Super neat grocery store, tons of healthy options, fresh vegetables and fruits the rotunda is amazing. At first looks super small but trust me, keep walking.

Not your normal Heinen’s is all I can say. We shop at our local Heinen’s and heard about this location in Cleveland. This is an old historic bank converted into an experience. Head up to the main area for some fresh eats. Head to second floor for some beer and wine tasting.(Please start keeping some veg/vegan Sushi options)

Hellooo!! Visiting cleveland for a few days we wanted to have a coffee under this historic roof. We went there in the afternoon and found all the stands on the first floor closed. So we came back next morning to realize that the stands were not operating at all.We really enjoyed the history and views!!!

It was a amazing experience shopping from such a fancy historical place; beautifully painted rotunda; enjoyed a lot; good stuff at good price and very conveniently located in downtown Cleveland.

Clean and has a great selection of fruits milks and juices and health and wellness items. Staff is friendly and helpful. They clean carts and carry baskets between EVERY USE. Only problem some customers dont care about the workers and will try shopping past closing time(they have families too you know last minute shopping isnt ok especially if you walk in at 7:58).

An oasis in the middle of concrete. Downtown Cleveland is rich with apartment dwellers and Heinens is atrue grocery store offering a wonderful selection of product. The BEST part of their downtown Cleveland location is they kept the architectural beauty of the former iwner Cleveland Trust Bank. This is a must see when in town. Beautiful stained glass, hand painted murals ... so much for the eye to see.

This is definitely the best option for grocery shopping in downtown. The produce is always very fresh and there are so many options (especially for health conscious shoppers). Their quick lunch options are tasty and fresh. Prices are very reasonable for downtown and I would say on par with other stores. I have paid way more for groceries that are nowhere near this fresh. The staff is outstanding and they always make you feel welcome and make sure they go the extra mile to assist. They also do parking validation which is extremely convenient.

What?!?! A super market with amazing food and beautiful, historical architecture? Knowledgeable wine section team and great prepared foods, etc. I wish this place was a nationwide chain.

Heinens was founded in 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio. The headquarters has been here in a art nouveau building since 1933. A feast for the eyes and palate!

This place is so cool!! Lots of specialty foods that you wont find anywhere else, plus a food court, wine bar, beers on tap and the entire second floor is beer & wine!! Its an absolutely gorgeous building inside.

One of my favorite places to visit. This beautiful historic building is one of the many hidden gems of the city. Whether you are looking for a quick grab-and-go bite, fresh produce or everyday items. They offer a good selection of local beers. The glass rotunda is a must see if visiting downtown.

Was very disappointed when going to this location. The rotunda is blocked off and you cannot see any of the historic details of the former bank. This was my whole point stopping at this location.

This was the coolest grocery store ever. The second floor was for wine and the unique ceiling was like being in a museum. Awesome experience!

I just love their choice of foods and different varieties. A little pricey but worth it. You can find things there that you cant find anywhere else.

Love everything about this supermarket. That atrium is breathtaking. From food to wines, it’s absolutely my favorite place in the world. However, and with all due respect to everyone’s personal preference; if on the website Heinen’s inform the public about mask wearing. Very few people were wearing masks. With that exception, it was heaven on earth. I would love to live in that atrium. Thank you and stay safe.

As far as getting groceries there, it will do in a pinch. I thought prices were high, but Im from a small town, so this may be the norm for the city. But you have to go in to see the architecture. It is beautiful. A very nice employee told me the history of the building and about the city. I think he said built in 1908 as a bank.

This is a great grocery market. They have made up meals that are so delicious. This used to be a bank, you have to check out the gorgeous ceiling and other paintings and architecture. Also their fruit is so fresh.

A stunning architectural marvel. Climb to the top for a magnificent overhead view of the remodeled rotunda. Beautiful murals adorn the facade below the breath taking glass ceiling. Oh its also a grocery store.

Good selection considering its downtown, a bit expensive but high quality. Building is a feast for the eyes. Im sure glad they have returned. Their prepared foods in particular are amazing. A brief reheat and theyre restaurant quality.

Upscale grocery and eatery right in the heart of downtown. Wide range of products like fresh produce, flower, meat, bakery and wine. Ambient place with beautiful high ceiling hall. Cozy place to sit, study or meet up with a friend. I get all my grocery here. Prices are a bit on the higher end though.

I love the freshness of the produce as well as the made in house meals. Wonderful service.

