Nice try Mike and your friend Gary Rogers but unfortunately for you, our reviews is not what have kept us in business for the past 3 years and its not what going to keep us in business the next 3 years. Your 1 star review doesnt compare to the great service we provide to our clients or the other 5 stars weve already received. Its not a good idea to try to bash a company with lies because your upset we decided not to service your son due to your rudeness and disrespect with our staff. Yes we ignored your phone calls and referred you back to your case manager because you we very rude and disrespectful and threatened our staff. When it comes to our staff we take threats and disrespect very serious. We will not service anyone that threatens our staff. Due to your repeated calls and threats it left us no other choice but to block your number. We never serviced your son or have ever known you. You were never one of our clients, therefore you cannot give your opinion or rate our service. Weve only dealt with you as someone inquiring about services but we could never get to the point of servicing you because you never allowed us to due to your childlike rude behavior. That kills your theory of your wife loosing her job due to us not showing up because we never set a time to show up. We were nice to you and tried to help you get an understanding of how our process works in regards to our services but you refused to understand, wanted us to do things your way and got upset with our staff. We have policies and procedures in place on how we operate and render services but because you couldnt have your way you decided to disrespect, threat and now post a bad review on google. Here at Infinite Support Services safety comes first!

This company failed horribly for my friend. They would not answer the phone and after 8 tries he called from a blocked number, they answered the phone and blew him off. My friend has a special needs child who they were supposed to find someone to help care for him and this company have let this child and family down. I hope this review shames this company to stand up and help take care of the family!

This company is horrible. Scheduled appointment to be at our home and did not show up. The lady that runs the place doesnt return calls and lies. My wife lost her job because this company didnt do as they had promised. Go elsewhere! theres no telling what kind of care your loved one would receive is if this is how they run their business!!

I hardly ever write reviews but this is one company i recommend to all my to everyone. They are reliable, trust worthy and most of all they really have a heart for the people they care for!

Phenomenal private duty home that really have compassion for people. Not too many like that around in this area but the staff here is amazing.
