Victoria changed my life and I am forever grateful! I spent over 5 thousand dollars at another so called hair removal place. The facial hair continued to grow back and it was so stressful 😫 At this point after about a year it is basically GONE!!! I still go every 9 months or so just for the stragglers. Victoria is beyond talented. I would not see anyone else for my microbladed eyebrows. She is very precise and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to trying her microneedling RF. Such a great place, the consultants are warm, welcoming, and knowledgable. Their prices are the best in the Cleveland area (Ive done the reasearch) My daughter had lazer hair removal treatment on her arms and underarms. Shes had fantastic results on her arms after only two sessions! And amazing results on her underarms after four sessions. Although all the ladies working there are great, I recommend Michelle, shes awesome!

Excellent location downtown near the West Bank of the Flats with very clean facilities. Not only did Victoria get the job done, she provided excellent customer service all around. She scheduled to my availability after work (I would realistically never have received treatment if it meant I had to take off of work), she gave me options for the service I wanted, and she even ran outside when I called to find me a closer parking spot next to her space!

Victoria and her staff have made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They are very professional and they are upfront about their prices, the process, how to achieve the results you want, and the machines they use. Btw, they have the best laser hair removal machine, I’ve tried others in the past!They have recently reopened after the Covid shutdowns and I was so impressed with their facility. They have stations for patients to wait separately throughout the building with sanitizer, Clorox cleaning supplies, paper towels, a thermometer, and a UV light in those areas. However, I was the only patient in the building at the time. They have done a good job of spacing out appointments. Michelle wore a mask and gloves the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. Victoria is AMAZING I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. If you are thinking about microblading at all, go get it done with Victoria! I got my eyebrows microbladed. Ive always had problematic skin, but the first time microblading my skin did not take up the pigment well, and my brows were patchy and even though we picked out a warm brown ink, the undertones in my skin made it look greyish. I was freaking out, I called and texted her in a panic and she promised me she would do whatever it took to make sure I had beautiful brows. VICTORIA DELIEVERED. While she couldve just dismissed me and my problematic skin because of the waiver I signed, she instead saw me three more times at no extra charge to make sure my brows were perfection. She did a different technique the next times, and added gray vanish ink to fix the weird color. She was awesome at explaining the process and how she was going to fix me. I have beautiful brows now and I am so happy, I dont know how I lived without these perfect looking arches. There are a ton of microblading places, but Victoria will stand by her work and give you amazing customer service. She has multiple techniques and is knowledgeable about permenant makeup to fix things when they dont go perfectly the first time. There is a chance with any procedure that it wont go perfectly, you want to have someone who has the patience and skills to help you if that happens. That is priceless, especially when its your face!!!
