He left “no stone unturned” to ensure we were fully compensated. I probably couldnt have chosen a worst Law Firm to hire and help through my accident. I increased the star because the attorney called after settlement with concerns about my situation. But still was frustrating during process with lack of communication and feeling like I should know what process to get through it. I hear from them they are not allowed to give advice but my understanding was they help with direction yet I felt I was left in the dark. In fairness to the firm, I was told the information I gave would be used to provide better service in the future.

Went to this office on 6/27 and after the receptionist brushed me off after I sat there waiting for her to inform me she did not have anyone available to speak to me there conference room was busy. She said she would pass information on to a Steve Young which still today 7/1 have not heard from him, ok have a nice day I had to ask her if she had my phone number which she then said I was going to ask you that.
