I am active duty military, and sometimes have difficulty getting service from civilian doctors because of my unique situation. Since I am not currently stationed at an actual military post, they have assigned me to this doctor. I have nothing bad to say about this place. They are always polite and professional. My doctor sees me as soon as he is able and always provides me with appropriate care. Highly recommended.

One of the main problems I have its more of a business than a doctors office I had to call five time to get a response, what they lack is that personalized touch you receive from a private practice physicians and person care of follow up. I been to three different doctors in their network I have experience problems with them not haveing necessary records to follow up after hospital visits so you get charged and have to still come back to do what need to be dont the first time again its become more of a business than adoctors office.

The doctor and nurse practitioner are nice and all but it’s really frustrating having to sit in the room for 2+ hours only to have the doctor come in for 3 minutes and refer you elsewhere.

I’m not sure if this was a Merit Health policy or a Dr. Martin policy, but they would not see us when needed help the most. Husband released from hospital with COVID and he was still having symptoms After a few days. Office refused to see him til all symptoms were gone. What’s the good in that? So we waited for two weeks until feeling so sick the ER was next option. Went to TrustCare in Clinton and they were great. They saw him and found out he had pneumonia and was almost having to go back to be admitted for a second time. TrustCare doctor started treatment and things are much better after just two days. What’s the good in a primary care doctor who will not see you when your are sick? Wear the proper PPE and see your patients when they need you! Not going back. By the way, husband was an established patient.

This staff is so friendly, and always all smiles. Doctor Martin is great. Hes patient, nice, and helpful. I will say the only downside I have is that Ive never been given so many medicines. Went in with poison ivy and got a steroid shot, some other shot, lotion, and two pills by the N. P. To be fair I can just turn the down, but I didnt think about it at the time. Ive always just believed that they only give whats needed. I think over prescribing is a thing thats pretty common in this area; Im not from here. My husband is military so we move around a lot. But the peeps are better here than at most other places weve lived. Id rather have the option to get extra meds to boost my recovery and have nice people treating me, than the alternative.

Beautiful clinic! The ladies were all very friendly, attentive, and quick. Highly recommend!

Really great doctor but had an appointment and still had to wait nearly three hours to be seen.

Waited for 2 hours.... even when they aren’t busy .... loved hearing the chit chat and laughter from the staff while waiting forever.

Spent 3 hours waiting to see a doctor sitting in a dirty room at that, have pictures to prove it
