This practice is amazing! My daughter is developmentally delayed and we live about an hour away. They helped her several years ago when no one else would (putting caps on her teeth and a couple extractions), due to her age, and we just went back again this week. We had tried several dentists in my area (who had assured us before the appointment that they could help us), and as soon as she got upset, they would state they couldnt help her and try again in 6 months. Eventually, we came back here because they are so wonderful and help her so much. They had to extract two teeth, and 4 fillings, and she was perfectly normal the next day. They are kind, patient, understanding, and absolutely wonderful. I absolutely would recommend them, time and time again. Thank you, Clermont Childrens Dentistry , for being the heroes my daughter needed! I will be forever grateful.

My daughter has over 10 crowns, all placed from this place, and shes only 5. When I brought her to another place when she was 2.5 and they found 4 cavities, they made me cry with how mean they were about it. They labeled my daughter as difficult and sent us here. The people who work here are just good people. My daughter has now been going regularly. She was not gifted with strong enamel. But they are always so kind and gentle with her. She has been saying for over a year now that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

Dr. Mike is wonderful. My 7 y/o has been seeing him for a few years now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. They are clean, friendly and truly care about your child. I will be a certified family nurse practitioner in a few weeks and I would highly recommend this practice to take your children to and will be recommending all my future patients to him.

I had the worst experience with this practice. Dr. Mike and Rebecca Tavers capped six of my two kids’ teeth with silver caps. To my surprise most of the caps fell off the same day. So I took my kids back to the office the next day to have them fixed. After that my kids started getting a very bad smell on their breath. So I took them for a check up again to see what was causing the bad breath, and Dr. Mike said that my son just had a small cavity and he had taken care of that. After a couple of weeks my son gets a big abscess over one of the teeth that was previously capped, and I took him back to the office just to find out that the tooth needed to be extracted because it was overly infected. This is when I decided to take both of my sons to a new dentist to have their teeth checked up. Sadly, Dr. Rebecca was making every excuse not to email the x-rays to me. Then Dr. Mike emailed me the X-rays that were taken last year, not the most recent ones he had in his possession. This was another red flag. After asking for the new x-rays the new dentist notices that most of the capped teethed were infected and two of them had to be extracted. To my new dentist surprise the most of the silver caps were loose. So all the bacteria and food was getting into these teeth (the reason of the very bad smell on my kid’s mouth). How come Dr. Mike and Dr.Rebecca did not notice that??? I feel that they knew they did a very poor job and just did not care at all about my children’s dental healthcare. This is medical malpractice!!! I should have trusted my gut feelings since day one. These two doctors are a danger to your kids. That’s the reason why they don’t let parents in. Now, my two kids had to have two of their previously capped teeth extracted and have the rest of their capped teeth under observation because they look infected on the x-rays. Again, please save your kids!!! NO kid should go through what my kids had to go through because of their negligence!!!

Today my high functioning autistic son came in for a check up and clean and it was the best experience he has had with a dentist. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this dentistry. Thank you Children’s Dentistry for giving my son and I a great experience. See you in six months.

My daughter has bad dental anxiety so I was worried about changing to Dr. Carver and his team. I had nothing to worry about! She was in and out pretty quick and she did great! The doctor and his staff are wonderful people and they did an amazing job! And, to the other bad reviews I see on here, they do prefer you to not accompany your child during treatment but, if you tell them you want to be with your child they do not prohibit it! Some kids do better without the parent and they are trying to teach them independence and that the dentist is not scary. Some kids do better with there parent there. It just depends on the child. Some people are just negative no matter what! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

I love this place. The husband and wife Dr. are amazing. They were really great with my daughter. I started bringing my daughter here after really bad experiences with a whole lot of dental office and this team out did any other office I have been to. They are nice and clean. Quick upon arrival. Amazing experience! The doctor was so personable and kind to my 3 children. One of my kids has special needs and he took 30 minutes to make her feel comfortable. My youngest needed sedation and the price was much better than the previous quote I got. I referred my sisters kids here and they had a great experience too. We will definitely be back.

I took my daughters today for their annual cleaning. It was quick and my girls actually had fun here! They love the treasure chest that they can pick from after their checkup. The entire staff is kind and try to make things as inviting as possible. I took my girls here last year too, and it was a great experience back then too.

If you’re looking for a kid friendly dentist, this is the place. I scheduled my daughters appointment 2 days before stepping in and meeting her doctor. We both warmed up to him very quickly. I appreciated the time he took to explain the procedure. It’s a very thoughtful and reassuring thing to do. Turns out my daughter was very comfortable throughout the process. The front desk was polite and patient with me as a new customer as well. Once again, if you’re looking for a kid friendly dentist, this is the place to be!

