I don’t know what is going on but can’t get anyone to call me back have left messages over the last few weeks. I’m sick and I need to b seen!!!! I have diabetes and I am having some major issues right now. I have never had a problem with this place till now and it is getting ridiculous. I am furious!!!! I don’t even want to give 1 star

I hope you don’t need an appt or a refill anytime soon. Called several times today for refills tried every extension trying to get someone to answer. I was 4th caller in line to be answered. ..... 10 min later still 4th caller. I finally just hung up. Tried my physicians MA and was told she didn’t have a mailbox ! So .... I changed doctors and practice this afternoon. This is not the first time I’ve had problems like this. Someone needs to be in charge !

I was referred here by a friend. Dr. Breetzke Is the Doctor that I saw. I didn’t wait long. He is straight to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush. His assistant is great as well. The tests I needed were done right there. I didn’t have to go to another building. The people who work in radiology are awesome as well.

1.5 hour wait after appointment time, multiple calls to get home health orders called in and correct, no concern for my condition. Told to go to ER and call Dr Finch next week

While I LOVE my doctor the ladies that answer the phone when you call are VERY RUDE!!!! AND if you them a owe a penny & have 2 collapsed lungs, a broken arm, strep throat or need refills on your high blood pressure meds they wont let you make an appointment!!!! Not all of us are able to work! I am a 61 yr old disabled widow & was just told that I couldnt make an appointment because I owe a little money! I just paid on the bill Friday!!!!!!!!

Had an appointment at 14:15. Waited 30 minutes to be called back. I showed up on time. I didnt have to do paperwork as ive been here 3x already this year. Got my bp taken and i was weighed at 14:45. It is now 15:30 and ive yet to see my doctor. I made this appt during my lunch hour. Not only am i out of a 40 dollar copay but im going to have to walk out and reschedule ....lose my job over a simple dr visit? Not worth it. Ill be finding another place tht values my time as much as my money. This place must be understaffed or severly inefficient. Either way i cant deal with this.Edit: rescheduled appt for Thursday at 16:30. I was promptly seen. Dr. Petersen is the best doctor at this location imo. He was very thorough and addressed my concerns with no hesitation. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude are what will keep me coming back here. Im going to keep him as my Primary Care Physician. He even explained the reason for the missed appointment (he didnt have to offer me an explanation but he did bc thts the kind of person he is). Its nice to see tht he gives all his patients the respect and attention tht they deserve. Changing my review score from 2🌟 to 4🌟 because Dr. Petersen is just tht good!
