This facility is beautiful -picture perfect. I inquired for care for my dad and spoke to Amy Ra care coordinator on the phone a couple weeks ago. I never received the email information and yet my husband and I stoppedFor a tour this week. I again didn’t receive follow up and when I stopped today and waited for 15minutes no one was available to speak to me . In retrospect I believe they probably aren’t equipped for what we need and I understand that. I justwish they had said so .

Lakes of Clermont is a very modern and beautiful rehab facility in Clermont. I visited a friend out on the patio garden, had a tour of her private room and huge bathroom. Artwork on the walls to flowers on the tables created a hotel like atmosphere. All the staff greeted me and treated my friend with a cheerful and welcoming greeting. My friend is pleased to be recouping from surgery at a most beautiful new rehabilitation facility. Thanks to all the devoted employees who are making Lakes of Clermont a five star place to get better and back to life!

What a beautiful facility. Huge private rooms and dining room along with a phenomenal patio view. The therapy department is top notch. I highly recommend this facility.

I am so happy with the staff and the beautiful facility, my mom was there for 3 weeks and had exceptional treatmrnt from the health care and wonderful staff. I cant thank them enough for the wonderful job they did.

This facility is beautiful. The receptionist was very friendly and hospitable. I truly enjoy my visit.

My father is in this location for a week. Yvette Pack came to his room and tended to him in a way he had not been cared for since his admission. She was exceptional and he had been bragging about her all day. Your facility could benefit from more employees like her.

Very nice facility with caring people. No Matter who you saw or met it’s always with a smile from when you walk in and Kim greets you always with a smile. What a beautiful New Center. Lots of activities for their patients😊

From the front desk to the nursing associates to the lunch delivery person and even the activity director my sister was treated with care and kindness, they greeted us and welcomed us with professionalism. I am so grateful my sister is being treated with such care and concern for her human-ess

Although we were not able to see Fred, we did have good experiences with Kimberly at reception and also Marsha who suggested we take Fred outside for a visit. However, we didn’t do that because he was watching a movie.Now we know to call ahead to see what Fred is doing and also to plan to arrive in the morning. We are hoping that if we call ahead, we will be able to take him outside if the day is nice.We are concerned that not all of the staff has beenVaccinated for Covid. Kimberly indicated that more of the staff will be vaccinated soon. We hope that is true.

Dont be fooled by the fresh paint and new furniture. This place is not that great. If your loved one has actual needs that warrant a stay in a skilled nursing facility, these nurses do not have those skills.My mom was there during a covid quarantine at the facility, and the only way to bring her things was by leaving them at the front desk. It would take HOURS to get her stuff back to her. One time took 2 hours, one time took 8 hours, and they even completely lost some of the things we brought, bringing them to the wrong room.One of their front desk people was so rude she couldnt even put her cell phone down long enough to talk to me while I was trying to explain how serious it is my mom gets her stuff due to her health conditions, making me feel like I was a major inconvenience to her social life.Also mom is diabetic and every single tray they brought only had juice to drink, poison to diabetics, and the food is garbage. They dont even have special diet trays (i.e. diabetic, low sodium, etc).She went long stretches without pain meds, with a compression fracture in her spine, and with the covid quarantine there was no way to go in and help advocate for her.The weekend CNA staff are also very lazy. Thats who lost the one bag of stuff we brought over.Update: Adding to our disappointment, my mother was discharged about 2 weeks ago and was told home health and a hospital bed would be set up. Still nothing in place through the facility. We found our own hospital bed and are having to go out of pocket to rent it, but the home health care still is not in place.

Place very organized and clean. Went to see a friend and glad he is being well taken care of.

We were greeted by a Very welcoming staff who was more than helpful with all of the request for our family member.

Great people, staff is caring and so sweet! They always greet me with a smile and small talk and take great care of my mom! Would recommend them to ANYONE!

If I coud give zero stars, I would. This place is not where you want to have your loved one. My mother received inadequate care for a week. The nurses and staff were not equipped to handle my moms needs and she would be laying in her mess for at least 30-45 minutes before anyone was able to help her. Understaffed and rude. The nurses and doctors in the ER (my mom called 911 herself to get out ot there) were absokutely appalled at the condition of my moms skin around the stoma on my moms abdomen. Complete and total incompetence. When we picked up my moms belongings after we notified them she was no longer going to be a patient, they dumped all my moms things on the sidewalk while my brother went to the car and went back inside.

The facility is absolutely beautiful from what I have seen so far. They even have a gym and theater room. The staff is first rate. When I call my questions are answered right there. I am so lucky to have my mom in Lakes of Clermont. I would recommend this facility to everyone. You won’t have to worry about your parent at all.

Lakes of Clermont has exceeded our expectation!! I have such appreciation to this facility as a whole for treating my father with such care and respect on the daily. Not only is it a clean, new facility, but what matters most to families is that someone is caring for their loved one. With all of the challenges during this pandemic, and the inability to visit with my father, one woman really stood out and I will be forever grateful for, and this is Marsha.Marsha, is the event coordinator at the facility and her job is to see that all of the residents are staying happy and entertained. She spoke to me indepth regarding my fathers past and his interests, as well as present. Knowing that my father ran a very successful company for many years, and had leadership qualities she assigned him to be an advocate for the patients and he speaks on their behalf. In addition, he loved to garden and she immediately, had containers of vegetable plants delivered so that he would wake up with a purpose daily and take care of his garden!!! It brings him joy to speak to me about his tomatos and he cant wait to tell me as they grow!!We also get to facetime as often as we would like, and my father is always clean and dressed very well. All of these things mean the world to me, and I wanted to share this to give this facility the recognition they deserve.

We would like to say that Lakes of Clermont was one of the best, most modern rehab and facility ever built in Clermont Florida. We understand that its still a new facility but when you walk inside this building and are greeted by so many professionals, it makes you feel like you did the right thing for your loved ones. There are no bad odors when you walk in or move around the facility, which is a huge plus for us. Its like walking into a fancu hotel. God willing it remains this way. Upper management, as well as the nursing staff , front desk personal and everyone weve come in contact with is SuPeR professional and knowledgeable in their craft. Thanks for the special effort by the Activity Director, Marsha Sutherland. She coordinated a FaceTime group call where my mother was able to speak with six of her grandchildren at a very sentimental time. This action was so much appreciated. Thanks again for making it happen!!

I was very pleased with my visit. Staff was very friendly and the establishment looked very well cared for.

I finally got to visit my mom for the first time today at Lakes of Clermont. I understand all the precautions necessary because of Covid, so I have remained patient and understanding. Thankfully everyone there seems to be understanding as well and is very friendly. The most important thing is that my mom is taken well care of and seems to really enjoy her new home.

Moved my mother here from another facility about a month and a half ago. In previous placement she was eating and with the lack of stimulation/activities was going down hill. Now when I talk with her all she shares her PT goals, her activities from the day and how wonderful the food and staff are. Hats off to the folks at Lakes of Clermont.

Staff is friendly, therapy is great at addressing concerns and ensuring residents are ready to go home. Highly recommend for your love ones.

Unfortunately I would not recommend you I think the place is disorganized not the staff the people that run it I know they replaced a lot of people hopefully in the future you do a much better job biggest complaint was the communication very bad gave instructions to leave the windows open every time I went they were closed I asked to put the clock that was on the wall some new batteries so they took it off the wall and place it on the table 2 months later it was still on the table I picked this place because it was a new place but that was my mistake
