If you want a lopsided haircut or you have a lopsided head this is the place to go. Since I don’t have a lopsided head and did not want a lopsided haircut I was not at all pleased with the haircut I received. My hair will grow back out but I will not be returning to this shop.

I had to get my hair cut before 🕟 4:30 and asked if they could get me in. They yes we can and I booked my appointment . Got there right at noon 🕛 and I was amazed how clean 🧽 the place was. The parking is amazing since it’s in a plaza, so you will have no problem finding a place to park. My hair stylist was very professional and very sweet. She had my hair cut done in record time. She cut my hair in like less then 20 minutes and it looked really good. I would recommend this place to anyone . I was very pleased with the service and I will for sure be back guys and thanks 🙏 for helping me when I was in a jam . The prices were very good and affordable . For a hair cut and a shampoo 🧴, which is what I got, I believe it was 13 dollars all together . The customer service is amazing and on point . I gave it a 5/5.

Gisella did my daughters hair for her first hair cut ever! My baby is autistic and non-verbal so it wasn’t an easy task but Gisella was so sweet and patient with her. Excellent service and very professional, we were so happy with how well she did despite my babies difficult time with it! Highly recommend! Thank you Gisella!!

We typically have a good experience when we go here. Kelly does a good job with my sons hair. We went earlier though, and there is no working restroom. What the heck?!

First time in the salon, and the last. Worst haircut I ever received. The girl was only interested in talking to her coworkers. If I could I would give you zero stars.

Good cut a reasonable price

Kelly gave my husband the worst haircut he’s ever had; bald patches in back, uneven fading, etc. She was completely rude and unprofessional to us both, not to mention unhygienic. She showed up 5 minutes late and entered through the back door from outside, wore her mask below her nose, and didn’t wash her hands or wipe down her station before she started. When it was my turn, she had me sit in the same chair she cut my husbands hair in- which was full of hair clippings. I ended up not having anything done because I wasn’t okay with the attitude she was giving us for no reason. We were in there for not even half an hour and were completely appalled by the service. Will return to Fantastic Sams, but won’t go near this one ever again.

When I arrived at the location I was greeted by a lady who seemed to be in charge of the new girl in training. She told me that I was going to be getting my hair cut by the new girl who only spoke Spanish and that they would translate what I would like done. I then proceeded to get my hair cut for a half hour by this new girl. She didnt quite know what she was doing. She spent the whole time blending the back and sides and it was still uneven. She didnt even hardly touch the top but at that point I was fed up with the game of having this new person practice on me. I paid, left, and went to Great Clips so that they could finish off the haircut by someone who knows what they were doing. I am usually satisfied by the Fantastic Sams stores, but this one was an all time low. The trainer sat on her phone the ENTIRE TIME and was not guiding the new person as she should have been. This was very unprofessional and it needs to be addressed. I understand everyone needs to start from somewhere, but with the proper guidance this could have been corrected.

Had a 4 oclock appointment, but arrived 5 minutes late. There were two people waiting. One of the stylists told the stylist, whom I had an appointment with, to take the person that was waiting first and shed take the other person. Thus, leaving me, the customer with an appointment, to wait, while two other people were waited upon. I also had my toddler with me. I was livid! So I told myself Id just find somewhere else, with better customer service. I wasnt even greeted or acknowledged, when I came into the establishment. Definitely will not be coming back.

Signed in for my son to get a haircut. Kelly was fairly rude. They took people in front of my son ,their regulars. Finally after an hour one of the stylists asked for another name and when that person did not answer she looked at us and asked if we had been helped yet. When I told her that we had signed in over an hour before she looked at the list and finally took my son to do his hair. I do not know her name but she did a great job. Overall the experience was not good. Will not be going back there.

My hairdresser was friendly and gave me a great haircut. The place is clean and prices are very reasonable. I had to wait a while for my haircut but that is to be expected when prices are low and appointments arent necessary.

