I have had a parent in McGregor Assisted living since June 2020. I commend Director Magan Frame for leading such an amazing team. The Angels who work there are passionate about what they do. They treat my parent like family with love and respect. No one is perfect , nor is there a perfect facility, but the amazing team at McGregor do their personal best daily. I have peace and can sleep at night knowing my loved one is cared for. Thank you!!!!

This is probably the most beautiful nursing home ever . its almost like a 5 star resort. However I should not have based what it looks like putting my mom there. The aides and some of the nursing staff appear -as if its just a job. They lack professionalism. and speak to you about your loved one as if they are irritated by you. I felt my moms care was not as good as it could have been... Seems. as if they were waiting on her to die..sadly she did.

My father is a resident here and I cannot praise this home enough, and it is truly a home for my father. He is treated with nothing but kindness in a beautiful enviornment that is always clean, safe and caring. The staff is always quick to call with any changes or info that are deemed important and when I visit he usually brushes me off for bingo or other scheduled activities. This place and its staff are in my daily thank you prayers.

HR personnel Sandra do not follow up with hiring process. Poor work ethics.
