From the moment you walk in you will love this place! Every person you encounter is great! They check on you throughout the entire appointment. Its so beautiful and you see them cleaning and sanitizing everything. Pedicure chairs were heavenly! The customers were all in good moods and talking to each other. Ultimate relaxing girl time! Highly recommended!

It’s amusing they advertise nail art when they actually refuse service over it. I have been a customer for a long time, tipped well and went to the same nail tech. Suddenly they no longer accept my appointments and tell me another day. When I pressure them as to what’s wrong or what did I do they responded with: we feel pressured into doing nail art and do not want to do it every appointment. I see it as they want a quick in and out French (even though I paid per nail for the artwork) and it takes too much time. Why advertise that service then avoid doing it when the customer is happy? I will never go back nor will I recommend this place. Take your money to a different business that actually values their customers

Kevin did an amazing job on my nails! He is very talented and I would only do my nails with him.However the price was really high. The charged 40$ plus 15$ extra for the tip and the amber effect. It was almost 55$ dollars without tip.

Been coming to this salon for a few months. Over the last few visits I began to notice the level of disrespect increasing where customer service was concerned. I was shocked when the manager whom I could see was extremely immature untrained and absolutely disgusting in his way of communicating became extremely rude in his way of addressing what should have been handled in a much more appropriate way.I came into the salon about 20 minutes prior to closing and asked to do a fill. Since the two people I normally see were busy I was willing to have anyone do them- which is definitely not like me- mainly because I could not wait and did not know if I would be able to do the following day. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful along with his staff members who see his behavior as the way in which they believe appropriate customer service should be handled. This is a sad definition of blatant discrimination done with staff members present and watching who believe this behavior is okay. I have also arrived at appointments on time and been asked to wait and never made a problem or commotion out of it. I am floored and have no words for this kind of sad failure at customer service

I wish I could give more stars because the nail techs did an amazing job on mine and my sister in laws nails... but I brought my 7 year old with me to get her nails done as well. I decided to go with gel this time because I knew it would last longer.... not even a week, and the gel is peeling completely off of her nails.

I’m sorry but they did a horrible job! When entering I explained to the manager what I would like and then he had asked me to wait till a technician was available once there was a tech available the manager explained to the tech of what I had requested. The tech did not reach out to ask what I wanted and when I asked her is she going to put in tips she just nodded. They do not speak English and service was horrible. My French tips were all slanted and had to fight to get them straightened. They were adamant that the fault was with my nails not the tech. The desks and work area was very untidy. Powder everywhere and did not bother to clean and sanitize anything. I would highly recommend NOT TO GO!

I normally have an excellent experience here. After this situation I will be not returning. I went in Thursday March 11th to get a full set done.I paid $70 for my nails to be done along with giving the woman a tip. I loved the way they looked, and my tech was really nice. I was heading out of town Friday to go home to visit family in MS. The next day two of my nails broke without doing anything strenuous literally. This means the powder acrylic was not done thick/strong enough or were poorly done. I called to inform the manager and he informed me they could only give me a discount for their mistake which is ridiculous. I informed him i was out of town until Sunday. He said he can’t do anything unless i come in by Thursday. How am i responsible for poorly done nails. I’m extremely upset & I will leave a negative review everyday if i have too

Gel and dip powder not labeled. After accidentally picking dip powder they wouldnt help pick a selection of comparable gel polishes. She was going to make me pay and leave with unfinished nails. Luckily the manager came in and helped. I still will not go back.

