My experience with Kim has been EXCEPTIONAL!! I have been coming to Nothing but the best for over a year. My hair was extremely short and unhealthy. Kim has brought my hair back to life, and I actually have length. Im thankful she no longer has to add hair to braid it. Thank you Kim for your care, and live for your clients. You are AMAZING!!

I called this place after reading the wonderful reviews. I was given an appointment for the very next morning at 9:00am. Her name was Kim.Lucky me.To my dismay...............I arrived at 8:57 and I sat in the salon parking lot until 9:30 a.m., and no one showed up to open the shop. (They’re advertising that they open at 9:00).During this half hour I was waiting, I called the salon number 3 times, no answer and to date no one has ever called me back.I guess my time, gas was not important to anyone except myself.Real bad case of “supporting black businesses. This won’t stop me from trying to support, just won’t be this business.

WHEN I SAY KIM IS THIS ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I HAVE FOUND A NEW STYLIST. I GOT A WIG INSTALLED TODAY AND I AM FEELING MYSELF. KIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, WARM AND WELCOMING. MY HAIR CAME OUT AMAZING. SHE TAKES PRIDE IN HER WORK AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HER CRAFT. I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT.

I love this salon!! Kim has given my dull hair life again. The salon is beautiful and clean and I love the professionalism of each stylist. Ive seen all types of hair textures being treated and at the end the styles were beautiful. If youre looking for trendy and edgy or a classic style, I would chose Nothing But The Best Salon!!

The owner of this hair salon Nothing But The Best Kimberly Smith is nothing but the WORST. She has zero customer service skills and assaulted me while I was getting my hair done. I had to press charges against this woman. The salon is a joke. Talk about a one woman show. Theres one shampoo bowl and one hair dryer in this hole in the wall called a salon. Kim is very ghetto and unprofessional. If you have any amount of natural hair she will not have any idea what to do with it. Kim half washed my hair and braided my hair so tight for a sew in my vein was showing through my forehead. When I refuse to pay for half done service she then put a pair of scissors to my forehead and demanded $100. Kim obviously needs the money more than I do for her three children by three different men. This shop is the example of ignorance at its finest and Im quite sure it wont be in existence a year from now. Best advice I can give is DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars I would.

I come here every two weeks and every time I leave, my hair is exactly Nothing but the Best. As soon as I walk in the salon I am immediately assisted and in a chair ready to get my hair done. The hair wash Ms. Kim gives me is always wonderful and my hair smells great. Before I started coming to this salon my hair was very, very short now that I am here and get my hair done every two weeks I see a big difference. My hair is now long almost past my shoulders. Over all Ms. Kim works wonders. I would REALLY recommend it.

Her salon provides anything from hair styling to hair replacement, to eye lashes, brow trimming and nails. Kim is my hair stylist and the only person that can do my hair the way that I like it. As a client of Ms. Kimberly Smith, I find her business, Nothing But The Best, absolutely spectacular. The products she uses for my hair does so much to improve it. I make sure my hair appointment is scheduled for every week. I walk in and my hair is monstrous , when it is finished I am always walking out looking like a model. At that time I preferred my hair short and I had a perm, 2 years ago I decided to go natural. I have received several hair styles and sew-ins and compliments from my co-workers and family about my hair growth and hair styles. I have recommended Kim to several co-workers and will continue to be a customer of Nothing But The Best Hair & Nail Salon.

My favorite hair dresser I love coming here for last 7 years I have not visit any other hair salon since I found Kim she Is great with her skills customer service and she makes the time fly by while always mastering the style. I have know Kimberly Smith for over three or more years and from the first day I met her she was helping to find my look. I have had some issues with my hair and we have sat and talk and she has shown me things to do to keep my hair strong clean and healthy that once I began seeing her as a client she takes very good care of me and keeps me in line to the point I had my own mother seeing her and she makes her smile and hair feel good to the point the compliments were great.

I went to Kim at NBTB, for a braidless sew-in, in preparation 4 my upcoming wedding! I was very nervous with lil confidence in my appearance, due to balding on top & all around thin hair! Kim chatted with me for 2 months on & off, answering my many questions & reassuring me the whole way through! I am so glad I found her, my hair turned out better than I ever imagined! I feel beautiful again & she was so helpful in every step of the way! It was a great environment & great people! Her prices were better than the rest & her skills are on point!