I was very upset by how this salon was managed on my last visit. There were only two stylists working that morning. We arrived at 9:10 AM and were told that the wait was about an hour. We asked if they could take our name down and wed be back in an hour--she said YES. We were back in exactly an hour, took our seat and waited for the next spot. Two more people came in with appointments and took the spots in front of us. The manager did not apologize for the misinformation--instead, she told us wed be after those people that had appointments. After 30 more minutes of waiting (90 minutes total), we left.Dont get me wrong, I think that appointments are great. Obviously by the very fact that the other people had standing appointments, the manager knew what her day was going to be like. I would have preferred an honest answer from the start.Something like I can pencil you in for one hour from now but I also have two appointments just around 10:10 AM. If they both show, it will be closer to 90 minutes from now.A little honesty would have been appreciated...and if she made a mistake in time management, a little candor and an apology would have gone a long way. Instead, youve lost my family as clients--there are six of us...We wont be back.

My son and I went in for a haircut. My son whose hair was over a foot long found a picture what he wanted. Showed to the person cutting his hair. Said do an undercut not shaved short. By the time my son was done it was way to short and looked bad. As for my hair asked to have the back short but not so it hung forward when I leaned in. My haircut was exactly like i had it but shorter. The person can not understand directions. Will never go back. On top of it I was overcharged for my sons haircut. He is 11 and it should have been $12.00 and was charged an adult $27.00 Rip off. Learned from my experience will not do business here. I do not recommend. They take regulars before customer order of the sign in sheet.

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to Hannah, she did an amazing job with my hair today, when my last hairdresser didnt do a good job with my cut Hannah showed me exactly what we needed to do to fix it and knew exactly what I wanted with the cut. She is very professional and knows what she is doing.

My stylist did not do what we talked about. I left with obviously lines in my hair instead of neatly blended roots and my cut was noticeably uneven. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Would not recommend.

Went somewhere else and they completely screwed up my hair, it wasnt even close to what I asked for. I came here hoping they could fix it, Kimberly completely fixed it 100%. Anyway, it was exactly what I wanted, and they were so nice and willing to help me out and fix it. Im extremely happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back here. :)

If you need a simple cut go for it. They are good. But I’d be cautious with color. They put my color in and left me under warmer and all but one lady left the store for awhile. Hair came out with green tinge. I asked lady to refund money she said no. I told her it’s green she said it’s not. But when I said I bought purple shampoo she said: don’t put it it will make your hair greener😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Gave me 30 out a 100 spent. Well at least something!👍

I have been going to this salon since 2008 with no troubles at all. Ms. G (Giselle) and John and now a new stylist Tomas are great. I have had coloring and all types of cuts done without any issues. Being that this salon is in a highly tourist area, it can get very busy at certain times of the year and around certain events that may happen at Disney. One must keep this in mind before bashing the location or a particular incident.

I have had positive experiences here for a while. If I make an appointment I dont wait past that time. With out an appointment my wait is short. I avoid peak hours to avoid a wait. I find a stylist I like and stay with that person. Prices are reasonable and employees are professional.

First time here, I signed in and was told there was one person in front of me, no problem. After a while a lady came in and signed in after me. The guy who was in front of gets called up, so think Im next, nope. Im there for about 20 minutes when the lady who signed in after me sees that she her friend works there. She gets taken care of before me, I get skipped. Now I know there is such a thing as appointments but whats the point of signing into a waiting list and being told you have one person in front of you when instead, if you know the person there you get moved to the front of the line?

My time is valuable. Again, today I waited for over 30 minutes for a hair cut. The staff made jokes, swept the floor, used the restroom, and did not call on me. I am surprised that they are still in business.I work in Customer Service and communicating with your clients is extremely important. This business is incompitent in their ability to clearly communicate with their clients.

A while back ago my mother got a hair cut and if I referred her I would get a 10$ credit on my next hair cut. Went in and they told me they didnt see my credit and would not even honor it. Then the lady proceeds to tell me my mother should of got 5 bucks off and I would get 5 bucks off. I told her the lady never told me about that. Dont ever go there. Half the staff cant stay on, they are very inconsistent and rude none of them know how to cut hair except one lady that I use to go too. And I will never go back because of the way I was treated.

