I just had one of the best experiences interacting with a medical staff. Long story short — I have an order for x-rays from Dr. and I am new to Florida. Frankly, i do not spend much time inside of medical offices (good thing), so I had NO idea what to do.Thankfully, Kat answered my call and proceeded to provide THE best medical customer experience EVER. From verifying my insurance, to talking about BIG 10 football, scheduling my appointment and pulling everything together at the end. I also had the pleasure of speaking with her Supervisor Chris — who was equally as amazing!It is obvious Kat cares about what she does and that, in essence, she is “the face” of the business, as her role is the first point of contact. Importantly, it is evident that Chris leads by example and her messaging around the client experience is heard clearly.Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow, but hopefully this is my last X RAY for a long time! But, if i do need one — i know where i am going!

Every year I come here I have a pleasant encounter with everyone. From the girls in the front to the ones in the back. Today the girl that did my mamogram exam was very nice!, very pleasant demeanor. Today we live in a very different society and we have to be, or learn to be, for that matter, patient and kind to one another.

I came in here bright and early to get a CT scan. Haven’t gotten one in years so pretty much I was mentally ready to sit forever, be in a machine for hours and be freezing.I walk In and the girls at the front desk were so cheerful and happy. They made the check in process a breeze. The girl who helped me was so kind and nice. It meant a lot. ( I had a pretty bad morning and by 7AM was already for the day to be over.)Tom was my technician. He greeted me and took me to the room. Told me it would take 2-3 mins. I looked at him and said you mean hours? He said nope. Super quick! I don’t even think I had time to move before it was all done!I can safely say this was the best, quickest and easiest medical visit I’ve had in a long time. Everyone at this office really has it together to make it a quick and easy visit. Not that I want to get another CT scan, but if I do I can’t wait to go back to this location! Thank you for your great service. ☺️

Just went in for an X-ray series. The tech, Richard, gave clear directions with warmth, humor, and professionalism and actually managed to make it fun. I appreciate the easy-to-schedule Saturday hours, too!

Scheduling , front office and technologist are very compassionate & knowledgeable, my results were sent to my doctor very fast, office is clean and efficient. I highly recommend and will always choose this facility over anywhere else..

I dont remember my Radiologists name. However, she used a thick gauge needle for my contrast, No I repeat No bruising! Probably the best IV I ever had. Thank you so much!!!!

The front desk girls are wonderful. I had to go get a new MRI, I have to have a new one every 2 years. Because I go to pain management, I have herniated disc and bulging disc. When I got the report back. All of my disk that were messed up were magically cured Ive had new MRI every 2 years since 2014, and never have. I had one that didnt show the mess up in my back until I went here, the 2 stars is for the front desk staff. They dont know what theyre doing here. And I almost lost my doctor.

Simply not pleasant and rushing the customers to sign fast without allowing me and the other ones to really read. Even though they have my email I have not received a copy of what I signed.

Thank you Natalie! I am extremely claustrophobic and traveled over 400 miles to Clermont Radiology for their Fonar Upright MRI. The units are hard to find and the facility with one close to me got terrible reviews. So I decided to take a chance on Clermont Radiology and drive the extra miles. Darn glad I did. I spoke with Natalie on the appointment line and she walked me through the process of getting my referral changed to their location. She knew I was driving a great distance and called me several times to make sure everything was in order. Called me without being asked, imagine that! Great service all around and the MRI unit was WIDE open. Thank you Natalie. I didnt get the name of the MRI tech...but he was awesome also.

