The serviceman was very professional. He was on time and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions as to how my unit could run better/last longer. He was sweet to our new puppy and very understanding that he was a little excitable when new people come to visit. He even put the chairs back in place before he came upstairs! Great experience! Horrible customer service. Chris could care less. Hes not motivated at all.

I’ve reached out to this company 3 consecutive days for an electrical problem at a commercial property. I was promised someone would come out to the property and no one ever showed... for 3 consecutive days! If this is the their response to commercial customers I can only imagine what it’s like for residential! Don’t even bother trying to contact this place!!!!
