The office was difficult to locate. After they reprimanded us for not making the appt time we were told the doctor refused to see us. Whats funny is that the office was empty and the staff of three were just sitting around talking. Thanks for caring so much for your new patients.

I just called to speak about a patient that had a procedure on 9/19/2014 and got the office manager who was more interested in telling me how to speak and address her than to address the neglience on their part which was to simply ensure that a patient who has memory loss had her instructions. She was more interested in telling me about how I should have come and what my duties are to be. Hung up on me without given me the needed patient after surgery care instructions that they failed to hand her will she was with them. Now me be a strong in tone and voice person was ask to change how I speak to suit her. Not happening. They have just lost a patient due to rudeness. They thought me to be rude but rude from me they have not experienced. Any doctor that allows this to happen in his behalf as a representation of him should reconsider his staff and/or his businss.
