leave a voice mail, say for a prescription refill, it seems like it takes 4-5 days to get a response.

Absolutely love Cassandra Kimball. Shes kind, and really listens. Makes you comfortable and takes the time to make sure things get handled properly. Never seems like shes in a rush or that you arent her first priority.

This is a wonderful clinic!! They have 4 doctors who are very skilled and friendly. The PAs are great too. I can almost always get a same-day appointment and they are open at 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm AND they are open on Saturdays until 5pm. The office is clean and nice and everyone is kind. I highly recommend this family practice if you live in Davis or Weber County!

Front desk lady & nurse were very rude & had a lot of attitude. Doctor Mark Goodrich was very kind though. Pick some better people to represent your office with out so much attitude

Made an appointment a hour ago and still haven’t got a call from them.

I went in for a prescription refill. Had to do blood test. A week later my dose was to high and needed to be lowered. It took me 3 weeks to get them to send the new prescription to a pharmacy or even to call me back. Now I go in 3 months later to have blood work to see if the lower dose is working. Good God they cant even do that after waiting an hour they tell me now I need to make an appointment. When I called the day before to see if I needed an appointment. So I try to get a appointment with the doctor. Oh he wont be there for 2 weeks. I guess I dont need thyroid medication. This place is running like the white house under Trump. Very poorly run. I left and am currently looking for a real clinic with real doctors. Wow Westside medical should just shut its doors or improve they way they handle patient care.

Dr. Dixon is a wonderful doctor and helped my family significantly. But their front desk help is AWFUL!! We waited an hour and half just to be told they forgot to pull our chart on 2 separate occasions!! If Westside Medical wants to continue being in business they might want to weed out the bad ones and get caring, reliable, trustworthy help. Rather than these teenagers who would rather look at their phone than do their job.

I have had two appointments that I take off from work drive all the way out and have been told that the dr is not in!!!! They “say they called”. Not ONE missed phone call on my phone! So inconsiderate! I do not recommend at ALL

My family and I have been coming here for years. I think weve seen nearly all the providers and they are very friendly and helpful, most even know us by name. Sure weve had to wait but other times Ive walked right in and been seen. Having the new urgent care clinic has helped this too.

I have been a patient of West Side Medical for 10 years, but I will never go back. I was never terribly impressed from day one, but it was located close to home and nothing was bad enough to prevent me from going back. I do not frequent the doctors office, but every couple of years something comes up that requires a visit. The last couple of those visits have been horrible. Extremely long wait times (1-2 Hours with an appointment). When you finally do get seen the doctor acts as if youre wasting their time and rush you out the door. I would consider myself to be a patient and understanding individual, so it takes a lot to get me to leave a bad review. The last straw was when I received a bill today after paying cash in full at the time of care (no insurance, self pay). They want more money even though they said I was paid in full at that time (I didnt have any lab work, etc that would require additional payment). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a primary care physician, this place is a joke.

Ive been going to this facility since 2005. PA Taylor has been very good to me throughout the years. Their new location contains a myriad of amenities. However cash pay price has doubled, costing an individual $85.00 for a simple prescription refill. For that reason....I could only go 4 stars.

Found out today trying to make an appt that we owe money from 15 months ago we were never informed of. Because of this my wife who cant stop throwing up cant see her doctor. They claim they have sent notices to an address we lived at over a year ago, however we have been here multiple times since then and our information is always correct. Not sure how its never been brought up during any of our visits, or why no one has bothered to call. This would have been resolved had we simply known about it. Being forced to be sick with no medical treatment because someone cant do there job is unacceptable. To make it even better, I have been trying to call all day to resolve this and no one answers the phone. Think it may be time to find a new place. Its really a shame as Dr. Jorgensen is awesome, just has a terrible billing department.

Dr. Ann is the best pediatrician she explains everything so thoroughly! truly cares about the patient and wants to involve them in their care regardless of their age. Excellent bedside manner!

