Front desk team was great! Friendly and fast. Was able to get me in same day. Doc Baruch was thorough and spent quality time with me.

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, STEER AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. STAFF IS MISERABLE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY TREATED MY DAD HORRIBLY. CALLING THEM IS A MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. JUST RUDE!

Horrible unprofessional staff! I went there two times with a knee pain and had several problems with the way the staff handled my visits.1. One of the people at the front desk gave me an additional list of physical therapy places saying that they are really good. But she did not bother checking to make sure they take my insurance. After several months of going to one of those palaces, I found out that they are out of network and I am responsible for paying for each visit 3 times a week!2. They gave me several prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy which I had specified to them. The pharmacy never got the prescription. Turns out the pharmacy they sent the prescription was a special pharmacy that could fulfill that prescription and that pharmacy was supposed to call me when the prescription is ready, but the pharmacy never got my phone number!3. When I went there after the first month of physical therapy sessions for a followup, they gave me an MRI request form and said that they would need to call my insurance first and then they would call me back. They never called me back!4. They also gave me another referral to physical therapy, but instead of right knee, they put down left knee as the one having the problem.5. Today I called them to ask how come nobody called me about MRI and the receptionist just said hold on and transferred me to a number with automatic voice mail pickup which mentioned some sort of code and did not even tell me where I was calling. When I called back, the same hold on happened and I was transferred to that same voicemail. After third time I called and heard hold on, I had to tell the person to stop transferring me to voice mail. Then she was able to transfer me to the person who handled MRI.In addition, each time you call the office the receptionist sounds like she just woke up, or just finished a laughing conversation with her co-workers or is chewing on her lunch. Very unprofessional!

Dr Dorri is fabulous and the best there is in this field. He is beyond competent, treats patients with respect and I cannot overlook his a fantastic sense of humor. Michael is an amazing assistant and with Jamie at the desk, it is the perfect place to get treatment. Thank you all so much.

I have been with Dr. Dorri for almost 10 years after having been treated my multiple other doctors. Dr. Dorri is responsible for managing my chronic knee condition and I could not be more pleased. Not only is he effective with treatments, he listens to my concerns, works with me according to my requests (or whatever may be going on in my life) and genuinely cares about my well-being. I received AMAZING service from everyone at Premier. I initially called for a visit expecting a long time for an appointment and the receptionist got me an appointment the next day. When I got to the location in Cliffside Park: I filled out the paperwork and was called in within 5 minutes of completing the forms. I cannot remember the name of the PA who took care of me but she was charismatic and informative; she also kept me distracted when she had to give my knee a shot. Dr. Corradino came in and also was also very informative and friendly. They referred me to a physical therapy location who called me to make an appointment per Dr. Corradino’s follow up. I appreciate their attention and thoroughness and will definitely refer and come back for medical service.

Dr Dorri is a very pleasant and thoughtful doctor he takes very good care of his patients. His staff is very friendly especially and accommodating.

Dr Carrer is a professional, very informative with every procedure. Highly recommend Dr Carrer and team .

I have no qualms with Dr. Baruch himself, but the young receptionists at the Cliffside office (which is less than 5 min from my home) scheduled me for a follow-up at 4:30pm appt today and when I got there they said the Dr was in Bloomfield today and the desk person two weeks ago must have scheduled me in Bloomfield by mistake. No way was I told. Even the text message I received to confirm did not list Bloomfield which is 40 min away at this hour. I could not get another follow up for my ailing knee until July 15th and my $40 co-pay would not be forgiven despite the office error. So you can get fined by the office for missing an appt, but there are no penalties when they turn your day upside down.

Garbage place lazy doctor didn’t even bother checking properly, just gave me a a paper to go to a physical therapy place and most of them don’t accept my insurance if they gave me one that would accept my insurance would be much easy but no minimum wage workers don’t want to do more work to help someone never coming here again

I had an appt with dr xsu she is very rude I have very bad knee pains and when I first seen her she told me if physical therapy does not work she would give me a shot that will help me.When I went in she refused to give me a shot and was very rude.Worst Doctor I ever been too.Will never go back!!

THEY ARE THE WORSE MEDICAL BOARD NEEDS TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK INTO THEM.THEY PLAY GAMES.

For two hours I called their office trying to setup an appointment with an Orthopedist but the minimum wage workers they have answering their phones kept transferring my call to some number that no one answered. I literally sat there for 32 minutes waiting for an answer and I got nothing. When I called the main office back and told the Receptionist what happened she laughed and transferred me right back to the same holding number. Ill take my business else where.

It is truly unfortunate that despite I have never visited this office, I would never recommend it to any person in my place of business as Marisol has objectionable phone etiquette.
