The staff are the greatest. They get you in and prep you for your Dr. visit. Thorough questions. Then the Dr. explains in detail the issue and possible solutions. Everyone is personable and courteous. Thanks!

Dr. Stefanie Thomas is a knowledgeable and attentive doctor in her field. Its an added bonus that her staff is friendly and helpful too. Im new to Mississippi and have seen a lot of specialists from my big city home town and other places, and she leaves the most lasting impression in terms of really caring about your ailments and working hard to resolve them. She is honest, open and diligent. I wish I could find physicians in other fields within the area that had her work ethic and nature. She is the best.

My experience with Premier Foot Clinic was amazing. The entire staff is courtious, helpful, extremrly, attentive to my needs and condition. They were very good, knowledgeable, and very professional. Dr. Thomas was by far, hands down the best doctor that I have ever visited. She is the most thorough doctor that Ive ever seen. Dr. Thomas is an expert in the podiatry field. She is completely up to date with her medical practices, and is very attentive to her patients. Dr. Blackwell is the other physician in clinic whom is also very attentive and caring to her patients. I would recommend either of these physicians to anyone searching for a podiatrist in the area. She accepts all insurance and will work with her patients on every issue!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Thomas - she is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I wish I had gone to see her sooner for my plantar fasciitis pain.

Incompetent and unprofessional are the key words when dealing with this practice and their staff. Not only were the incorrect shoe inserts ordered, I have had to try and do their job for them instead of them contacting the Dr and getting it handled. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. To simply pick up inserts that were ordered I had to go through triage where I told the employee I was simply there to pick up inserts. She proceeded to place me in another room after I had told her I was just there to pick up inserts. She places me in that room and I sit there and wait and wait. Finally, I stuck my head outside the door and told them, again, why I was there. She sent me to the front desk and the lady at the desk ask me when I needed my next appointment. I explained to her why I was there. She reached under the desk and gets the inserts. By this time, I have wasted 30 minutes. She hands me the incorrect inserts which the fitter immediately saw were not going in my shoes. We could have saved an awful lot of time by this point. They proceeded to tell me that the wrong inserts were ordered and that the Dr was out and they would have to speak with her about the order. This was on the 25th of January. They said they would have to ask the Dr when she got back and get in touch with me. I never heard from them. Called two days later, no answer. Called on 2/6 and was treated horribly by the first employee that answered. So poorly that she proceeded to talk over me instead of letting me finish my sentence and fully explain the situation. She hung up on me. I called back, asked the lady that answered if she was the one that hung up on me. Said she was not. Proceeded to explain to her what had happened and she informs me that she was one of the two ladies attending to me that day and that I had refused to try the inserts. I said, Stop right there. I would not have known that the inserts did not fit if they did not try the insert. In fact, the fitter had my shoe in hand and said, Theres no way these will fit. What we ordered was for a sneaker. This will not fit in a flat. She tried anyway. They obviously wouldnt work. So the lady that answered the phone admitted she was wrong. She proceeds to tell me what occurred that day based on her notes. She talked over me, would start talking loudly as I was trying to kindly and graciously explain. Refused to coorperate and treated just as poorly as the first lady. These people have had little to no training or either management has instructed them that they are always right and to argue their point to the death. There is not a service-minded, customer driven person in that office that is allowed to answer the calls. I should have known when the person making appointments was rude to both me and another patient there. I have witnessed them be rude to an elderly patient who simply approached the window to sign in for her appointment. Told her very rudely to Have a seat. I can assure you it wasnt at all very welcoming. People lack home training, employment training, and basic human decency. This is after I have dealt with this problem for quite some time without resolve. Its like you have to beg for help and for things to put in your shoes. If you want to deal with rude, incompetent people who arent properly trained, this is your place. Otherwise, I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere and give your money to people who deserve it and earn it.