Time and time again I have gone to get a half wit diagnosis. Only to get a call later and the test they ran came back ok but in the office I was told otherwise and prescribed medication. Its a waste of time and money all the way around. Last visit I sat and waited over an hour and 15 minutes before I finally stepped in to the hall after heaving my guts up the whole time waiting and said is someone going to help. I got sent home with an antibiotic. No mention of the pain in my hips thats been going on for a year, nothing for nausea so I could try and keep fluid down and the cough, well I suppose that will just run its course too. What a joke of a place! Im sure I will get some fat bill in the mail for their lack of care! Its maddening to get treated this way, pay to go to another clinic to find out whats wrong and still have to pay the chump who acts like they know what their doing but continually messes up. My family and self deserve better and will not be back!

It took almost 1hr just to see a nurse to draw my blood. I never heard from them for my result. I have been calling Dr chris Brown and Mattel Jorgensen to get my result and explain the results still not a word from them. I left countless messages. You don’t think they care enough about patients.

Been coming to this clinic for years and I used to love it... but ever since they were bought out by Tanner Clinic, the service is horrible!!!!! Wait times, just to get called back...at least an hour!! And then another 30 minute wait to see the provider! Ridiculous!!!!This will be the last time I come to this clinic!

Horrible. Its sad, their customer service has really declined. Ever since they outsourced their billing, they havent been able to bill us correctly for treatment. They cant seem to get my information correct, keep sending the wrong info to my insurance (which obviously gets denied)...(this happened 4 separate occasions)... I will never be bringing my family back to this facility again. ... If I need medical care, I need to be able to trust my physicians, and their staff. If they cant seem to get my basic info correct for billing, what other things are they getting incorrect???

The wait times are the most ridiculous thing anywhere. We will be going to a new provider. The ED is faster, and my son only needed his prescription filled.

I love this place because I was able to get a medical issue taken care care of. My other doctors up and Ogden were not nearly so accommodating and dismissed it is not an issue that they could take care of. Bees staff members here listen to your complaints and adequately assist you with your concerns.

Staff is friendly and engaging. Dr. Jorgensen is fantastic. He asks the right questions and offers sound advice with additional pushing.

This place is horrible. Every time I make an appointment, I still have to wait an hour and a half before I see my actual doctor. I feel like this is ridiculous. I thought we made appointments so that we didnt have to wait forever.And then once I get to see my doctor (Dr. Cassandra Kimball), she rushes through my appointment and I feel like shes not actually trying or wanting to help me or listen to me. I should not feel rushed when I have been waiting an hour and a half to see her!!My last straw was when I made an appointment to receive the Nexplanon and they had me pay my co-payment and wait over an hour just to tell me that they are out and that I will have to make a new appointment. I did go back and get the Nexplanon because I did not want to do another consult appointment with another physician before receiving it. Then I went back once more to get itemized receipts for my last few visits for my insurance. NO ONE was able to help me. They asked me to come back tomorrow, which wouldnt be that bad except for the fact that I do not live close to the clinic.The staff is friendly enough, but not enough to keep my business. I will never go back to this clinic for treatment.

Really enjoy my doctor, but the front desk staff are not very friendly. Their communication is minimal and seems forced as if patients are a bother. Very uncomfortable environment.

Normally a great place to go. Most of the staff is fantastic. If you do go avoid Elmo Taylor. Heres a great PA but his MA is a joke. I called to change my prescription because it was making me really sick, after two calls and finally getting to talk to her she said she will get my new prescription over to their pharmacy when she gets Dr. Taylor to sign off on it. She said she would call me the moment it was done. 50 minutes after their pharmacy closes she calls me to tell me its there. I told her its closed and asked if they could reroute it to Walmart. She did but Walmart couldnt fill it because there is a hold on my medicine because its sitting over at West sides pharmacy. So I can pay over $100 to get it or wait which I cant because Im leaving town. I go to talk to her about to see if she can pull it from her pharmacy and she asks me to tell her everything that happened, I told her I called the previous day with no return call and went through the events that day. She cut me off saying it didnt matter then went off on how her charts tell her one thing. So I told her I record all of my calls so I have proof of everything. She said none of that matters and that I will no longer be helped because I was raising my voice. I told her I was raising my voice because she keeps cutting me off and said I didnt do enough to get this fixed. I left with no help. The place is great and Elmo Taylor is great but about him if you dont want to deal with the worlds worse MA.

