Great doctor and staff. Very personable and compassionate to everyone. Hadnt been to the office in 4 yrs so I was so pleased to see two of the same nurses there. This is the place to go for your foot and ankle needs.

After 3 surgeries in NY, Dr Saranita got me healed up. He doesnt spend much time with patients, but I understand he has a business to run and he hasnt let me down yet! I expect Ill be giving him more business....

Ive been seeing Dr. Estrada for 8 months now, due to compound issues with my feet. He has consistently delivered excellent medical care to me, and his positive and reassuring manner has played a big role in helping me to adjust to and meet my challenges, and to be on the path to healing. Dr. Estrada is one of those doctors who you always feel better for having seen, no matter how badly you may be ailing! A great experience after damaging a large toenail which had to be removed. Initial visit and a three week then a two week follow up were very informative. I do feel that the post procedure instructions could be better explained by the staff so patient has moreconfidence in self treatment. It may be due to lack of confidence onmy part.

This office is wonderful. I’m an RN I dislocated my toe. They got me in same day numbed my foot relocated my toe. No pain at all, I was very frightened when I went in I thought it would hurt.They were all so kind and I was not nervous at all.I would recommend this office to anyone.

As usual, every one at Orlando Foot & Ankle Clinic in Clermont was exceptionally professional during my last visit. I have never had an bad experience there and neither has my daughter.

Not fun but a good experience. Was in and out fairly quickly. Results were pretty much what I was expecting. There because of a softball injury so hopefully not again this season.

I had scheduled an appointment after dealing with ingrown nails for years. I thought it was just something I had to deal with but after learning a little bit about it, I decided to take action. I am so happy I did. Dr. Estrada was amazing from start to finish. He was professional and polite. The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful. I am now healed after 3-4 weeks. Dr. Estrada and staff were so nice and really cared about making sure I was ok throughout. I had a few follow up’s but I can happily say I have no more annoying pain in my toes.Thank you so much to Dr. Estrada and the Clermont office. You guys were amazing!

This is a well-run doctors office with exceptional support staff. This was our third visit and not surprised to again see a full waiting room. However, patients were seen in a timely manner. P.S. by the way the doctors are also exceptional.

Didnt really do anything. Pulled out an ingrown toenail as best as could be done and I never went back to surgically fix it.

I’m a new patient, but so far the doctor has helped relieve some of my pain in my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and the doctor recommended that I have orthotics made, which I am currently waiting on. He was very understanding that I choose not to have injection therapy, and is offering everything else to help with the pain.

Only went to the East Orlando office once due to the clermont office not having availability. Then went to the clermont office for my follow up once. Then when I had an emergency situation with my toe I called the answering service to page the doctor in clermont, the Doctor said he never heard of me! Then I tried to call back spoke to someone else and they left me on hold and never came back to the phone! Then the next morning called the answering service back to try and leave a message for the office in clermont to please call me back and the person answered the phone was the rudest person over ever spoken to I couldn’t believe it!

Voices carry from the corridor to the exam room so I heard everything the doctor and assistant said prior to my exam. Had a late afternoon appointment which wasnt running close to closing time, yet after I used the restroom prior to leaving there was an employee waiting between the bathroom and office door to escort me out and lock up. Not a terrible experience but not the most comfortable or welcoming vibe either. I will more than likely try another location in the future.

Dr. can fall behind with appointments but is always friendly and explains everything in common language. Small waiting area out front but the receptionist always brings out folding chairs to accommodate when needed. I appreciate that the doctor doesnt try to charge for unnecessary treatments or push medication when there are other treatments available.

Great people here. Dr. Anthony Saranita is awesome! Completely satisfied and I have now found a great Podiatrist and great staff. No long waits and Dr. Saranita spends time with you. I recommend Dr. Saranita to everyone.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I only have a problem with my right foot. I was told they only make inserts in pairs. I ended up with a left insert that I have no use for. Using just the right insert helped to even out my hips slightly. Being that my right leg is shorter is part of the reason I only needed one insert. I’ve had inserts before when I lived in NJ. The podiatrist had no problem making the one insert.

Dr. Saranita is just fantastic! I was seeing him for a broken foot. Every appointment I was in and out in 30 minutes and thats including X-rays each visit! Havent had this kind of service from a Dr office since....ever! The Dr and his staff are all awesome and super friendly. The Dr makes sure you understand everything he explains and always has time for questions. Keep up the great work!!!

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. I was waited on immediately upon entering the office. Communication and care was professional and complete by the nurse, doctor, and those working in administration. The staff is very nice and efficient. However, when Assistant on that day fitted me with an airheel stabilizer I was never told how this worked. She put it on my foot never explained anything. Right after that she gave me the box and had me sign a piece of paper (which turned out being that she explained everything to me!) not telling me what I was signing. I thought it was paperwork for Medicare purposes. When I left the office and I noticed a felt some pain in my heel and discovered it was because of a rough edge of the stabilizer. Didnt realize this until I actually removed it. Because I was never explained the function of it and why there was a little tube in it, I just called the office to get information about the aircast. The receptionist sent my call back to the assistant/nurse who fitted me with it. Tried to calmly explain the actual discomfort and asked about what the aircast was for and then she informed me that she had gone over EVERYTHING about the stabilizer with me but I must have forgot! I was in no way trying to get her in trouble because she seemed very cordial but hardly spoke to me and especially about the aircast. She even suggested that I not wear it but I told her that I put a sock on and read the instructions which plainly instructed for the patient to put the devise on over the sock and I didnt have the problem with the cast cutting into my heel! Problem being she never spent enough time in the room with me to go over any instructions. When I go into this office, I usually get another assistant/nurse who when I was in the time before and any other time I was there would demonstrate the proper way to use any thing I was to have on my foot to correct the problem I was having. She would even mark an arrow on the wrap so I could position correctly when I would have to remove it and put it back on. Then because I was instructed to do certain exercises to help with my foot problem, plantar fasciitis, she did them herself to show me the correct form so that sure I would do them correctly. All I was trying to do was understand the function of this device and not the denial of a professional stating of what she didnt do. I know I am 71 and still have clarity of mind even if sometimes cant find my keys and I make many mistakes in my life, as everyone does. I also know that I need to humble myself many times to say I am sorry to have made these mistakes. Think we would have gotten so much farther if she would have admitted to the fact that she did not do what she insisted she did. Patients, such as myself, do not have medical backgrounds so we rely and trust that the medical professionals will help us so we can heal quickly with their advice. So sad about the whole situation and hope thiswill bring the importance of these professionals who we trust, will make sure that they spend more time with their patients.

Wonderful and professional staff who actually listen

Everyone from the receptionist, the assistants, the nurses and especially Dr. Saranita treated me with concern and respect. Dr. Saranita is the perfect example of what a doctors bedside manor can be.

Dr. Saranita diagnosed and treated a stress fracture in my foot that had previously been misdiagnosed, causing me significant pain. He immediately put me into a non-weght bearing boot and did a follow up with me after about a month. Im now walking pain-free again. The office staff were all professional and friendly, and the doctor was caring and knowledgable.

Orlando Foot & Ankle Clinic in Clermont is the only place I go for foot problems. The Dr. and staff are very professional and it is the only Dr.s office that the staff is so friendly that I am never nervous there.
