Absolutely fantastic experience! All the staff is amazing and so sweet! Dr. Victor has helped my hair grow back and I have never felt more confident! All I can say is thank you!

Dr.Victor has been a wonderful and supportive doctor, and all of his staff has been friendly. I am from Alabama and I drive to both the Chattanooga office and Cleveland office to see him. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Victor for many years. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen, and that is saying a lot. He addresses my every concern, and explains things thoroughly so I can make informed decisions. I am so thankful for the wonderful care I have received in this office. I would like to commend Victor Czerkasij, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at the Cleveland, TN office for his outstanding efforts in providing care for my many skin cancer conditions throughout the years. Victor always takes the time to answer my questions, goes to great lengths to explain his methods of treatment and shows great concern for my well-being. Victor is kind, considerate and extremely professional in his manner. I highly recommend Victor to anyone needing dermatology services at the Cleveland office, you will not do any better!

I would give them a negative if it was possible!! Horrible with billing issues when PAID IN FULL WITH CASH. I agree with others, they are always wanting to cut on you!I would not recommend, you are better off doing a little bit more research and going elsewhere!

Everyone is just so friendly I see Dr. Carol and she is just amazing and my granddaughters see Victor they take their time to really understand your situation and I have seen some amazing results. Everyone in the office are very friendly I am glad i came here

Expect to be cut on every visit! Every time I visited they took biopsies of the littlest thing. This must be how they make their money. After going to this place for many years I went somewhere else because I was tired of it. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr Chung is exceptional, and he hires the BEST people in his practice. Brittany Viars in Athens is FANTASTIC!!!

The worst experience I have had to date with a doctor in my 47 years. I am also a nurse and I have worked in doctor offices for highly reputable doctors and this office falls short in my opinion. I feel as though I was treated as a number and not really a patient. There was also a billing problem and I felt that I was treated as a second rate citizen even though I paid my $400 dollar bill in full. The doctor was in the room for less than 2 minutes and was extremely rude to me and walked out the door. There was one nurse her name was Katelyn and she was super sweet and compassionate. If you want a caring compassionate doctor that helps you deal with your skin cancer issues then please take your time and research first.***UPDATE******Jason the office manager did call me and sincerely apologized and listened to my concerns. I hope they can make the changes necessary to become more patient oriented.

Butchers!!! Initial visit, they were going to operate on me needlessly. My problem was resolved with a cream prescribed by another Dr. Also made terrible permanent scar on my face. For no rational reason. Biopsy ??? Not necessary! And not cancerous! Could have been evaluated less invasively. These people are too eager to cut, cut, cut. Apparently only want $$$$. Not dedicated to curing patient...just their pockets.

My first experience with a specialist in Dermatology. It was a visit where i had some concerns (severe poison ivy) and wanted to go ahead and do a full-body examination. Dr. Victor and his team were great at making me feel comfortable and helped me understand what certain concerns were and how they treat my specific situation. I would certainly plan to visit here (Cleveland location) and Dr. Victor again in the future.

I am so grateful for all the people who work here. Every person has a job to do and they do it well. I had two skin cancers removed and I have never seen any better teamwork. They keep everything private and I am so grateful for them. They work hard!

I feel that my wait was a little longer than it should have been, but the friendliness of the staff more than made up for this. All of my questions were answered, and I felt like I was being listened to and heard instead of taking up valuable time for another patient to be seen. I already scheduled my next appointment.

They saved my life! Caught my deadly skin cancer when another Dr had missed diagnosed me after I had questioned certain areas for over two years!! It pays to get a second opinion, I will not go anywhere where else but here. Love my team of Drs!!! Ive had more excisions than I can count, half dozen Mohs procedures and radiation. Im pretty much on a 1st name basis w/everyone there bc Ive had so much done. Dr. Chung has an outstanding team of Drs and his staff is awesome!! Highly recommend this facility and the Chattanooga one!!☆☆☆☆☆

The staff were awesome. The doctors had such poor bed side manner. I had a seizure and wanted to pass on the small procedure I was having done.(was having a place cut out) Since that was a waste of this mans office space he told the nurse to get me up and out of there. Recomed going elsewhere.

Went in for a checkup after my sister developed a melanoma. I did not feel comfortable with the staff. I waited a very long time to be treated and felt that procedure of taking the biopsies was rushed. I was not given any wound care instructions and one of the wounds took about 2 months to heal. I never saw the doctor. They did not notify me of the results, just told me that if there was a problem they would let me know.

This is a really clean and nice place. everyone that ive encountered that works here makes you feel comforatable and right at home.

I loved them i have severe social anxiety. So i was uncomfortable in the waiting room of course. The front desk staff isnt all that friendly but, the doctor an nurse i had were great i loved feeling comfortable an, it didnt take but 30 or 45 min for each visit

Doctors and staff are very good. However, if your appointment isnt very early, wait times are terrible

Do not see Kristie Obranovich! She was very disrespectful,rude,and uncompashonet. Will not be back.

Very professional staff, I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

If your wanting to wait this is the place for you. The front window staff are rude and your scheduled time is never the time they get you in. Expect 30 minutes to an hour wait in the lobby plus room time waiting.
