Denise was very knowledgeable on lock care. I have found my forever home for as long as she is in business. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has natural locked hair

This was the first time I had been at this establishment as I am just starting my Loc journey. Ms. Denise was very professional, pleasant and very swift with her hands! She made me feel so welcomed and my experience was wonderful! If you have Locs then you need to see Ms. Queen Denise, she definitely knows her craft!

I use the Vet clinic next door to her business and I have a very old and sick dog who can barley walk and there wasnt any parking on the vet side when u pulled in for my appt, so I was waiting for someone to leave to be able to pull into a spot and I was using a spot on her side she came out and rudely told me to me even after trying to explain that my dog cant walk and I was just waiting for a spot on the vet side. She threatened to call the cops and not to sound mean but she only had 1 customer in there and a few open spots to park. This owner is a poor excuse of a human being. What kind of person doesnt have compassion for a sick and dying animal?

The owner of this establishment is a poor excuse of a human being and threatened to call the cops on my friend who was waiting for a parking spot to open up on the Vet side of this parking lot when she had plenty of available spots on her side for us to wait for a moment. She came out and rudly told us to move even after we explained we had a sick dying dog in the car. You cant ever trust a human that has no compassion for animals.

I was a walk-in client who is in desperate need of a haircut big time. Believe me I received the best haircut I have had in a long time. I walked in with long straggly unhealthy hair. I will definitely absolutely no questions asked go back there from now on

Parked in a parking spot that had cones in between them because Im assuming of the Coronavirus Im assuming thats the owner came out and had an attitude about me parking there. When I clearly didnt know and I wasnt even going to stay in that spot for long.

I was looking for someone to braid my hair and started looking on google to find shops near me and locology came up as one of the salons in my search i went to the website and it asked how can i help you i wrote a message asking if the shop had any opening i got a text message a few hours later starting ( i dont do braids ) so i stated how sorry i was for asking and got another rude text stating from now on if i wanted services call the shop because she /he dont do text hiw was i suppose to know this i was only returning a text that i had gotten earlier. Please change your greeting on your website from how can i help you to dont text call shop instead so rude

The owner not only cares about your hair for which is provides great advice for hair care, but she also cares about her customers. Lots of positive energy surrounding your hair.

Denise is God sent! My locs were damaged and theyre small... She has repaired my hair, always, pleasant, and professional! My service is always excellent! It is worth driving over an hour to get my locs maintained. If you have or even want locs I would give her a call!
