Got my tonsils out with Dr. Baugh , i would 100% NOT recommend her!! i told her that i was in really bad pain and needed to try a different pain medicine and she said she could send me anything else so i had to sit in pain the whole time since the pills she sent me did not work for me. not to mention trying to get ahold of her was impossible, or to get a call back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I came to the clinic to be seen for a sinuses problem. Had a sinus infection in September and again in October, so I thought I might have some sort of drainage problem and better get looked at by a specialist. Well maybe the day after Thanksgiving wasn’t a good day to be seen there. The doctor comes in and after examining me states I have silent GERD. She told me to stop taking my antihistamine medication, for allergies, because it was drying me out, and could be a contributor factor to the GERD, along with diet items to follow. Then to come back for a follow-up appointment after three weeks. My condition deteriorated and my cough intensified. I ended up in Urgent Care with pneumonia. I never had GERD.

Dr. Byrd removed a bone spur from deep inside my nose. I feel like he has taken an anvil out of my head. He was very thorough in diagnosis. I really appreciate the treatment I have received. Thank you!

I have been dealing with ear infections since 2012! I have had almost 100. I Have spend thousands of dollars on tests, imaging, antibiotics. I had been to 2 ENTs. I found Dr. Tiffany Baugh. She put tubes in my ears on the first visit to her. She is smart, compassionate, and caring. If you want somebody that cares about your quality of life and will listen to you go see Dr. Baugh!! I am forever grateful! I had tubes put in 2 days ago and my pain and pressure are already almost gone! Thanks Doc!

Dr. Baugh and her assistant Kayla are AMAZING! I had a balloon procedure along with a deviated septum surgery and Dr. Baugh was nothing short of amazing! I had soo many hoops to go through for it but Dr. Baugh never gave up and made the surgery happen fairly quickly! (As quick as insurance would let her 🙄). The after care was A little rough for me especially when she had to suction my nose with a camera inside with it, and I ended up passing out. She was soooo calm with me and made me beyond comfortable afterwards! Kayla her assistant, grabbed the fan and a wet cloth before I even came to again and had it READY! I’m absolutely thankful they were prepared! Very VERY nice staff! Highly recommended if you need a ear nose and throat dr in Cleveland!!! Not to mention how thorough they are! 10 out of 10 for me!!!

Well i loved this place till now i been going thete since i was 2 yrs old i am now 34 i missed one appt and got a letter today saying they would not see me no more i missed my appt cuz my mom just pasted away i been grieving and forgot my appt so that just shows you what kind of place it is sorry as hell idk even where to go for my ears now thanks Cleveland head and neck clinic for punishing me for grieving the lost of my mom i will never be sorry for it so i will find me another ear doc dont worry