Do not use clermont radiology for ANY ultrasounds. Where do i begin.. i was seen by my doc who gave me a bloodtest, and found a high thyroid number. Subsequently i was put on meds to correct this but asked to go in for routinely done ultrasounds. So i was scheduled into CR for these ultrasounds on my thyroid. Over the past 5 years i have done many ultrasounds, all of which showed nodules on the thyroid. Well this last ultrasound set off a firestorm, as a new nodule was found, so then my doc wanted me to goto an ENT. The ENT reading the charts said i needed to go into southlake hospital for a biopsy of the nodules...fast forward to today.. biopsy day.. i go into SLH and the ultrasound tech there sets me up for a new ultrasound so they can guide the needle for the biopsy. 3 minutes after starting the ultrasound she looks puzzled.. and asks if she could have the doctor who will perform the biopsy in. Sure i say.. well the doc comes in and takes over the ultrasound and scans for a bit, and looks at me and says, there are NO NODULES to ultrasound.. not one, not two, not three, but NO nodules.. so for 5 years i have been living with nodules diagnosed by CR and the firestorm this set in motion, not including the cost of the ultrasounds by CR was immense.. both in stress, dollar outlay, time..etc.. now i am not looking for one dime from CR.. but if i can stop just one of you from going thru what i did, i did my part... go get your ultrasounds at a better location, and one with better equipment, techs and docs. Anywhere but here.. today i am now less stressed, but still need to get the $2122.26 back from southlake for the non biopsy, biopsy.. thanks CR for all the stress, money and time spent for absolutely nothing!!!! Highly reccomend going somewhere else!!!

Wonderful Staff! HORRIFIC EQUIPMENT AND RADIOLOGISTS! I Had 3 Hip MRIs the first one from 2018 was correct, the next one in 2020 Was read by an EXTREMELY Unknowledgeable Dr. Totally Clueless! I had a disagreement with them and insisted they redo my MRI! AND THEY DID, AND I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME INACCURATE REPORT AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE HOW SUCH AN IMPORTANT FACILITY THAT DETERMINES THE OUTCOMES OF PEOPLES LIVES IS ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS TOTAL NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR LIFE! DISGRACEFUL! DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst front desk ladies in the industry. They show no emotion other than disgust and have horrible communication skills. Appointment at 5:45, get there at 5:30. I did just that and wasn’t seen until 6:40. And they put me in a painful position I can’t even describe telling me not to move for 17 minutes straight or i’ll have to reschedule. Are you kidding me? Ask your doctor for a different referral, go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment. Comical these people call themselves professionals.

We have always found them to be helpful, cooperative, and kind. Definitely recommend them.

EVERYtime I go (which has thankfully only been three times) I am welcomed with great customer service. There are taking great measures adjusting to covid. And the lady who does my MRI is so wonderful. I was afraid my first time and she put me at ease. Thanks for your service Clermont radiology!

I love clermont radiology so much. They are absolutely amazing here. They really care about you. The front desk to the scheduler to the radiology tech, they are absolutely so sweet and will always go the extra mile for you. I cannot recommend clermont radiology enough.

I was not allowed to accompany my wife for her cancer screening today. She needed me there for support but this medical facility told us that I would not be allowed to join her appointment because of the covid stuff going on. Mind you, face masks were not being required inside the building.. this is very upsetting and we will not support your business.Boycott Clermont Radiology. They will deny you the support you need.

I was told a cash price over the phone. When I showed up they charged me more. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t even speak to the person who made the appointment.Not a good experience and watch out for the switch and bait on pricing. Be careful.

I was sent here for some x-rays. I put the address into Google maps and was taken down the wrong roads near the end of the directions. Please take that in to consideration while using Google maps. After signing my life and home away with my signatures I was seen by the technician quickly. Almost an in and out visit. Thanks guys.

Second time I go and have to wait an hour... seems that they are short of staff.. unable to have my MRI cause Iam a senior with back problem and can’t stay seated for too long!

As soon as I walked in they greeted me asked me if I had an appointment and had me fill out a form in a electronic pad. The young lady who did my mammogram was so sweet. Great bedside manner. Nice place recommend to all.

I had an appointment today at the Kings Ridge location. I arrived 30 mins early and checked in from my car, per the directions and text that was sent. I waited in my car for 30 mins! While waiting I realized that other people were being admitted directly into the building by knocking on the door. I walked up to the door and was admitted. I waited for another 20 mins after signing the forms on the tablet provided. AFTER doing that, I received a text that they were ready for my appt. I am aware that we are all trying to conform to the new norm. However, if this is the process that’s implemented for ongoing operations, it needs tweaking. Patients will become frustrated. I was frustrated to see all of the other patients who arrived after me finishing up before me. Overall, the staff were friendly, just some minor tweaks needed to make this process efficient.

