I highly recommend Garden Plaza at Cleveland. Recently my mother reached a point in her life where she knew it was time to move into a community where she could have help as she ages. The folks here have been wonderful in every area. Mom knew as soon as she met Ken and Lynda and toured that she wanted to move in. The team together worked hard to make this move easy for Mom and for us. They went above and beyond to help her make her little apartment a home. She tells me how delicious the food is and how helpful and kind everyone is here. She told me the other day that she never dreamed in a million years that she could be so happy. To quote Mom “I JUST LOVE IT HERE”.

When we were in search of an Assisted Living Accommodation for our wonderful Dad, we wanted the very best for him. From the first moment we stepped foot into Garden Plaza we were convinced it was the perfect choice. We were so impressed with the beauty and functionality of the units, the building complex, and the grounds. But we were beyond impressed by the intricate and personal care that Daddy has received. The entire personnel of Garden Plaza is welcoming, accommodating, gracious, and kind. And their attention to detail when dealing with the residents is remarkable. We are so thankful for Garden Plaza, truly an answer to prayer. One of the best decisions we have ever made. And our precious Daddy loves the community, and the workers of Garden Plaza. Our entire family loves Garden Plaza!

Garden Plaza in Cleveland, TN was the answer for my father when I knew he needed to be moved from his apartment he could no longer take care of. He was even forgetting to eat! I searched several different places and visited each one. Garden plaza far exceeded all of them! I knew my father was taken care of when they checked on him if he wasnt at meals, or he missed an activity! My father fell in love with everyone that works there! They truly became family to him! He always looked forward to all the various daily activities! My father had nothing but praise for all of the administrators and workers there! Garden Plaza was excellent for my father and I am sooo thankful he was blessed to be there!My in-laws both moved to Garden Plaza when they needed to get assistance too! They loved being able to not have to fix meals and enjoyed conversation with other residents. They even chose a special table that they always sat at! We all shared Thanksgiving feast at GP and loved being able to be together! We even had times that we requested the Bistro and enjoyed both families being able to be together in one place!My father and my father-in-love have both departed to their Heavenly home, but my mother-in-love is still enjoying company with friends and workers at Garden Plaza.We cannot say Thank you Garden Plaza enough for the great service you have given to our families! Their staff diligently implemented all the inconvenient health measures.Garden Plaza has emerged unscathed from a nation-wide pandemic that disproportionally affected our elderly. 42% of our 550,000 deaths were in long term care communities.What a miracle that our Garden Plaza loved ones have survived and are now fully vaccinated.With heartfelt gratitude to all the GP staff.

My husband and I were living in Charleston SC when we made the decision to move back to Cleveland, my hometown. We carefully conducted online research for independent living facilities in the area. My niece visited Garden Plaza on our behalf and Lynda Copley was wonderful in showing her different patio homes and apartments, answering questions, and being making herself available for our telephone calls. My niece sent two floor plans to us that she thought we would like. We selected one and contacted Lynda via e-mail and telephone. Within a week we had finalized our move-in. We actually signed up and moved in without ever having seen the site, based upon our nieces recommendation and the excellent service we received from Lynda.Lyndas attention to detail was meticulous and she is very friendly and helpful. Our move progressed without a hitch, and we were set up in a patio model for the few days until our furniture arrived.We lived there for a year and a half while we looked for home to buy. We were still fairly young. At all times Linda, the remainder of the staff, the Executive Director at that time and others, were all top-notch...responding quickly to questions and needs; providing excellent meals; and the list goes on. We were very happy there, and Garden Plaza will be the first place we will consider should we need to give up our home as we grow older.We made many friends there and enjoyed our patio home and neighbors. If you are looking for a great retirement place, please consider Garden Plaza.

My mother lived in the Garden Plaza independent living for over 12 years. She thrived with new friends and activities.When she went to assisted living, the care she received until her passing brought tears to my eyes with the assistants and nurses going out of their way to make her feel loved. I highly recommend the facility.