There are good doctors and PAs here. Waiting time is a bit high, but the staff is really good.

My family has been going to this place for over 10 years and I will never go back. Worst customer service from the management ever! Manager avoided my phone calls for over 3 months. Front desk staff very unknowledgeable and not held accountable for misinformation given. Dr. prescribed me medicine that should only be given to middle aged men who have had heart attacks. If you go here, you should find somewhere else to go.

This place is a joke!! Its ran by a bunch of unprofessional, incompetent, untrained, judgemental in mature girls who are too busy checking their phones & gossiping to acknowledge the waiting patients.So many HIPPA laws broken in such a short office visit. MAs sitting at the back office station gossiping about patients & rude comments about an obese patient left purposely waiting in an exam room.My daughter went to the clinic over a year ago for a quick step test. (That they managed to botch.) She is a cash pay, they accepted her payment in full that day & they never sent a bill of any kind saying otherwise.Today (over a year later) she received a summons saying that they are suing her for unpaid service.If you value your health, credit, time, sanity, money etc... find a more professional clinic with more competent customer service.Check your bill from this place & make sure its accurate. An improper diagnosis or billing could effects your insurance & treatment later.

They are unprofessional, I was waiting in the waiting room for an hour when I had an appointment and an additional hour in the dr room (I was only getting a prescription filled). Every month I went to get my prescription they either failed to send it in or put it in correctly. The staff and the dr himself is so unhelpful. They never had an answer for me as to why it wasn’t sent in, they never returned my phone calls or even Walmart’s phone calls, the Dr is never available for talk on the phone. And this has happened every month for 4 months straight. I’ll be glad when I’m done with them.

Docs are good once you get done waiting the mandatory 1/2 hour past your appointment to get in.

Started going here 2016 after doing my due diligence as an insured and verifying that they were in-network providers. Westside Medical FAILED to notify me that they lost their accreditation with our insurance after 2 months of being a patient. It took me several months to figure this out, I had just assumed they were behind in billing. Once I did I called and spoke to the manager and she said oh yes that did happen but they are now back with the insurance. As I have a chronic medical problem I was In the office 1-2 times per month, which all went to out of network deductible and no payment from insurance. Working with the billing department was a joke. I submitted EOB copies 3 times, which they already had these answers from the insurance company, for them to do a courtesy write off based on what insurance would have allowed. I still had to pay more than I would have had they been in network and my in-network deductible would have been met months prior had this not happened. As an established patient management should have notified me, I find this to be unethical business and billing practices.

My name is Matthew Hendricks....I have seen Dr dreser for months but qhen they switched to tanner clinic they said said I owed a bill for 400 dollars thats my ex wifes Bill Ill called for a refill till I can get in they said no even tho they slid it before it wasnt early I just asked if they could refill it its a life or death medicine when I listened to my VM the nurse basically said find a diifrrn doctor I called back she yelled and said Im never allowed back there I just wanted to underatand why they would do that I have seizures and seiver anxiety .plus olsers 4 of them this is a horrible place now!!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DR THERE BUT THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT SUCKS!! My daughter has 3 insurances but because THEY entered her 2nd insurance incorrectly she has been REFUSED CARE FOR OVER TWO MONTHS. After TOO MANY phone calls to get this resolved they said they’d rebill and the hold would be taken off within 30 days BUT she still CANNOT BE SEEN UNTIL THEN because that is Westside Medical’s policy. Luckily she found a better facility that she can go to! This is definitely NOT HOW HEALTHCARE SHOULD BE. VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE WE’VE BEEN PATIENTS THERE FOR OVER 14 YEARS

I would honestly give this place negative stars if it are possible! My very first appointment, it took an HOUR AND A HALF to check me in!! I was early as requested, earlier actually just in case. So I was an hour and a half late for my appointment.... The Dr spent about 10 minutes with me, didnt listen to anything I said, misdiagnosed me, prescribed me 2 SETS of two meds that counteract with each other then told me it was ok and take them anyway.My second and last appointment, I went in for a well womens check up, a second nurse who seemed unhappy the first nurse allowed me to think I was there for what I scheduled, came in and told me that I COULD NOT have a pap smear because it had only been 4 years not 5. I had to explain my health issues and argue, when I finally gave in and said no pap, she argued and told me no youre getting one. I left before I was even able to see the Dr and I had waited an HOUR in the patient room and still NEVER saw him!!These people do not care about you or your health, they care about your green!!