Recently had an MRI at Clermont Radiology. I was happy with the tech and the actual experience of the MRI. I was in pain and the tech was very attentive and considerate. Which is why I gave this a 2-star. However, the radiologist who read the MRI did not address the reason I was having the MRI to begin with. The report dictated everything I did not have, but neglected to look for any of the issues I have been diagnosed with. Stating on the report, no prior films submitted, when I actually had submitted 2 previous MRI reports and films to be compared. This was so bad that my Dr who ordered the MRI called over and asked that another read take place by another radiologist because he was not satisfied with the report. So, I wait another week to get my re-read (which is hindering my ability to see a specialist). The second opinion returns with a better read, but again did not compare with the 2 other MRIs they have in their possession. In my opinion, they do not have a working process to ensure quality, accurate, timely results are obtained. I do not feel confident in their results. I will not return to Clermont Radiology for any testing.

What an incredible experience. I had major shoulder and neck pain and the staff was efficient , compassionate , and professional. The fact that I was able to use a tablet as opposed to a boat load of paperwork was an added bonus to the staff amazing attitude towards me as I patient. I felt welcome like a guest at a hotel and when needed again will promptly be requested to be sent there again

I don’t like the new intake process. You are greeted at the door and have to discuss your personal medical business in front of other patients. I was told the amount I owe and had to say what procedure I was there for in front of everyone in the room. There should be more privacy when it comes to a person’s medical and financial information. The tech was great but the intake process is much to be desired.

I waited 20 weeks to see my baby girl under ultrasound, only to be told I wasnt allowed in the room for any of the measurements. I paid $113, and got a whole minute of time seeing my baby. They wouldnt even turn the screen so my wife could see until after they were all done. What does it hurt to let me see her. Having experienced other places, where they let me watch the whole process, I will never go back.

Spoke with ALEXIS in scheduling, who was very nice, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.On the day of my appointment I was met with a big smile, making me comfortable. Next, ANA, very kindly helped me fill out the necessary forms. I thought I would have difficulty but she made it seem so easy. I had my mammogram done by JESSICA. She was wonderful. Then came my bone density test, done by RICHARD. I was very nervous but all the staff were very friendly and reassuring. I thank all of them, especially the beautiful, blonde lady (at the front desk) who wished me a blessed day!Would I return to CLAREMONT RADIOLOGY , when needed? Would I recommend them?ABSOLUTELY!

The lobby looks nice. Never got to see the back of house though. Between the staff here and my doctors office neither one of them gave me the correct appointment time. As I was in the doctors office on Friday CR said they couldn’t see me until the next day at 11am. CR called me Friday evening and asked if I’d be willing to change my appointment to 10:45 or 11:15 to help them out, I agreed to 10:45am. I show up at 10:30 to check in and I was told my appointment was for Sunday at 10:45am. “But let me see what I can do “. As I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to “see what they can do” I get an automatic call from the office I’m sitting in that says I have an appoint for Sunday at 11AM!!!!! Their system has me in for 10:45AM!!!! The receptionist just looked at it!!! The “tech” says they remember the phone conversation about changing the times but there is nothing they can do about it. Then the receptionist says that I could have come in on Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS TOLD FRIDAY THERE WERE NO OPENINGS AND NEEDED TO WAIT UNTIL SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful place. Staff was nice and very helpful. I had to get my report faxed to an office and it was done immediately. Then I needed the disk and it was provided right away. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have had 2 ultrasounds here. The first one wasnt the best, but management quickly got in touch with me about my experience and did everything in their power to make it right. They were friendly and courteous. My second ultrasound experience was amazing. The technician did a wonderful job capturing my active little girl (which wasnt easy because she wouldnt stay still) and took his time to make sure the moment was something my family could savor forever. I really appreciate the time and attention everyone there gave me and my family.

