Student massages seem to be a well kept secret .... that shouldnt be! Need a great massage that doesnt break the bank? Go get a student massage! This is the first time I have been here and it did not disappoint. Marilyn gave me an excellent massage and next time I am here in this area, I will be back!

My whole family and I have always enjoyed massages at the C.I. M.M. The students are always very professional, courteous and just plain fun loving. I have gone for years and intend on continuing for years to come. The instructors are exceptional people also, very professional and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this institute to anyone and everyone. Excellent place to relax and feel at home.

Cannot get my transcripts this school is ridiculous! I paid 30 grand here. Moved to Hawaii needed my transcripts. The new staff there say they will do it but never do and now don’t even respond to my emails or calls. Thanks to them not wanting to send me my transcripts, I now have to apprentice here in Hawaii for another 400 hours and 2 more grand. This school is a joke they don’t care about the students past or present. It’s not hard to pull up transcripts and send them to email. I suggest going to a different school. They never follow up, and if you cannot get to the school to get your records or transcripts, then you may as well kiss your education goodbye. It’s worthless to pay 30 grand for school if you have to pay for and do more schooling because they are too lazy to get on the computer and send your transcripts. I’d give zero stars if I could!

I dont know what was so terrible with the persons visit below, (since they didnt bother to elaborate anything at all) but Ill actually give an explanation of what Ive experienced. Ive been here twice and both times were good. Keep in mind you are going to a SCHOOL. These are STUDENTS who are massaging you. Most of them are near completion of the program and are on the verge of graduating. The rooms arent as pretty as a spa but again - its a school. They did have relaxing music playing with soft lighting. You lay on a massage table with sheets over it. They give you time to undress and make sure you have ample dressing (sheets) to cover up with. Both times Ive been there, they were polite, respectful and professional. They use body oil and they will work out any area you are having problems with. In the waiting area, they have a water cooler with cups if you are thirsty before or after your massage. You will wait on a leather couch and fill out a piece of paper and give it to the receptionist when you are done. Then, your massotherapist will come and get you and introduce themselves. You can choose if you prefer to have a male or a female massaging you. Hey - it might not be the best, but for $35 for a half hour massage is worth it over spending hundreds of dollars for the same service at a fancy spa. Im booking another appointment today.

I was late to the appointment because the GPS sent me another location. I tried calling the facility and no one picked up. After 10 to 15 minutes, I kept driving to see if I could find it. When I did and explain the situation to the scheduler/ teacher they were not accommodating at all! I told her that I would still do the massage and pay for the whole hour even though I would get less time but she said that she had given my masseuse to someone else because that persons masseuse did not make it in. So she was there sitting with two masseuse next to her, at the reception desk, did not answer the phone, and did not give me any masseuse that were there. All she said was theres nothing that she can do. I drove over 40 minutes to make it to his place with a pain on my neck and got no massage. They should really change their location address if the GPS is not going to take them there!

Ive been coming here for several years and refer everyone I know. Although the therapists are still students, I notice no differences between them and professionals. I will continue to get my massages here!

My daughter is a student here and I love going to the clinic for a massage. They have a great deal on massages, buy 3 get one free!

This is absolutely the worst school I and many of my classmates have attended. If you have a passion for massage PLEASE do more research on other schools because this place will suck everyone ounce of passion and life right out of you. The staff sure knows how to paint a pretty picture of how “amazing” their school is during orientation but after week ONE you will realize that you made a huge mistake. The staff is completely unprofessional, they play favoritism with certain students. They do not prepare you for the mblex AT ALL. They are money hungry and do not care about your education at all. I wish I would have never came here. I hope one day someone investigates the shady business going on here so no student ever has to suffer the way we currently are. If I could give them zero stars I would they do not even deserve one.

The one star review has to be bogus, I have been here many times and and only once had a bad massage(they are students) but even that one bad massage went 50 minutes, the time they are supposed to go, so this place should get 4or five stars!

The student was excellent. The GPS sent me down the street. The place is actually next to two bucks bar. It is a bit hard to communicate by phone. I think students operate the phone. Once l called for an appointment with a student l liked. They told me she was out indefinitely. When l talked to her later, she had been out 2 days.