Heinens is an absolutely fantastic place to shop. They have a grand selection of groceries, imported cheeses, choice wines, fresh meats, and much more. Easily some of my favorite experiences in Cleveland and its a GROCERY STORE!!!Definitely give it a go. Especially try upstairs and join some of the events they host.

Great store but hard to get to if youre driving. A little pricey but thats to be expected for the location. Nice employees.

A massive selection for lunch of everything from sushi to wraps, salads and small desserts, as well as numerous take-away dinner options for home, groceries, wines, and so many different beers you’d be amazed. Impressive architecture in a breathtaking rotunda. This is a must see stop in Cleveland and a great place to grab something to take back to the hotel. Highly recommended!!!

I love this store. Employees are always nice for the most part. Very clean and organized. Somethings may be hard to find but theres always someone to assist you with finding things. Small selection of things ever since the riot downtown but overall one of the best heinens stores!!! They also had the best salad bar in town but the pandemic messed that up. Now its prepackaged salad which are still good but not the same.

High prices and not great selection for a large supermarket.It does the trick if staying in the area and want to get some quick groceries, but not so much to choose from.Their cookies are pretty good and were on sale too. Their fruits were also fresh.

This place is amazingWas looking for a good selection for beer and was NOT disappointed. When I first walked in was amazed at the layout and selection. For sure unlike any grocery store I have ever been in before. Walked upstairs and blown away at their selection of beers and wines that I almost didnt know where to start. Found everything I needed and all staff I met was friendly and helpful.

A great grocery store with high quality products. Their produce always looks great, meat is great quality, and there is a good selection with everything else without having too many things to choose from like other stores (no one needs 40 varieties of ketchup!). They could use some more options in the bakery but the stuff they have is pretty good.

The store is small, but it has plentiful varieties of items. The rotunda is a beautiful place to enjoy your meal or go to the 2nd floor and partake in the wine tasting, plenty of seating in both areas.

Everything was very fresh and tasty. Cant wait to go back

This used to be a bank that was also designed by the architect who designed the NY stock exchange. It’s beautiful! Great produce and meats, beer and wine on the second floor with Kombucha and beer on tap! The staff are exceptional. They have instacart shoppers here. It is def pricey as we went to the West Side Market and bought produce there after. Not sure I’d come back because of that and I like to support local farmer who support their family but nonetheless this is a beautiful spot.

Heinens was great once I went inside I got a bag that is so much better than grocery bag to carry my stuff. But before I went in sitting outside that was miserable. Thank you heinen for bringing a sense of urgency and a little something, from far away, that I needed all year long

An excellent use of the old Cleveland Trust HQ. A truly good selection of fine produce, baked goods, and coffees. I am sad that the current medical crisis has the Routunda food service area closed for the time being. Otherwise, I would consider it a great shopping experience. 5/5

I love shopping there, its right around the corner from where, I live.

The historical setting with pictures and ornate glass fine and the original cleveland trust metal stamp on the floor is worth the look. Good food options although the whole first level was emptied out of food, maybe re-orging then. The twists and turns to shop were cozy and fun, like going through a maze.

Great place for a quick work day lunch. Incredible variety, and you can get an excellent lunch for around ten bucks without even trying! Quick checkout even on busy weekdays. Love! this place! Also a good spot to pick up dinner and take it home. On the corner of East 9th & Euclid Ave.

The building itself is absolutely gorgeous. Heinens did a wonderful job turning it into a grocery store. The salad bar, sushi, soup, sandwiches, yummy bakery, and upstairs all the beer and wine you can imagine. Fresh Flowers and an oyster bar. Everything you need!

A historic Bank, turned grocery and food court with a skylight dome on top. (no saving money here anymore) Lots to feast on and lots to feast your eyes on. We had a nice afternoon snack, sitting on the second floor balcony, people watching and soaking up the architecture.

Went here for wine tastings. Super fun. I liked the idea of being able to taste a few different things. They offer 1, 3 or 5 ounce pours. Prices varies depending on the price per bottle. You have to buy a card that you then can load with whatever amount you want. If you put $20 on it then the card itself is free. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I would come here again.

Today, at the last day of the year, it was unusually packed, but still quite cozy. The meat guy was very friendly and showed me at the counter shelf what I was looking for. Again I’ve bought some stuff just because they looked good and I have never seen them before. 🤪 Check out was quick, Was to able pay with Apple Pay while packing.

