Absolutely very poor communication. The staff never returns phone calls, Since the opportunity is in place for the staff to work from home they simply do not care about people who are in need of assistance. Shame on the entire management at stepforwardtoday.

Humanity is not present at step forward or at the old name ceogc were are the pandemic funding going no checks or balances. Just running wild with tax payer funds.
