My daughter and I received massages today and I was so pleased with the quality of service. You can tell that Belinda is very passionate and experienced in her skill. I have had many massages before and the incorporation of breathing, stretching and energy work techniques were so unique and so powerful. It was very easy to book online and we received prompt service when we arrived. I would highly recommend andwill be visiting again!!!

I got a gift certificate for a message for Natural Massotherapy, LLC on Euclid Ave. this past Christmas. Being in the middle of Covid, I waited to book an appointment. When I went to the website, the ask for you to book online and pay in advance including a tip. A little unusual, but ok? The site had no option to pay by gift card...only credit card. And I wanted to add time which was an option. So I called.A woman answered hello?I asked if this was Natural Massotherapy?She said who is this?I asked again if this was the right number...she finally said yes.I told her I wanted to book an appointment, but the website had no option to pay with the gift card.She said gift card? Like an actual gift card?I said yes.Her: when was it bought?Me: given to me in DecemberHer: Its expiredMe: I received this during covid and most services were closed and since I work out of an ER Ive had places I volunteerat ask me to stop coming until the state of Ohio opens us up again. Besides its a federal law (passed in 2009) that does not allow gift cards to expire for 5years. Are you telling me you wont honor it?Her: NoMe: So you took money, $75 for a service and youre refusing to deliver that service? Thats stealing. Thats why this law was passed.Her: There should be an expiration on the back. We were open all during covid.Me: really? Im not sure that was legal either. So you just took the money knowing you most likely wouldnt have to honor the card because covid would keep people away until it expired.?Her: Ill honor half of it, but thats all.Me: are you serious? And I was going to buy extra time . Im not getting the good vibe you advertise on your website. Her: Ive been doing this for 20 years. Its expired. Have a good day. And she hung up.I wouldnt even want a message from such a negative untrustworthy person.I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATURAL MASSOTHERAPY, LLC on Euclid Ave.Ill take some recommendations on how to retrieve the $75 that was effectively stolen.

Belinda has magic hands! Earlier this year I pulled/pinched my sciatic nerve. Even after my doctors treatment I was left with a stiff back that gave me poor mobility. I was basically able to dance home (I live close enough to walk) from my appointment. Again today I was suffering from a stiff neck, made an appointment and now I feel like a new man. I go here for all of my massages anymore. You can trusty tell that she cares about her craft.

I scheduled an appointment for a massage. I put in the notes that I wanted them to pay special attention to the neck and back because I have some pain there.They cancelled the appointment and told me to reschedule when I am pain free.So, FYI, if you have any pain, go somewhere else. This place only massages pain free people....and now they will probably reply to this with some garbage about me being wrong, or misstating facts, or being a troll. Beware, I take screen shots when I submit stuff to websites. Newsflash: everyone who gives you a bad review is not a troll. Its not me, its you.

I regularly get massage but while I was traveling and staying in Cleveland I needed to find something that could help with some pain. I have easily had 100 massages in my life and I have to say that this massage was the very best of them all. Thank you very much for the massage.

I call this place for the first time to inquire about what type of massage they have, what massotherapy means, and how many massage therapists they have. The lady that picks up the phone is extremely slow to respond to these three questions, has a terrible attitude with the most pathetic customer service voice, and refuses to answer how many therapists they have. She keeps repeating, “if you want to interview the place, come in...”. Say what? I asked three basic questions to get a feel for this place to see if it’s the right fit for me and get the worst service ever. She hung up on me too. Unbelievable.P.s.
