Rebecca did an amazing job with our 13 year old -Teddy. He is always so stiff after going to the groomer, but he’s happy and spry after being with her today. She called me to personally ask specific questions about how we wanted him to look. Both our dogs - Teddy and Cosey look great and are happy pups!

I seriously don’t remember a time when I didn’t use going to the dogs.The staff is always amazing and caring and I have referred everyone I know to go there.There is a reason it’s consistently voted number one.Because they are the best at what the do.

If you have poodles and you live in Cleveland this has been our favorite groomer for the last 3 years now.

Goin to the dogs is the only grooming place that I feel comfortable leaving my dogs. They do a great job getting the dogs clean and fully dried. I have Bernese mountain dogs so that can be pretty tough to do sometimes. They do a fantastic job at trimming their feet and nails! I know they treat my dogs like their own and take care of them when they’re in their hands. The owner is also a show dog friend of ours as well, so she has lots of experience with dogs!

Weve taken our dog here twice for groomings. The staff is great and our little dog looks great afterwards. The only beef I have with this place is that they are cash only (well they take checks too but who writes those anymore). Get out of the 80s and accept credit cards or your business will slowly dwindle and die. You would have gotten 5 stars but the cash-only deal lowers it to 4.

I took my dog in for a shave and he had at least an inch or more of hair on him. They also said they werent able to trim his nails! Isnt that part of the process? I still got charged the full amount. Very unfriendly. Never going back!

Today was our first time using Goin’ To the Dogs and we couldn’t have asked for better! The staff was so professional and nice. Our dog looked pretty rough going in and came out looking amazing! I highly recommend this place! Looking forward to weekly visits!

I took my dog here for the first time today and they are awesome! They were very nice when I called to make her appointment, I called at the last minute to get her a bath on a holiday weekend. They worked her in and did an awesome job. Her coat is so soft and fluffy now. We will be back for sure!

Always do such an amazing job with our two Great Pyrenees. Boarded both dogs for a week while out of town, and it was a great experience. We didnt have to worry at all that our pups were in great hands!

Our baby girl has been “Goin’ to the Dogs” since a wee pup. We even get last minute appointments when coming home from Atlanta every chance we have. So appreciative for our hometown gals! Ava thanks you!

The ladies here are great. I bring my little mutt in to get her nails trimmed every so often and they jump right on it. Have never had a problem here and they are very accommodating. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Kelly has always been so good to my Addie that is super attached to me . She has separation anxiety but is always ok when coming here . They take good care of her . Our new puppy Rosie is scared of EVERYTHING... she was abused . Even scared of passing cars . However she lets the staff her handle her . 5 stars . Always helps accommodate drop off and pick up as well when we travel . Price is always right and most times they give us breaks on things . We love them . We hate leaving our fur babies but we travel with peace of mind when they are here ❤️

Taken my little dog there twice and both times theyve done a great job! Ive had problems before with people styling my little Yorkie mutt like a show dog even when I tell them 1) Hes a boy, and 2) Hes not my Barbie doll. I loved that the people at Goin to the Dogs listen to what I want and make him look cute while getting his trouble spots taken care of. My dog never seems anxious when we leave and had no problems going in the second visit, so I it seems to me they must be really nice to him while hes there are well. Thanks!!

Kelly and all the other stylists are great! We take our dogs to them for grooming and baths.They are always attentive to what we want for our dogs as well as offer suggestions.

Great experience. Best grooming Calypso (6 year old Golden Doodle) has ever had. The facility and staff were great. Goin to the Dogs will become Calypsos groomer of choice moving forward.

Love this place! Called and was able to get an appointment the same week. Took my standard poodle puppy and they totally spoiled him! 😁. Kelly was his groomer and shes fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome place to take your dogs. They actually use scissors (which is huge deal on certain breeds, the only way to get a good cut). They know every single breed and how theyre suppose to be look. Great staff!

I took my baby here for the first time to board and get groomed , needless to say I was very nervous as Ive heard horror stories from fb about other groomers and he has never been groomed by ANYONE. I was worried how he would act. When i picked him up Wednesday Holly and my baby had been out back playing and he ....... looked perfect. I will definitely me back. Super friendly staff!!

We have used Goin to the Dogs for 10 years and love it! Our dogs always come out looking great and the staff treats them like their own! Kelly and her staff are flexible and always willing to go the extra mile to make our dogs comfortable, even my 10 year old, 130 pound temperamental dog, who requires some extra patience!

Had always loved how they groomed my Border Collie but now my Yorkie second time not impressed. Two weeks later hair back in his eyes and he was scared to death and would whimper if you tried to touch his face this last time. It was different groomer.

Ive been taking Samson to Goin to the Dogs since I got him four years ago. I wouldnt dream of taking him anywhere else! Samsons a very nervous/shy dog, but always seems fine when going to the groomers! Couldnt ask for a better place to send my baby! 😊

I came from Chicago with my poodle. He never looked better then when groomed here. I have tried many different places this is the best and they are kind to the dogs. When my poodle passed away I bought a German Shepherd. I brought him in for doggie daycare they were wonderful with him. He socialized with other dogs and learned manners. He now weighs 90lbs but he learned to be gentle with other dogs... I.think he thinks he is a poodle.Now I board him occasionally. I have had to use other boarding places when they were filled.Sam would hate the other places not eat just be tramatized, but when he is boarded here its like a vacation for him. He loves it. They are just the best!

We have been taking our dog here for months. We’ve always asked them to brush our dog’s teeth, and in the past they’ve always said they did brush her teeth. We took our dog there today, and we asked for the same thing, but when we picked her up, the price was higher. When we questioned them about why the price was higher, they said it was because she had her teeth brushed. When we asked about why it was never more in the past, even though she had always had her teeth brushed, they informed us that she had not been having her teeth brushed, even though we have specifically asked for it when we dropped her off as well as double checked when we picked her up in the past. We were told every time that it was done, and apparently that wasn’t the case. The girl at the front was new so when she went to talk to someone in the back about it the other employee’s literal response was, “Well. Whatever.” There was no apology or anything. The reason I even gave two stars is because they have been doing a pretty good job, but whatever the comment from the lady in the back was about, and the way they handled the whole situation was just really poor.

Lots of info & happy they have doggie day care. Please get larger outfits for dogs over 90 lbs.

They done an excellent job on my dog however their customer service skills for the paying client lets just say it has a lot to be desired and screaming and yelling at the dog did not help but the quality of the grooming your pet will receive is excellent
