Madeline and her partner Gladys are very nice people, but Gladys who did not have any certifications posted was the one who applied my cooling things to me on one particular day because Madeleine had stepped out, and I was left with an awful burn. This is the scar that was left from this incident around august.

The one on the top is what Madeline did to my eye brows, she did a horrible job! I then went to bergenline microblading and got them fixed!

From the moment I visited two years ago with my Groupon , I was treated like not only a customer but a good friend . The owner and staff were very sweet with humor to help my first fat freeze treatment go smooth. I lost over 30 lbs and she was very clear of dos and donts for optimum results.I returned in 2020 ( 2 years later ) because of my awful diet. They remembered me automatically and it was comforting. Always looking for my best interest . Masks always worn, clean and sanitized lobby and equipments . Reassuring me 2020 covid was on vacation until I left the spa.

I got a facial and microdermabrasion and bb glow treatment. Very professional staff and very friendly. I love my results! I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

I made an appointment , the day I was supposed to go I called to confirm , the lady that answered the phone said the machine was broken and this was 1 hour before me going there . They didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know . The lady that answers the phone is very rude ..

Bought a Groupon months ago for endermologie and I am still patronizing Madeline’s Spa. They are very knowledgeable and will help you to achieve the results you want. She offers various treatments and packages that are worth it. I’m stuck there, lol.

I am so disappointed, the owner of the salon is very rude, tried to sell a section for fat freezing and asked me to leave a deposit if I want to make an appointment! I did a facial and it was supposed to be for 60min, I don’t think she worked on my face for 20 min she kept leaving the room talking to somebody for so long like she forgot that I am in the room for my facial. Unbelievable and charged me more than my price on groupon, the place is very dirty nothing professional, nothing, I don’t ever write reviews but I have to this time!!!! Sad!

The Cool Sculpting treatments really work! In your initial visit, Madeleine evaluates you and suggests how many treatments you would need based on your excess body mass. She is really knowledgeable and gives sound advice. I would definitely recommend Madeleine Spa, again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! Extremely unprofessional. They push their prepaid services on you but you will NEVER get what you paid for! They sell you services for a hour or 2 hours youre lucky if you get half the time you paid for! They will falsify their log books to make it look like you received your services. The wait time is painful and once you get there they will tell you to reschedule because theyre running behind but wont call you ahead of time even though they know youre coming from 45 minutes to an hour a away! If you want to be cheated and get a half ass services for the money you paid then you will love this place! If you value your time and money stay FAR away from this place! Doesnt even deserve 1 star! And stay away from their groupon deals they very seldom honor them.

Horrible customer service - Madeline Does Not know what it is to be a business owner and tend to her customers… The only life saver there is a nice receptionist- waste of time and money

First and foremost, my appt was scheduled for 10AM and the person I was scheduled with came at 10:20. Secondly, I got a deep clean facial and microdermabrasion done that day. I’ve gotten both types of facials done before in the past at another spa and I can tell you this place is unprofessional and not as sanitary. I told her I have sensitive skin as she proceeded to give my deep clean, and at first my experience wasn’t up my standards. Then she started steaming my face for about 20 min. before extracting any impurities out of my face. Once that process was over, she then took a metal tool and started digging into my face and might it say, hurt a lot. Moving forward, throughout my entire experience getting both facials done, she made my face look so swollen and red that she gave me a complimentary facial to tone the irritation in my face. Needless to say, the clay mask she did on me was removed using a bounty tissue paper, not even a warm towel. The only thing good thing I can say is that the microdermabrasion was good. A week later, my face resulted in many scarring on my cheeks and forehead, thanks to Madeline. Will not be going back. Hope my review is helpful to others.

