You really pick up some nice stuff here

This is my absolute fav thrift store in the Cleveland area. I’ve been going here basically my whole life and always find the cutest clothes. My favorite part of the store is the radio advertisements for male e****** dysfunction.

Rude customer service. They told me the things I tried to donate were trash and yelled at me. Will not be returning.

I would recommend going to this store. It is clean and employees are helpful. There prices are on the high side given the items are donated. I understand they have their bills to pay also but the prices are way too high for second hand and used items.

SALVATION..lets start with that word.. I left a picture of the meaning.. I would like to know why an organization that was created to help low income families price all of their USED goods as if you were in a well named department store, for a second hand store the prices they have set for items you might as well go to walmart an get brand new.. SHAME ON YOU GUYS! This is suppose to be reliable relief for low income families and its not.

Great place for decent used apparelPrices vary. My only complaint is its a donation center as well. However back door is never open. No one to receive goods during open hours. Thus the after hours collection bin for clothes/shoes looks cluttered as people leave boxes with other items sitting on outside. Eyesore!

Located inside Biddulph Plaza. Half off on Mondays and tag of the day. Furniture, toys, books, so much cant name it all. Stop in if you enjoy vintage& oddities.

Ok, so, listen folks, its a thrift store. Stop expecting it to be Macys.With that said, they have a fairly decent selection here. Of course, this varies week to week, but of course, its a thrift store.If youre unaware, Wednesday is half-off day, on every color tag except one, usually. So keep that in mind when you plan your trip.

Some prices are decent. But if someone was looking for any kind of furniture, their way over priced. They get this stuff for free! People go there because they cant afford high prices, anywhere else! I dont donate there anymore, I go to charities that give to the people. For free! Also, there staff could be more helpful and friendly. And another thing, always just one cashier, so the lines are long and slow.

They have Wednesdays half off and have had a lot of coach purses there at a reasonable price

This place has its ups and downs as far as selection and staffing, but I still go there often. Would recommend for any of the usual thrift store fare.

My husband had a disgusting experience. He didnt know he was supposed to go to the back of the store to donate. The man told him off and laughed at him telling him to go to the back of store. He had other co-workers join him. I am disgusted and will never shop at a Salvation Army or donate monetary funds. I will continue to donate items out of pure convience because I dont live far from this location and nothing else. As soon as I move will never donate to this location again.

Half off day is the best!

I will NEVER spend another penny at this Salvation Army location. The staff there are the rudest people I have ever come into counter with at a retail store. The store is filthy, cloths and garbage are all over under the racks, and the pungent smell that hits you when you walk in is unbearable.At all of the other Salvation Armys I have been to will work with you on the price of an item if there is price tag on it. Not here. They told me that they will have to reprice the item and will put it back on the racks the next day if I wanted it. Now why would I want to go through the hassle of finding the items I just had in my hand again the next day? This is not the first time this has happen either. Dont even try to speak with the manager, youll just be wasting your time.
