Im a 260lbs rugby player and weight lifter. Came in complaining about lower back pain and hamstring tightness when I run. After 1st session my lower back pain was reduced significantly and after 2nd session no pain at all. Even gives me homework to do on my own which is great because it adds to my recovery program. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Excellent massage! I decided to try Hitomi because I was looking for some one who listened to what my concerns were. She is so very kind , knowledgeable and caring. The environment is calm and quiet. I never felt rushed. Hitomi stretched out my muscles and was also able to break up some scar tissue. I am so lucky I found her and will be going back on a regular basis. Hitomi is a very gifted LMT. She truly cares about her patients. Pain in hand which could not be diagnosed nor treated by neurologists and medical doctors was relieved in our first session. After years of chronic neck/back pain and daily headaches and going to multiple chiropractors, acupuncturists, specialists, herbalist, dietitians, using cbd oils, rubs and tinctures and pain management doctors that just want to shove opioids down my throat and spending tons of money on different mattresses, yoga classes (beneficial) and other physical therapies, someone recommended I try a massage with Hitomi.
