Loved being here! It was my first time. Elizabeth took great care & gave me an amazing hair cut. She listened to what I was looking for & gave me a gorgeous look that was above & beyond my expectations! I felt really comfortable & would certainly return whenever I need a haircut. I highly recommend. Also, obsessed with all the hair products they use. They smell so good!

I was strolling down Coventry Rd and noticed this salon. Went inside to see if someone was available to give me a consultation; was in need for a local salon. I was given the consult and an hour later walked out with a fantastic style! Dee is wonderful. I will be scheduling another appointment.

Came here based off of a recommendation from a friend. New to the area and I needed a hair cut and beard trim.Overall the place is neat and clean, Eddy was nice on the phone and I had a good chat with Elizabeth while she was cutting my hair. Really nice and sweet lady.Overall I wish my haircut came out better, I think she cut off too much from the top. Not entirely her fault, I should’ve been more vocal about how much I wanted cut.I wish she could’ve trimmed my beard, not sure why it’s advertised that they do it. I did it at home with my own trimmer and straight blade after. If I can do it, shouldn’t the shop be able to as well?My biggest concern was how she went straight to my eyebrows without asking if I wanted them trimmed. Putting the comb through them, and nearly bringing the trimmer to cut it was pretty startling. please clients if they want that before doing something like that. Especially for first time clients.I wish I was referred to the barbershop instead (I had no idea there was one) she herself said that she wouldn’t be mad if I went there. I will not be coming back here, but it seems like other people have had good experiences here.

All the good ones leave. West side location is way better.They called me up offering a haircut by the owner but I dont want any one there cutting my hair

I came in with a really bad short hair cut from a completely different salon. I was discouraged at the previous cut and didn’t know if they would be able to fix it. Well let me tell you they did an amazing job. Eddy cut my hair and he took such care with getting the style I was going for. I’m so happy with my cut that I came back to write a review about how well he did. Not only that I love the modern vibe of the shop, and the receptionist was a total sweetheart fitting me in last minute, considering what I had going on. I can’t thank Eddy enough for how he fixed my hair! I appreciate it so much and I’m looking forward to going back!!! I adore this shop!!!

My friends think Im crazy for traveling to Cleveland from Chicago to get my hair done but when you find the best its hard to settle for anything else! Melissa has been my stylist for years and the people at Eddys are always professional. After Covid I was nervous about going to a salon for the first time but Melissa and the team at Eddys made me feel more than comfortable. The salon was extremely clean and everyone was practicing social distancing. Looking forward to my next trip!

I’m not from the area, was staying at a hotel nearby, and since I hadn’t had a chance to have my hair cut in my hometown, I called Eddys. They were very accommodating. Took an Uber right down and Jerry was able to see me within a few minutes after arriving. He was very nice, professional, and the haircutwas perfect! Everyone on staff, very nice! Highly recommend!

My “go to” place for all-hair. Staff is very friendly and professional. Vee cuts my hair and she does an amazing job. She listens and makes sure I walk out of the salon with the style I want. I have come to know other stylists as I have been going there the last 3 Years: you can’t go wrong with any of them.

All of the staff were very friendly and I got a great haircut from Chuck. They really concentrate on giving you the cut you desire and I did not get the feeling that any of the staff were just trying to get through the day. Their website and all of their processes are excellent, it felt like it had been on a business rescue TV show where all aspects were perfected.

Honestly 5 stars is not enough for this amazing place. Ive got the best hair experience here. Professional, friendly, patient, wonderful team. I love this place.Thank you Vee😀

Best haircuts of my life at Eddys. Ive had trims in trendy Los Angeles shops, no-frill small town barbershops, and everything in between. You cant beat Eddys! Super friendly staff, and I always leave happy with the cut. My wife has her hair done here, too. Men, women, kids...everyone should visit Eddys. Did I mention the complementary water, coffee, and cookies? Cuz theres that, too.

You’ll leave the salon looking and feeling great. Brittanie and the front desk are also amazing people. They try to accommodate your needs and make you feel welcomed. Great place, highly recommended! I dont think Courtney has much experience with pixie cuts because when I came in to get mine shaped up, he completely botched it. I have several sizable locks of hair that are now less than an inch long where the majority of my hair is 2.5 to 3 inches long. These pieces stick completely straight up from my crown no matter what kind of product I use to hide them; this means I have to wear a hat for a month or more while it grows out. I also now have a chunk of fringe that is less than half an inch long while the rest of the fringe goes past my eyes. It is not what I asked for and I really have a hard time figuring out how anyone would do this to a persons hair. I certainly wont be going back to Eddys.

Eddys On Coventry is a wonderful place to get your hair washed, cut and styled. Ive been going the past 3 years and tried 3 different stylists. My favorite by far is Lauren. She is very detailed, takes the time and actually listens to what you have to say (unlike other salons whom the person interrupts you or doesnt look at pictures you bring, etc). She takes her time and is meticulous. Ive never gotten so many compliments on my hair since going to Lauren. Do not hesitate to come here and ask for Lauren!

I went there for the first time yesterday. Vee was fantastic! I came in to get my coloring fixed as a previous hair dresser had messed it up. I let Vee do what she felt was right for what I wanted and it turned out amazing! She was really nice and friendly and I will definitely be back!

Ive only ever had Ed, but his staff is friendly and competent.The dude has killer style and knows what he is doing, and the shops are run accordingly.Ive been going for about 6 months, and Ive had him do an undercut and a stylized mohawk.Based on my sub-par descriptions of what I was going for, he did a great job with both.Within three minutes of getting my mohawk done, I had someone yell at me on my bike I like your haircut.Price is honestly worth it for the quality of the cut and experience.

I have been going to Eddys for the past 4 months at a friends recommendation. I dont know why I did not go there sooner. Not only is Eddy an expert stylist, he makes sure the style stays great until it is time for a new cut.

Probably one of the more reasonable as well as laid back places to get a decent haircut on the east side. Its not a full-fledged salon, per se, but its definitely a big step up from any kind of chain cuttery both in terms of quality/ability of the barbers/stylists as well as the overall experience (e.g. water and coffee available while youre waiting or getting your hair cut). Theyre usually pretty busy, so Ive usually had to wait for a walk-up, but theyve always managed to fit me in when Ive called ahead for a same day appointment.

Kelly Frances is AMAZING ! Went to Eddys after not getting a cut in 2 years. We cut the man-bun off and went with a shorter look. I am BEYOND pleased with the outcome. Kelly really took her time and I didnt feel rushed out at all. I get so many comments, and I make sure to tell them to go to Eddys on Coventry. Felt like my new home for hairstyling.
