Wow. Major ego over patient care. Accused me of alternative motives rather than to come in and treat my severe back/hip pain. Oddly enough the first time I came, my husband was with me. He NEVER raised his voice or talked down to me like he did this time. Although he was dismissive then... but I didnt think much of it. Ladies, RUN away from this person. I saw he had low reviews and went anyway. Please reconsider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rabbits for 20 years. I have seen him for many issues and he has preformed shoulder surgery on me. I have sent many a friend to him all thinking he is great. My daughter is an athlete and has seen him multiple times. I have never seen any of what these other reviews are stating. I think he is direct but not offensive and they see a lot of patients so he is in and out, so coddling. I once told him I wish he could be my PCP.

First of all this guy does not listen. Like many of the other reviews posted he is rude. I will not be going back to this guy again.

Dr Rabbit did a fantastic job and each experience was handled in a timely professional manner, I am very happy with everything they did for me.. I put off the surgery for carpal Tunnel Syndrome for over 20 years. I was not able to sleep , but even more uncomfortable with the idea of Surgery. So glad I got over it.

Naver recommend him, going to this Dr is A headache.I went to visit him I waited almost one hour he didn’t care much and watched my X-rays from 2 meters. Then his stuffs are not friendly and didn’t provide me what dr told them like I exited the hospital and then they called me and asked me to come back for my Exercise papers, then after I arrived home they called me and Told me to come back and pick up your prescription order.Second time I booked an appointment with them 10 days ago one day before I go to the doctor they called me and said the doctor is not available afternoon you have to come in the morning And that’s always A headache I never recommend him to nobody thanks.

Worse place . No one cares no one help worse customer service ever not recommend to no one . Go die better than going to this office and see this faces

Dr Rabbit successfully treated my wife for a torn meniscus. He doesnt waste time with hand holding, but rather gets right to diagnosis, treatment, and instructions to the patient. If he could separate himself from the incompetencies of his reception and support staff I would rate the overall experience 5 stars. After three unsuccessful attempts to secure a copy of her medical record, my wife was forced to threaten this organization with violation of HIPAA laws that insure patient data is correct and accessible to authorized parties.

Great doctor, great experience every time Ive seen him. Look forward to working with him for continued joint health....

I saw the review below and I am honestly surprised the patient thought Dr. Rabbit is rude and egotistical. Ive seen him quite a few times throughout many years, and hes always treated me with respect and acted in a professional manner. No complaints here other than long wait times at times.

Ive known Dr. Rabbitt for over 25 years, hes always been polite and professional towards me with fantastic bedside manners. Thats the reason that I keep going back to him.

I had a terrible experience with this guy. He was very rude, and egotistical. His staff behaved the same way. If he is bad to you, complain.

Terrible experience, took an hour to be brought back to a room, then another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in, he asked about my problems but then didnt listen to me when I told him what was going on, he made up his mind before he even came in the room that I was going to need Physical Therapy 2-3 times a week for at least a month, at 40 dollars a shot, when I told him it wasnt viable I just dont make enough money to be able to afford the physical therapy he spoke into his computer gave me a physical therapy order and walked out, I wont be seeing this doctor again

I have been seeing Dr. Rabbitt for about 10 years. He is an excellent Orthopedic Doctor.