Please ask for Pricing:Normally, I do not typically post any negative comments even if I received bad service; However this time my feelings were hurt. I went to this establishment earlier this month which the male owner did an excellent job. I kept my nails on for 3 weeks. I didnt want to take them off but it was time.lol I tried to ask for him again but he doesnt take any appointments so I went to another nail technician which to be honest did not like how he executed my nails.I should have went with my gut when he started them off wrong to just let him take off and leave. Nevertheless, I stayed and allow him to finish and recieved a woman to do the design which still didnt come out right. I didnt really complain but just sat there listening to my gospel music.So when it was time to pay they stated $75.00. PLEASE ASK THEM THE PRICE OF ANY STYLE, DESIGN N ETC BEFORE THEY START YOUR NAILS.I didnt even have a full set but they replace 4 nails because of the prior color I had which was green. They were acrylic gel nails, long, oval shape, simple design which I put the picture online.They try to explain the cost which I didnt get mad but I felt they were getting upset bc I was confuse and questioning what I had done on my prior visit which was $69.00 and I had a full set, hand designs, long, oval shape, ombre which again was BEAUTIFUL. After they ran my card to pay they didnt even hand me a pen to right my name, I had to reach over and grab a pen by their cash register if they were disgusted by me or something. Again, I wasnt being loud or rude. I did say I will not come back which is TRUE.Im not saying this for anyone to stop going there but to just express how I felt on my second visit which I was hurt and confuse. To top it all I was going to give a tip to the man even though I didnt care for his nail work bc he still put in time.However, the lady who took my money messed it all up at the end, she probably the owners wife or manager. This is my first time writing a review and this is why! I use to get my nails done with Long. He’s really nice and was always professional. The day before Christmas I got my nails done and unfortunately a few cracked and three broke. I was really upset but I understand things happen. I called and spoke the manager “the guy that sits in the front left side” he was extremely rude and refused to give me another appointment. I asked him why? I never complain even when my nails were not done currently. Therefore I wasn’t sure why would he refuse to give me another appointment to fix my nails. When I asked him again he hung up... I was in shuck!! I called back again again and he hung up again! I’ve never ever received this type of treatment from any business. I never expected that after the many times I’ve been there and I was always very generous with my the tips. Extremely disappointed!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years now, I always get dip powder nails, because my nails are very long and I like the quality and how it’s long lasting . When I first started it was $35, then it went up to $40 because getting the product is expensive which i understand. fast forward to late march early april I went to the salon and got plain colored dip on my naturally long nails. Right when I was ready to pay they informed me it was gonna cost me $55 instead of $40 due to my nail length, remind you i’ve always payed $40 for the length nails I have. I ended up having to get money from my father, I do admit though my nails were very well done. Now yesterday April 24th I went back to the salon because they do a good job. I had money set and I was prepared to pay $55 for my nails, I made sure to check the price with them before I started though and I was told $55. When i was done I went to pay and they said my card wouldn’t go through , when I looked at the screen I saw they were charging me for $65 nails!! I informed them that it is wrong and it’s too much, and they said it’s because my nails are long. My mother had to come inside and they claim it was never $55, even though I have messages from that date when i told my family it costed me so much. In the end they charged us $60 instead, but why does the price keep going up inconsistently. Anyways I’m very unhappy, not even to mention every single one of my fingers bled as my nails were being done and the man just ignored it, he also sat directly in front of me and didn’t put on his mask till after he started removing my previous set. I will not be going back here again.

They did a beautiful job! I have ombré nails with a sweater design and a snowflake all for 65 dollars. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Definitely recommend.

The owner that sits in the front is so rude, not welcoming at all. The pedicures are always half way done, you have to remind them of certain steps.

My nails are amazing. Clean, well done and Exactly what I wanted. I got a full acrylic set with holographic gel polish for $60. They were busy and the man doing my nails was also the one making appointments which made my appointment longer than it should have been.

I waited a few days to do this review because I wanted to see how my nails did...I am just as impressed and in love with my nails and feet as I was the day I got them done. I absolutely loved everything about my experience there. Walking in to Mt nail I knew this salon was different than any other nail salon I had been in before. Was very welcoming and they had a huge polish selection. I requested a base pedicure and full set. My technician was May. I could tell she loves what she does! She was amazing!! She took her time on my nails,and gave suggestions that I knew were based on her own honest opinion and not money driven. My full set came out perfect!! Omg...and the pedicure chairs....I almost fell asleep during my pedicure!! I re booked before I left with May thats how in love I was with her services and the salon itself! I have found my new salon home! And its so close to my house!!

I have heard of this place through Facebook. I have been looking for a good place to get my nails done. Iv never had full satisfaction from my toes, nails and eyebrows. Well today this place get ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴(10 stars!)My husband and I got our feet done, and I got my nails and eyebrows done.For the first time, my husband said that he recommends coming back. Sue did his feet and she was gentle,patient and took her time making sure she got every inch, and was careful.May did mine. She was also patient and careful. I recommend her as well!My nails was done by May too! I am absolutely in love with them! This is my first time doing a coffin design and going all out with a finger design.So, yes, 10 star and HIGHLY recommended.It was expensive, However the hospitality and experience was WELL worth every penny and tip.Thank you you all!!!