If they work with children you would believe that they at least would have some love for them. Theres a certain deceitful vibe going on hers and I think I know why. To the mothers and fathers please please please do not bring your children here especially if theres any type of anesthesia. Always stay with your little ones ALWAYS!!! WHEN LEFT WITH ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL OR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS!!! There are many loving beings I feel like, but theres also beings consumed with money that will get it BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

Exceptional dental office. The office is extremely clean and they were very organized. I waited about 5 minutes before my child was seen after doing some paperless forms. This was her first dental visit and I was allowed to go back with my child for the cleaning and sealants. They had a nice movie theater in the clinic and there were TVs above each dental chair. The dental hygienists were very nice to my daughter who didnt cry at all. I got to meet the doctors who are VERY nice and they even showed me their 1 month old baby who was sleeping in their private office. No cavities! I highly recommend this office. Not very expensive either. $180 for a full check up without insurance.

Childrens dentistry didnt let me down. The wait times are usually very good and the attention to detail from Dr. Carved and his team is very much appreciated. I know I can trust them to provide dental work to my son long term. Thanks again!

Best dentist for kids. One of my children we noticed starting having tooth pain so we brought both my kids here. The doctor was awsome with them and so patient. Top of the line office to make the kids feel rite at home.

Nice office, nice people and an overall great experience for me and my kids. They have tvs on the ceiling which distract the kids and the doctors and staff were very kind and patient. Ill definitely be back and plan on bringing my other kids in too for their check ups.

Wow what an amazing team! I took my 9 yr old who has extreme anxiety he had extractions and fillings done and let me tell you he did amazing! No fighting or crying he was happy and calm and all staff were very friendly and understanding they did amazing! They were done with everything in less than 15 minutes! I couldnt believe it! I definitely recommend this place to all parents for their children. I wont be going anywhere else!

Dr. Carver and his team have your best interest for sure. My daughter isn’t afraid to go, like I thought she would be. When it’s time to go to the dentist, she’s usually excited to make the trip. That’s definitely not normal for a kid! Whatever you guys are doing, PLEASE keep up the good work!

This Child Dentistry has gone through a lot of changes over the last few years. Good changes. Ive seen a dramatic increase in customer service relations, shorter wait times, and more accommodations for children in the waiting room to keep them occupied. Front desk has improved too. Great place to take your children!

As a parent, its imperative to find a dentist that makes your child feel comfortable. Dr. Carved does just that. Yes gentle, kind, thoughtful, and professional to me as a parent. Im very satisfied with the consistency and stability they have brought to the table. Of course I would recommend them To other local residents with children!

My two girls ages 5 and 3 went here today and the entire experience was excellent. The office is beautiful and the staff and doctor were sweet and patient with the kids. This was my 3 year olds first trip to the dentist and she was scared but everyone took the time to explain everything to her. No cavities! We will definitely be back. I was very happy with my experience here. My child fell and knocked 2 front teeth most of the way out playing with the dog leash. They got him in the same day and were able to splint his teeth and did a bonding to fix the chips. My son said they were very gentle and that he didnt feel any pain. I will definitely go back and made appointments for my other 2 kids. Thanks!

Anyone considering this pediatric dentist should look at the news articles and reviews about Dr. Tarver. I made the mistake of not researching him thoroughly before taking my daughter here and I wholeheartedly regret that. He seemed friendly enough when meeting him at the initial visit but once my daughter was in the back room without me for her procedure she said he was very rude, he allegedly told my young daughter to shut up and that she was being horrible she was 7 years old and incredibly anxious about the procedure! He appears to have zero patience with young children and should not be in the field of pediatric dentistry in my opinion.DO YOUR RESEARCH!

This location is so ideal for where I live, where I pick up my son, and where I work. It’s conveniently in the middle of all those places. The doctor is very friendly and the wait times are always short. My son is also very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Exceptional experience. Great nurses and doctors. They explained everything in detail and were very kind and friendly. The place is gorgeous and very clean. My daughter went to three other places including the health department and Greenberg and Cobb and no one else could do the work. They got the job done. Highly recommended especially if your child has special needs requiring sedation.

Worst experience my daughter had ever had at a dentist office. The whole visit was sketchy and gave her anxiety. The parents arent allowed in the back, and this made my young daughter very uneasy because the dentist is often times a scary place for children, especially if they dont know what theyre doing and cause the child unnecessary pain. I dont recommend this office unless its literally the only place your insurance covers.

So sad. The place is beautiful ,but that is the only thing they have for them. Staff needs to look and act the part. I dont think linking your Facebook acct to the office cel number (to confirm) appointments . I called made an appointment and after I made it , it was changed for the following day . Okay no biggy, problem is that when I asked could I be seen today I was told well your appointment is for tomorrow so tomorrow we can see you. Then when I was going to reschedule , I was told I can take your kids, but see I have two kids in the back and when Im done I can see yours. I dont want to rush someone elses kids cause I know I wouldnt want mine to rushed and after being told no before hand my mind is already made up ! So, no the funny part . I had to cancel because I have an emergency meeting at my sons school . I canceled and what was written next was beyond me! So, with that since I need to have a death in the family to cancel I will take my kids else where! Thank you for your exceptional service , you go above and beyond . Ohhh, and I wasnt even a patient yet. It would have been our first time ... hmm m
