Working for Hamilton is a great experience . One of my best assignments since being a traveller. The management is great, very supportive and have a open door policy. The pay is very competitive . My recruiter Thien is easy to communicate with and checks in on us weekly. Jennifer and Shannon our leads are excellent, they manage the teams well . Overall great company .

When the swabbing site suddenly shut down, Hamilton did not disappoint by placing the staff immediately at other swabbing sites or vaccination sites.All the staff are very friendly, and never to busy to help. Great recruiters and communication. I’ve never had to haggle to get the best pay and my checks are always on time and correct. With all the horror stories out there it’s so nice to work for a great travel company. Brittany is the best and always works hard to get you everything you want in your contract including guaranteed hours. She was even making phone calls trying to help me find housing when I was having difficulty in a small town.

Madison is one of the greatest people and the best recruiter ever. My first travel assignment was with these folks and they offer amazing support, are easy to work with, and are all around good people.

By far one of the most personable travel companies I’ve worked with. I’ve been able to text, call, email and Facebook my recruiter with any issue I’ve had with a exceptionally fast response. I had looked into them years ago and the timing wasn’t right, something about Covid though. The timing was perfect. Best agency I’ve worked for yet! They advocate for the best rates they can so they can pay you what your worth, they don’t toy you around with low ball offers. I took a Covid contract in NYC as my first contract with them and I’m looking forward to more contracts. We had uniforms ordered in April, due to Covid delays they arrived at our agency in July! A Hamilton representative drove the scrubs for everyone on the NYC contract all the way from Florida to make sure we got them! That’s personal service right there. 5 stars plus!