I was referred to MT Nails by a colleague. I’ve been going here for 1 year and this will be my last visit solely based on customer service. May does my nails and she does an excellent job at it. But her attitude and customer service towards me is horrible. I usually ignore and tolerate it because she does a phenomenal job with my nails. She doesn’t engage in any conversation with me during my service. If I attempt to ask her a question, she responds with one word. It’s as if I’m being a bother to her to get my nails done. When I wash my hands she doesn’t lotion my hand as if she doesn’t want to touch me. So with that said I’ll be seeking a different nail salon to get serviced.

As a first time customer May was my nail tech and as soon as I walked in she gave me the nastiest look that looked so obvious that she was annoyed to have another customer that the whole nail shop was staring at me . She was absolutely rude and disgusting, doesn’t know how to engage in conversation, she makes it obvious that she’s talking about you to her colleagues. If I were you I’d save my money and go elsewhere. If you want really good nails and amazing service go to creative nails and spa in Ocoee and ask for coco.

MT Nails gave me absolutely the best experience I’ve ever received. The manager was respectable, kind, and welcoming to myself and my family. My brother LOVED the atmosphere, loved the decoration, and loved how he was treated. He felt relaxed just BEING there! My roommate received a service from the establishment and it was DEVINE. They gave her a deluxe pedicure , and her feet literally look brand new. Her polish was astounding- she almost fell asleep from how relaxed she was during the entire experience! If I could give this place no stars I would ; they are very unprofessional and not detailed at all . The lady that I hAd did what she wanted to . She didn’t ask if I wanted my nails shorter or how I wanted the shape of my toenails I usually do squared , she did round by the time she put the paint on I could notice that the shape was incorrect but was told that it’s hard to go from round to squared so now I’m just stuck till I go somewhere else next time . Definitely not going back and would not recommend unless you want them to do whatever

They are so busy and he said 5 minutes and it was 3 minutes. I have had my nails done in salons before all over the USA and for once they have never been like this. I have tried different places and can say that MT really cares for their customers and dont rush you out once you are done, they take their time to listen to what you want and make sure you are ok and comfortable before you leave! I heard good things about May and was lucky to just get her when I went in my first time and will keep going to her due to she goes over and beyond to make customers happy!

All I can say about this place is AMAZING! My nails look amazing. I went there today because I was tired of looking at my horrible nails that were done by another salon. They take care of every single person that walks in. Definitely recommending to friends and making this salon my permanent place to get my nails done.

I wish I could say that I loved this place as much as the reviews but I just didn’t. The people who worked there were nice. The final product was good not great. What really got me was that she hurt me several times during both the removal of my old polish and the filing of my nails. She drilled several areas of my skin while removing the old polish. To the point of tearing it. It didn’t bleed but it sure did hurt. After several times I had to tell her to please try hard not to get my skin. Then while filing and shaping my nails with the file she was super rough. It bothered the bed of my finger. I had to ask her to stop. I asked for a design that she was obviously not comfortable doing therefore it was not very good. I have been going to nail salons for a very long time and have never been hurt like this one. All and all I won’t be back. There are plenty of nail salons in the Clermont area. I am sure I will find one I like.

A little expensive but very good

Very professional, friendly. I normally get the Deluxe pedicure, to me its already awesome. But my hubby got me the giftcard for Volcano pedicure for my birthday, and OMGggg... its amazing. So relaxing and my feet are so soft and smell soooooo good. Will be get Volcano pedicure at least every 2 months now, worth every penny.

I go in to experience the great service. Well,,, they suck in customer service. The male I had complained on everything and everything was difficult to do. He later began quoting high prices claiming its what was normally charged. I pull their brochure and had him view the correct price their brochure stated. I would say, I kept it simple minded for this nail tech and oh yes he even screwed up the French manicure. 🙄

I do not like the new owners. The quality is not the same and prices are way higher now. My nails have broken every time like they use cheap acrylic, with the last management it was never like this. If you charge higher I expect same or better quality. I know a lot of people who have complained about their nails breaking.

I got my eyelashes done and the lady put the glue all over my eye and on my lashes ... they glue is thick and stuck to all the other false lashes until it became one long strip when they came off they removed ALL my real lashes and made my eye bleed from the false lashes ripping the real ones from my eyes ... I will be coming back to get them professionally removed from my eyes and I will be requesting a refund from them... they do not know what they are doing at all and should be shut down

$60 for acrylic full set , the guy cut me 4 times , another guy had to come help him . They are learning here , do not waste your money . My fingers are all cut and bleeding, no apologize, no discount. Worst place .stay away !
