Great customer service. We were in and out. My son though 2 knows everyone and we are both are comfortable with everyone here. I will continue to bring him and my older son

I love this office for my children but what I do t like is that some of the doctors automatically think they know what’s going on with the kids and they don’t. They give their opinion and assume you’ll go with that. They don’t let you explain they just go ahead and give medication without knowing

I really hate going here for my child’s appointment. They are always behind. Several times I’ve had appointments by 2:45 and I don’t get out until almost 4:30. Dr Lisa is not personable at all. She acts like it’s her 1st time seeing my child every time he comes in. She’s barely in the room for 5 minutes. She has a very unwelcoming attitude .Also, they never have records of anything.

Horrible. Up to today been going here 5yrs. You never see the same doctor. No repore is built between parent and practitioner. I have been trying to get a pre-op form filled out for 5mths! For the dentist to do surgery to no avail. Its lost every time. There is a sign that states ask for your refills...when I asked to day the nurse practitioner said because of my insurance I could not get refills (which was false) and then could find NO allergy or asthma meds from the last 4 years of my son being a patient here. Without checking him she attempted to tell me what he no longer needed to take. Never seeing him before, not looking over his chart or listening to my concerns. I AM DONE.

Let me start by saying this practice wasn’t always this bad. With the passing of Dr. Hudson and the Retirement of Dr. SIMREL This practice has taken a turn for the worst and has ultimately crashed burned. The front desk staff is Rude and complacent. The nurses may be the Best thing there but I’m skeptical of that because you never see the same ones more than twice except for maybe two! And you can NEVER see a doctor!!! Always a PRACTITIONER. One in Specific Name Rita that spoke to me in a condescending tone when I asked about having my sons albuterol prescription refilled. She insisted that If he’s exhibiting symptoms that I should bring him in and not self treat! When he’d already been prescribed the machine and the prescription by one of the Drs. Dr. Nichols in fact.... it just needed to be refilled. Don’t bother taking your child there if you need anything other than regular vaccinations and school forms. I’m definitely in search of a new provider for my children. Dr. SIMREL was my pediatrician. I’m so sad to see this practice this way.

They were absolutely HORRIBLE! I had an infection and they gave me the wrong medicine smh

Our appointment was at 2:30, I prefilled all of the forms prior to arrival. We arrived at 2:15, it’s now 4:00pm and we still haven’t been seen.
