Ms. Faye Goldston goes way beyond, to get all the help that is available to you. And the front desk lady has always been friendly.

They do help when they can. Sometimes people just need a hand up not to be mistaken for a hand out. Very friendly receptionist. We didnt use their services because the grant for volunteer elections is and has been taken away and is no longer available. However if you live in Cleveland and need a helping hand up they will help or point you in the right direction. Unlike the United Way there in Cleveland. That place is useless as it gets.

Make homeless people jump through hoops, just to get a bed for 1 night. Ive seen them turn away a single mother with her daughter, and have to sleep in there car with it 20 to 30 degrees, And then the next day have to jump through hoops in paperwork all day to be able to get in the next day. O and if your Home you should find somewhere else to stay, because they are 3 flights of stairs about 32 steps to get up to the room, And God Forbid you have to go to the hospital, if your gone to be gone overnight you may not come back for 3 months yes 90 days Exceptions.... What so ever...... This Happened To Me So I experienced it first-hand...... So I was straight outta the Hospital with a prosthetic leg and on the leg that I have the prosthetic which is a below-the-knee amputation on my right leg by the way there is a broken bone in my knee it is trying to heal so with a broken leg I was put out on the street by homeless shelter that night with a 28 degrees at night so I slept on the bench in front of their building and they didnt even care thats a shame ashamed

Front secretary can be curt and dismissive, sometimes down right rude. Once you get to the back though, everyone is caring and kind. They seems to show genuine feelings for a persons plights.

They didnt help me or my family. First off they go by age what does age got to do with getting help. So then they say the program we qualify for has no funding smh so why does there site say they help people. Hmm, maybe they should change it to help some people. There are times I regret moving my family to this god forsaken state. At least in Stark county Ohio where I lived they actually helped all in need who qualified and, my home state of Indiana helped as well the resources were plentiful unlike Tennessee.