I made my appointment for a day I was off work, wrote everything down including the directions. Show up, and they had me scheduled for the next day at a completely different time. The receptionist acted like i had the wrong day! From other reviews i see this isnt the first time theyd done this. Very unprofessional.

This place is great. Everyone is polite and helpful. They are great at their jobs. And they love their jobs and it shows.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my son after being referred by the pediatrician when he hurt his foot. They took images of his ankle two days after the injury and the radiologist concluded that there was no fracture but my son still wasn’t putting any weight on his foot and he would cry in pain. We finally took him to an orthopedic specialist who looked at the images that this place took and concluded that there was in fact a fracture. I was very upset and I called Clermont Radiology to try and get an explanation from somebody as to how they could have been wrong in reading his x-ray. No one called me back and they gave me the runaround. Finally went there in person and all they did was hand me an addendum to his original x-ray saying he needed more images and no one even apologized to me for having kept my son in pain for a missed diagnosis. Please beware of this place.

Awesome staff! Got in quick, did an MRI and X-Rays. Was out within 45 minutes. Any question i had i would email them and Ashley was always quick to answer them for me.

I have a chronic chest pain not cardiac in origin and my primary Care physician ordered chest X-ray today! I went today with my wife, Tere Pizarro and they registered us quickly and do the X-ray without appointment quickly! They have excellent Customer service! We will recommend this place without hesitation!

Had a CTA done on 12 26 2019, was told my results was going to be sent in two days and today is 1 9 2020, at my appointment for a follow up of my results and my dr never received and this is a CTA for my heart..

I am pleased and thankful they were able to schedule me by the end of the month while I still have good insurance!!

This place is an absolute joke. They have no knowledge of how insurance programs work. They try to make you use your insurance so they can gouge you when the cash price is HALF of your negotiated insurance rate. Save yourself a LOT of money and go somewhere else. I guarantee you will find the cash price cheaper in town.

This place has been my second home for the last month or so 🙂 It has been a very stressful time and they made having so much testing done tolerable. The front desk women (I believe names are Dana, Anayeli and Desiree), along with the lovely ladies and gentlemen who did my X-ray, Ultrasounds, MRI’s & CT scans (& the woman who would so carefully put in my IV) were not only SUPER helpful but extremely friendly, funny & caring. I was always able to make appointments fairly quickly with little wait time. I would definitely recommend! (Sorry couldn’t remember everyone’s name! But thank you!)

I specifically scheduled the latest appointment of the day because I would 80 hours a week and left work early to make the appointment.They asked for a phone number and I gave one. They did NOT ask for a “local” phone number.I left work early, drive 40 minutes to get there and showed up ON TIME and was told the XRay tech left early because they tried to call me to come in early and their phone system doesn’t allow them to call long distance numbers, like we’re in the 70s.Super unprofessional and rude and inconvenient!!!!

I was in and out with in a hour. The Radiologist made me feel comfortable cause this was my first ever MRI and I was super nervous.

I will never use them again. I had to pay $415 up front to have my MRI done. They bill insurance, which they take BCBS, the contracted rate for the MRI is $500 not the $2000 they had me pay the 20% on. I should have only paid $102 up front. Now 2 months later, I am fighting to get over $300 back. They are taking your money plus the insurance money. So they got paid $825 for a $500 contracted MRI.

Only in flor-duh can your physician not be able to get your test results nor can you schedule needed tests because quote.... our system has been down for three days. Which, apparently is just a normal situation to these people. No biggie....

Every time I have had to go there I have been over charged by co pays!!! I had to call several times to receive refund an make sure it was being mailed out. I hate to think how many people are over charged, not knowing, and will never get returns.

They are crooks. Watch your insurance co-pays because they will charge you and if your insurance says that you should not have to pay it Clermont Radiology will not give it back. I have been asking for my $50 over three months now. They are making money on us.