A beautiful historic building to see and a great store to visit. You can do wine samples or by the glass with their self pour machines. We had lunch here also. Theres a huge selection of foods in the salad bar, soups and made to order areas as well as deserts. Prices were reasonable too

Theres a large variety of stores to shop at but Heinens rises above all of them, especially the one on East 9th and Euclid Ave. A friend of mine has been shopping at this great place and I finally went with them. I was truly amaze at the shopping experience in this clean, refreshing, and friendly store. The produce, groceries, bakery, seafood, meats, coffee, deli meats, prepared foods and salad bar all have a great variety to choose from.Each department you go to the staff is friendly and have customer service that was beyond my expectation. You must go at lunch time and check out the different cooking or prepared food stations that offer great lunch and meal options. One last thing we order food for our office through the catering department, it was quick and easy and also good

Great place to grab a fresh bite or do some all around great grocery shopping. The beer selection was top notch as well. The multiple stations you can stop at to get a quick bite, plan a whole meal for later or just pick up some fresh baked sweets or breads

Nice grocery find while staying at the Crowne Plaza. Only needed couple items but prices looked very reasonable.

I absolutely love this place and always try to sneak in a visit when I see a show at Playhouse Square. The grocery side is incredibly convenient and the food bars are really diverse and nutritious. Go upstairs and you have a wine and cheese bar. I was impressed to see that they added Kombucha on tap. Of course the interior of the building is so stunning!

First time here and I had a wonderful experience. Alexandra went above and beyond to help me. The cashiers were very friendly, helpful and informative. I was surprised that the prices were lower than I thought they would be. Overall it was a great experience, and this will be my main grocery store for now on. ☺

Aisles are pretty narrow. I went to buy a pie and they didnt have any aside from the frozen marie calendars pumpkin pie. Everything was clean though and liked some of their other products

A former bank, now a grocery and deli store. It is a beautiful building with terrific deli food for lunch. Well worth a visit and stop for lunch.

This is honest to God true feedback. A few years ago, I was in the Kroger in Sunbury. I have never met my great grandmother but I’m told she was a witch. Anyway I saw a vision of an old woman watching me from one of the aisles. (I have the creeps typing this). She was watching me as I was walking to the lemons. I couldn’t shake it from my mind because I know it was a vision. A few months later God exposed some things within my family line through prayer about this woman. When God exposed that, my mind went back to the old woman watching me in Kroger!!! I shared with my mother and grandmother seeing a vision of this woman who was later revealed as my paternal great grandmother standing in the aisle at Kroger! I am wowed at this posting that I just stumbled upon. You cannot make this stuff up! The spiritual realm is real and God wants us believers to not be deceived. Wow!

Super fan of the wine tasting area

This is the best grocery store in Ohio. Housed in a historic bank building, the selection of groceries, bakery items and wine is phenomenal. Plus they are open until 9 pm on Sunday! I will stop here during every trip I make to Cleveland.

Heienens is great and the shops on this street but there are to many homeless, beggars, and litter on the street to really make it great

Awesome wine selection. Wine dispensers are one of the best reasons to go.

Only stopped in too look around. Was clean. Grabbed a few waters which were 1.00 each cant beat that. The groceries were more pricy than normal but you are paying for convenience.

This is a very nice grocery store conveniently located in downtown Cleveland at the corner of Euclid Ave and E 9th St. I went here and was immensely satisfied with my experience. I walked into the grocery store to see that there was a large selection of fresh produce. The architecture of the building is very nice, and the inside of the building is very open, which I like. Instead of the grocery store having a normal ceiling, the ceiling is a large dome at the very top of the building, which is quite high. After I walked around the grocery store for a bit, I left the store without buying anything. I gave this Heinens grocery store five stars because the building its in has very nice architecture and is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland.

This is exactly what downtown Cleveland needed! A large scale grocery store to accommodate the residents of the up and coming downtown area. The former Cleveland Trust Rotunda Building has amazing architecture. I like what Heinens has done with it.The variety of ethnic foods is what I enjoy about it. A great place for the average Cleveland foodie to stop in to. Prices are okay and on par with what you would expect at any Heinens store.

Food is delicious and attention is good too, but if you look up and around yourself at the deli, you will be blown away by the dome atop the former Cleveland Bank. Something you dont see every day when grocery shopping.

The wine tasting upstairs is a blast solo, in a party, or as a couple. Peter and Candice are exceptional hosts and very knowledgeable about pairings and wines of every price and region. The deli and store downstairs are as excellent as one expects from this family chain. What a lovely place to spend an afternoon or evening.

Sometimes I dont have time to stop for lunch when Im downtown. Heinens is a great alternative. There pre-made salads and sandwiches are really good. Nice selection of groceries overall even with this pandemic.