They push procedures on you and tell you that they are covered by your insurance when they aren’t. Than they don’t bill you or contact you to tell you that your insurance denied the very expensive procedure, and send you to collections.

The doctor that I went to was Dr. Mattson. He is an amazing doctor who I think truly cares for his patients, one of the best doctors Ive ever been too and feel that hes really here to help people in anyway in his position. But I agree with most of the people here whos gone or is reviewing this place. The front desk ladies are a bunch of unprofessional, lazy and uncaring people who needs to get there butts chewed or fired. Its so disappointing that they have awesome doctors but poor customer service. I mean is that job really that hard??? Theres like 5 or 6 of you ladies up there doing really as I see 👀.. Ahh..Not much I mean really?.. Incidents: 1st- Waiting over 1 hr 1/2 because they chose to schedule another person who came later go first before me. 2Nd- Calling to schedule another appointment for my boyfirend. The lady hung up I recalled the lady then lady picks up laughing hearing another lady in the background laughing, asked them if they knew if they can do pee test for internal testing. They said they dont know and didnt bother trying to ask anyone. 3Rd- waited again.. (Not surprised) 4 th- Waited over 2 or 3 weeks for test results. No on called back for my bfs test results, we called and the doc and he was suprised no ones called and said anything and he was very apologetic. REALLY LADIES!??! STEP UP YOUR GAME OR STEP DOWN OR MAYBE STEP AWAY FROM HUMANs well being if you dont care!!

This place is wonderful! The Drs. here really listen and are concered for their patients health. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else...

Had to take our child to this clinic , we were told she had strep , we went and picked up our prescription trusting it was accurate , our daughter actually got worse over the next couple days , took her to our doctor and found out she had been prescribed to wrong dosage , after taking the proper amount she started feeling better writhin hours,we called and informed the clinic , a few days later the doctor called trying to defend theirself in an unprofessional manner, obviously we will not be returning to this location .

The pediatrician there is horrible. She has no patients with kids. She doesnt even show she cares. The staff is even worse... They get frustrated with noise and to be honest I hated it there. Never again I will take my kids there

WestSide Medical failed to properly disclose that they no longer covered care for my spouse last year back in April when the dropped Federal BCBS insurance and did not notify us. No attempt was made to bill her 2nd or 3 party insurance providers as I do not have copays. Instead they made NO attempt to remedy billing and have sent this account to collections. Their customer service promised to take care of this error yet sent it straight to collections. I guess this is how they provide quality customer service for a retired military disabled veteran on a limited income with a 100% disabled spouse with a serious and chronic illness? Is their something wrong here? Be sure you verify your insurance as they failed to tell us and have done nothing to correct it! I would seriously find another provider!!

Worst service I have ever had. .. the positive is dr dixon really liked him and the xray tech was also great. I was a new patient due to insurance change. 1st thing waited over 1 hour in waiting room to be called back. I expect to have some wait time but 1 hour was way to long. Next needed mri it took them a week to schedule one and I did not need authorization from insurance. Now been waiting a week for results I have called and told them Im in pain and she said well it takes a week to hear from them. So I called the mri place today and was told they sent it on the 16th its now the 22nd and no call from them. . I have called and left message but no call back still. Dr dixon is great but the place is so unorganized and unfriendly..

After telling the nurse AND the doctor I was 20 weeks pregnant the doc still put me on an antibiotic not recommended for pregnant women! Super scary! This was the last straw with west side. Please beware.

I had to come in twice for the same illness, first time I wasnt given medication so 10 days later I had to pay another co pay to get medication. I have also spent a fair amount of time waiting to be seen and not super quick at calling me back

Made an appointment for 9:30 but didnt go into the back until 10:30, the receptionist said it was due to walk ins, so what was the point of making an appointment?