If it were possible to give 10 stars or even more to Garden Plaza ALF, my family certainly would. My mother passed away in February, 2018. My brother and she had lived in the family home more than 42 years. My brother, who is 69, needs some assistance and the family decided it would not be good for him to live alone. We were concerned he would not adjust to living in an ALF especially since his life without our mother and his home all changed in less than 30 days.We cannot say enough GREAT things about Garden Plaza. From the first time we visited the campus, we knew this was a place he would love. They worked with us on everything from moving; to helping get our brother adjust to his new life; to introducing him to fellow residents; encouraging him to join in activities. There are so many things they assisted with that I can’t name them all. Plus, our family has enjoyed many of their events ourselves. They highly encourage family members to participate in their events.Garden Plaza ALF is one big family. The staff loves the residents and the residents feel the same way about the staff. There is not a doubt in our mind that our brother is very, very happy and we could not have picked a better place for him.By reading my first paragraph, you might think that our brother had a hard adjustment to moving and living in the ALF. It is quite the opposite, it was a very smooth transition and he absolutely loves it.If you are thinking of an ALF for yourself, a family member or friend, you will not find a better place than Garden Plaza.

Garden Plaza of Cleveland has been a wonderful experience for my mother. The residences are quite roomy and cozy. The common areas are warm and beautifully appointed. She is thoroughly enjoying the good food and company in the dining room each night, as well as the numerous activities available for residents. The staff is phenomenal!!! Lynda Copley made her transition seamless and worry free. We are so pleased with all Garden Plaza has to offer.

From the first visit to tour and learn about this facility, the staff at Garden Plaza Cleveland has been superior. They make everyone feel at home, special, included and wanted. My mother moved into independent living in March of 2019 and has enjoyed her new surroundings. She has made friends and smiles a lot. Recently she had a fall which required her to be moved to assisted living on a temporary basis. Ken Bolin, Executive Director was most kind and generous in facilitating the move. Lynda Copley, Marketing, made sure we had everything we needed and Nova Nahill from nursing has been very receptive to our questions and cleared any concerns quickly and efficiently. It was wonderful that this move was just down the hall, having both independent and assisted living in the same building. I would highly recommend Garden Plaza Cleveland for your family member. They truly care. The peace of mind that my mother is well cared for in priceless.

Such a wonderful, warm, and pleasant place. I have had the opportunity to mingle with residents, there is no shortage of a gentle smile and hearty laughter - no matter the circumstances. My husband and I moved into Garden Plaza at Cleveland in November of 2007. That was due to my husband having congestive heart failure and I could not take care of him in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house and a yard. I was my husbands main caretaker, but I could not have done it without the medical backup at Garden Plaza. I appreciate the care and backup that supported me through a very stressful time in my life. So Im grateful for what I call, My Garden Plaza Family! You know that your never alone. Garden Plaza offers devotions, bible study, church service,, Christian musical concerts, outings to lunch, shopping, card games, crafts, chair volleyball, birthday party, water exercise, movies, socials and community events. In this facility you can reserve a room, have the whole family in to visit and fellowship. You do not tear up your nest, you just move it to a new address. I have learned material possessions cannot put its arms around you when you need a hug, or pick you up off the floor when you fall. Garden Plaza has been a safe haven for my Mamaw who moved there last year. The staff and people there have truly welcomed her and made her feel at home. We cant thank the people of garden plaza enough for the superior care that they give.

My now 98 Yr old Dad has lived at Garden Plaza Cleveland since April 2007. Stared in independent living and transitioned to the Assited side this past Oct. 2016.He loves it, they treat him especially well, there are virtually daily activities for the residents and geared to the various levels of mobility of them.First class operation and when you consider all the amenities and that the rent is all inclusive, fairly reasonably priced.As his only child and son, it has certainly taken a load off of me as i know he is being well cared for and i will be informed of any issues.I should also mention that if i have any concerns Management is always responsive and timely in taking care of them.Highly recommend!!

My mother has been a resident of Garden Plaza for two years and seems to be enjoying the amenities, activities and interaction with the other residents more everyday. The facility is beautiful in itself. Ezmerelda and Lynda have been invaluable in aiding Mother with VA beneifts, oxygen maintenance, medical treatment, banking needs, and absolutely anything else she has asked of them. We recently attended a touching Mothers Day tea and delicious Memorial Day cookout. We are now looking forward to what July 4th brings. I find myself being thankful everyday for the accommodations of Garden Plaza and the manner in which they made this period of transition more smoothly for my mother and our family.
