The office is very professional and excellent customer care. Dr Perez is wonderful and caring. She takes the time to talk to me and my husband and other patients. I recommend her highly.

Although Dr. Yadira Perez was really nice and experienced, the team she has in the office is very incompetent! Last week I had scheduled an appointment and got to their office to find out my appointment was canceled. The receptionist informed me someone tried calling me but the number they had was incorrect, I wasn’t able to reschedule that day because some technical issues with their system! Just a few minutes ago I called to find out that there are no appts until October and also the story about my appt cancellation changed! Apparently they called me and I didn’t answer!Hopefully you have enough customers cause I’m switching PCP.

They wont even get a refill for my prescriptions. Two weeks to send documents over fax. Run out of my Diabetes medications and they do not want to send a prescription to the pharmacy. The answer to this is that I need a follow up appointment for them to refill my prescription. They rather get my diabetes all dis-control than send me a prescription. This is why I am leaving them.

Good only for renewing prescriptions.Wednesday, April 14th went complaining to Dr. Victorias Office I had blood with my bowel movement. Dr. V said he will get me a GI referral and to go to the ER if continues without a call from GI. Called Friday about GI referral told by office no GI referral has been issued. Didnt want to go into weekend with possible GI bleeding so went to ER based on Dr. Vs instructions from Wednesday. Monday, after I got a colonoscopy through my contacts, the Office calls me that Dr. V. had been late to order my GI referral. Tuesday, I get a call from Dr. V who told me I only went to ER because I got mad. Yes blame the patient and not take responsibility for their broken processes. Today Wednesday, I get a call from the GI Dr. V referred me to a full 8 days after my first visit that they only just received the referral yesterday. Do you see a pattern? If they actually did the referral on April 14th and sent it to the GI, I could have avoided an ER visit where I will now need to pay $1,000s of dollars in deductibles. So like Dr. Vs says it is my fault, not because I got mad, but because I trusted them with my healthcare. They might get a call within a month from FL Blue to discuss their process.

Horrible service! Changed my PCP within a year of seeing Dr. Victoria and PA Rashmee. They put no effort in making sure your labwork and appointments get coded properly. Took me 10 months to get a lab coding issue resolved. Medical Assistants are great, but they sadly arent qualified to do more.

My wife went to the Doctor in January 2020 and in May 2020 she asked for a refill for her medicines and the doctor forced her to go to the office to give her the refill. It seems that the doctor did not prevent any economically situation like this from covit 19 and now in time of need he wants to take advantage of his patients, he can ask for an appointment with a minimum of 6 months but with 4 months that reflects that he is only interested in money. Also, the office staff when they dont want to solve the problem send you call to the voice mail.It is a shame to see how the profession of the doctor has become of only economic interests not of health.

My husband and I came for treatment. At the time I went, the Doctor had good reviews. I am doing my part to continue the downturn of reviews to help detour anyone who considers this doctor. I had complained about symptoms we thought we thought were related to FibroM. Over 1 year the Doctor sent us to blood tests. He adjusted the Thyroid meds but nothing past that. A 5-10 minite visit. We only needed one MRI to detect the my wife has been suffering from sacroiliac nerve pain. All the signs were there. I dont know if it is an insurance issue or a complete disconnection from the patients. I believe it is the latter. Now the we know we are getting treated with a Doctor who listens and cares. Oh the staff. The head office manager seems to know what she is doing but she supports her staff even if they were wrong. And they had did us wrong many times including not helping with getting a very important medicine ready before we left the country.. The referral and other staff is a joke. My husband tried for 1 year to get proper referrals he was sent to a rehab for his back even before xrays. My husband refused to go and requested xrays first. I said my peace. I truly hope the doctor takes into consideration what is being said here. It is poor to not listen to the patients especially when there is a complaint like this. Heed my warning stay away!

I have seen Dr Victoria twice in the last six months, he is not a big talker but is easy to talk to and not a pill pusher, which I appreciate. I have found his staff to be helpful and professional.

Dr. Pellegrino is an excellent physician; however, his Clermont office is inadequate in both physical appearance as well as trained/competent staff. I received a billing statement on 2/24/18 for my last service date of 9/1/17 indicating that I had a balance of $63.50. I am on a Medicare Advantage Plan and you do not balance bill the patient if you are a participating, in network physician for a Medicare Advantage Plan. Upon inquiry with their billing office, I was told he was no longer a participating in-network physician for my plan. I am just finding this out 6 months AFTER the service date? No one informed me by letter and/or at my 9/1/17 appointment...and, my receipt off THEIR office system shows zero balance for my 9/1/17 service date....so, how am I supposed to know? As a result of this, I have to switch physicians in a crisis mode unnecessarily. Had I been informed by his staff of his out of network status last September, I could have switched insurances during Medicare open enrollment and continued to see Dr. Pellegrino.

I have been a patient of Dr Victoria’s for 11 years now. He is an excellent dr and his staff is wonderfull. Recently he has joined Aegis medical group and this has totally changed the way I feel about this office. I called tody to make an appt (not feeling well) they tried to schedule an appointment on January 3 rd. The person I spoke to told me Dr Victoria is booked until March. You cannot be serious! They suggested I go to a walk in clinic actually after speaking to them I may be better off. I informed the woman I spoke to I may have to look for a new dr and she said ok.If your Dr is going to join Aegis Medical Group be prepared for a business like services. How sad this is turned out to be.

Dr. Pellegrino is an excellent MD. He takes time to talk to you and you dont feel rushed. However the reception in the front is lacking. They cant figure out how to bill my insurance after 40 days. I was told to pay $350 dollars for my basic appointment which I did. I was under the impression it was free and covered according to my insurance and the staff prior to the visit. My insurance was never billed for the visit and Im getting the run around from the staff. Will wait on resolution for another 40 days I suppose since thats when my insurance will change.Thank you for your response. I called at least 10 times at the number and no one answered. Got a message 1 week ago (11/15) that they sent a claim to Cigna. Cigna records dont show this.