This place is so unprofessional. I purchased a groupon then called the place to make an appointment. I spoke to the owner. I said I purchased a groupon and would like to make an appointment for Friday at 10am. Once I said groupon her whole tone changed. She said you have a groupon? No you cant come that day. She was so rude on the phone I was thinking twice about the groupon. She then gave me an appointment for the following Wednesday at 10. On my way to my appointment her assistant calls saying I cannot come in at 10 and to come at 11. I told her I took a whole day of for this appointment. She replied well you cannot come in at 10. So I asked for a refund and she told me to go contact groupon. I was so upset, never again. This is the same place as the one located on Anderson Ave cliffside park NJ. They just changed location. Just know if you purchase a groupon you wont be treated good.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!The service is disgusting rude ass personnel ...the one acting as receptionist named ADA needs to take a class on how to treat clients because of us she has a job and she thinks is the other way around ....I made my appointment a week in advance with the owner and she schedule me for 1:30pm and told me to please get there by 1:00pm ...on the day off I called at 12:30 pm to confirmed my appointment for a facial and another lady working there confirmed with me my appointment and when I told her I was told to be here by 1pm she said “great” we’ll see you then..after I arrived and after 20minutes of waiting there Ada finally asked what I was there for and then said she was going to provide a complimentary facial for me because they were too busy and couldn’t take care of me...and then she got defensive when I asked why was I told to come in earlier today when I called to confirmed...long story short I asked to speak with the owner..I clearly heard Ada say that I wanted them to “forcibly see me and provide the service” the owner Walked right by me and went to pay her water bill ...All I can say is that I should have read thw negative reviews and go with my gut not to schedule here.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! I will start off by saying the first thing they tell you is not to pay via Groupon because in reality they want to rip you off. They say that the will offer you the same price as groupon but they are getting their full amount since they dont have to share their fee with Groupon. They literally charged my card for more sessions. I did not even get a real receipt specifying what I was paying for. Madeline scribble on the back of the paper so she could remember. Her receptionist Connie or Constanza had the nerves to ask for TIP !!!!! When she did not attend me while I was getting my cool sculpting treatment done. When I mentioned I did not have cash on me she said, you could use the cash app or venmo. And most important, as far as the treatment? PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!! I have so much more to say but will keep this review simple.

Let me start by saying if there was a choice of a negative star this place would get it. I was having an issue with my groupon voucher and I explained to the owner of one of the staff that groupon had made a mistake. She then turned around and said well how do I know if you are telling me the truth or lying. Excuse me but this is unprofessional in so many ways. I will write a horrible review everyday if necessary.....I forgot to mention my uncle is the health inspector so good luck ladies.....

I am writing this review 3 weeks after my coolsculpting treatment. I am completely satisfied with my treatment and others have seen a difference in my body. Madaline is very welcoming and treats you like family. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Madaline definitely surpassed my expectations. I am looking forward to my touch ups. Worst experience ever. Madeline was hurting me the entire time and kept walking in and out of the process speaking to everyone as if I didnt pay for my facial. THEN I leave with my face looking like I had an allergic reaction but it was just how hard and careless she was being with my face.THEN come to find out she charged me am additional 50$ facial after I already purchased a 30$ groupon.

Horrible service, staff and very unsanitary!! Had a groupon and from the 1st appt they forced me to buy a package. I fell for the lie as it was beforw gettung the first treatment as I was instigated to purchase before the wnd of that day wgen the price would go up 70% as per the unprofessional front desk person. Staff obviously have no credible knowledge on the treatments theyre providing. They cheat you out of the purchased time and they are extremely unsanitary!! Dont waste time and money. After confirming my appt, I arrived to a lie that the owner had an emergency and I would have to be rescheduled. They overboom people and steal the time you paid. Bad all around. Any positive reviews come from their own people. Real customers have a horrible experience!!

This spa completely exceeded by expectations. I purchased the package from Groupon (mani and pedi Paraffin treatment) and I could not be any happier! The salon is centrally located in the nice area of North Bergen and it offers clients free parking in the back side of the spa. Jessica, the young lady who attended me, was extremely meticulous at her job. She took care of every detail and the Paraffin treatment with hot stone foot massage was an exceptionally relaxing experience. The owner, Madeline, took care of my mothers mani and pedi service. She was serviceable, friendly, and performed the service with excellence -- my mother was extremely pleased with the results!The ambiance of the spa is quite relaxing. The soothing music, clean location, and relaxing spa experience is definitely worth every penny! I also discovered that they also offer additional services such as Brazilian wax, facials, massage, and hair services which is convenient for a one-stop-shop experience. Im not even from the area but I will definitely be taking the drive to come back.

The lady refused to change the header on the colonic making it highly unsafe, not only that the device kept falling off that place is a nest for disease enter at on risk.

I scheduled a week before my appointment to and also prepaid. The day of my appointment I arrived and was told to come back three hours later because the boss had some type of emergency. The workers are extremely rude and have no sense of what customer service intails. I will never return to this place again.