Just horrible. Stylist at desk coated a special going on. So I decided to go with the special. When I got to the desk to pay its twice as much as she said the special was. Then says I misunderstood her, when in fact I repeated the special price back to her and she said yes before she cut my hair. Very very very unhappy with the cut its not at all what I asked for and of course telling me it was twice as much after I got my haircut.

Horrible service and even worse cut.I should have trusted my first instinct when i walked in to this establishment. The 2 women working sat on their phones, neither greeted me or asked to serve me. I spoke up and said I needed a cut. My hair was shoulder length and the change would be drastic so I specifically asked, if i show you a picture do you feel comfortable recreating that style. She said, well yeah. (Rude) i showed her the picture of the blonde on the right and said again, you think you can do this? She replied, sure can. Lacking in customer service skills and manners but claiming she can cut hair well. The picture on the left is what she gave me. The worst cut Ive ever had and definitely the worst service. When she finished cutting it, i asked her to dry it so i could see the completed cut...fully finished. She said, i can but it will be $30 instead of $15. Wow! $15 to hit it with a dryer for 2 minutes. Honestly people! I told her it waant what i asked for and i got a spill about how my hair was too thick or unmanageable but she never mentiones that before cutting it. If you cant do what someone is asking then just tell them so they can go elsewhere. There was nothing fantastic about this salon, the stylists or the service.

So upset. I brought a photo of EXACTLY what I wanted. I got a stylist who kept talking about how NEW she was, how YOUNG she was, and how INEXPERIENCED she was. I am in her chair and I was so shocked I couldnt move. The cut I wanted was obvious and simple and she kept asking me questions about how I wanted it: Exactly like the picture, same length, same layers, same everything. Well, she pointed out, shed only been there a month and a half and there was so much they didnt teach her at school, and thank God the test was just a written!!!!???? I have had satisfactory experiences at this salon before--not great, but satisfactory, which is why I brought the photo (and yes, my hair was long enough and the right texture for the cut--Id grown it out specifically to do the cut!) Now I havbe a mediocre to crappy cut done by a 19 year old using me as a guinea pig. PISSED

This place used to be decent, but the last two times, this place has been awful. Do not go to thr older black woman. She went so fast and my hair is so choppy and awful Im going to have to go get it done somewhere else tomorrow. Also after we both agreed on an inch and a half off, every hair on the floor was four inches long.

Probably the worst cut and color Ive ever had in my life. Im so disappointed. I went to get an ombré and I literally have a straight line of blonde and my hair is so short I cant hide it. I requested a shoulder length cut and I now have chin length lopsided hair. I went in for a 2nd time to correct my hair and it was an utter fail. I spent $105 on bad color and cut. Never. Again. I cant blame the stylist because she expressed how she wanted someone else to do it and her boss Giselle insisted that she do it.Im so unhappy. I couldnt even express how much I hated it because I wasted so much time there. I had to leave. I just walked out.

Not terrible but wont go agin

If I could give 0 stars I would, my experience at this place was horrible today. My haircut was ok but then I left my wife and sister in law behind to go to work and now I find out that the 2 women that were cutting hair were cursing at people that were coming into the salon. Will never recommend this place to anyone!!

Confused!last time I went to this salon, I told my stylist I was using fantastic sams volumizing and body building shampoo. She told me that was the absolute WRONG thing to do for my fine hair. She recommended I use moisturizing shampoo. So, okay, thats totally different from what every other stylist has told me all 49 years of my life. But, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After all, new knowledge is always causing us to change, right.I took her advice and bought some moisturizing shampoo. My hair has been droopy and horrible for months. and I never connected the dots. DUH!I went back for my next haircut and got the same stylist. This time she recommended I use fantastic sams volumizing and body building shampoo. um....ok. I switched back to that shampoo and I am once again happy with my hair.And she also waxed my brows both time. First time she basically shaved them off. The second time she gave me square corners. uh...ok, Im done with this place.
