When they go on vacation for a few weeks, they dont tell you that on their answering machine. I called a few times, didnt even hear back after they were back. Worst customer service I could ever experience. Simply changing their message would have redirected me immediately. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - they are doing me a favor!!
Dr. Rice always takes the time to explain things to you. He is very professional, thorough, sweet and cares about his patients. His office accomdates you for emergencies. They are all so nice. Highly recommended.
