0 rating!! Please do not come to this salon. Very unprofessional and currently in the process of taking them to court because when I called and reported within 24 hours that my faux bohemian locs were unraveling and the hair they suggested was super nappy the next day they told me they would fix it. Went to get it repaired on April 5, 2021. They ended up cutting out the nappy curly hair and the mother and I agreed upon her buying the new curly hair this time b/c they had their daughter (fam business) go with me to pick it out (hair is not even the same color as locs) Instead of redoing a few locs over that was unraveling she decided to just take the curly hair and just started wrapping it around the loc and using a lighter to try attach it and left burnt spots on locs and different patterns. She tried to do a fast job and made my hair worse. When I pointed it out (also her neice tried to point out the issue) She got mad and started being unprofessional and disrespectful speaking in her accent. Also put her hand in my face and I told her please do not put your hand in my face. The mother then refused to fix it after making it worse and I had an vacation to go on in less than 3 days. You can tell which ones she worked on because they looked completely different from the other ones. The owner was called and she told me I had to leave and I was stuck with my hair looking a complete mess. Also forgot my unused packs of hair near the chair in the shop when left and didnt realize until I got home bc I thought she was going to redo a few of the unraveled locs. On top of that no other salon would work over their work. The owner also refused to give me a refund or anything. This hair was taken out as soon as I touched down b/c it was raggedy and a waste of money because it didnt last. I was distressed and also didnt even want to go on my vacation. I will see them in court and please do not go here esp for faux locs because you will be disappointed.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am, I called and was told the person was running a little late. No one showed up until 11:30 am almost . They need to make appointments They can keep and if they gng to be late they to make folks aware of that. Good beaiders just need to better st booking appointments.

Not the best experience I ask for small knotless blonde length braids and receive medium knotless braids. The parts aren’t straight in the front either. she continued to pull my hair from the side and the parts aren’t straight smdh. Not worth $300. But overall the braids are ok.

The ladies make you feel at ease, they are talented, professional, but also fast. Im in twice a month for cornrows, and they never disappoint.

They fitted me in short notice and did a great job on my twist I will be coming back

I didnt have an appointment & they still helped me & braided my hair exactly how I wanted. I loved the vibe here!!! Will be back again..

They did good on my hair. I gave 1 star because my appointment was at 9:30 am and nobody was at the shop when I got there, so I called them the mother said give her 5 minutes she will be there so I got in my car a waited, 30 minutes later nobody showed up. So as I’m sitting in my car a guy walked up, he also waiting, so it’s it’s 10:30 when the mother arrives, starts the guy hair and told me her sister was coming, so I didn’t start getting my hair done until 12:24pm that’s crazy, they didn’t go down on the price or nothing🤔Their always late and still come in and gotta eat dounuts and oranges like y’all already late as late as y’all are, you didn’t eat at home🤷🏽‍♀️They is crazy. They need better time management.

Me And My Mom Have Been Dealing With This Shop For Over 10 Years They Have Blessed Hands I Call Them The Braid Gods You Can Never Go Wrong When You Pick Sarata’s Shop Her Mom And Auntie Are So Sweet Willing To Help Whomever They Can Do Any Style You Want Better Then Anyone In Cleveland Ohio They Literally Can Grip 1 Inch Of Hair You Can’t Find Too Many People That’s Blessed With Their Gift I Love Love Love Them And They Work They Will Never Ever Lose Me As A Client And I Recommend Everyone To Go See For Themselves 🙏🏾💯

I didnt wait at all when I came and its really close to my house. They got me in and out and i really loved my braids. They were exactly what i was looking for. They will also wirk with you on the proces as well. It felt very welcoming and the other ladies who work there are very nice. The braids were not extremely tight either, they were comfortable unlike other African braiding shops that try to pull your brains out. I give them 100 💯 all across the board.

I took my mother to get her hair done for her birthday and they were quick, pleasant and my mothers hair looks BEAUTIFUL... I will be going back myself very soon and Im sure my mother would be a returning customer as well.
