The absolute worst experience from a Doctor ever! Was looking for a local family doctor. All this office did was take copayment and pass you to a referral. The staff and secretary are some of the rudest and unprofessional I have ever dealt with. They won’t even give you your test results without trying to charge another copay! I would save the headache and find a doctor with compassion towards their patients.

Looking for a General Practitioner to care for your family members? Pass on this office if you want to avoid paying for appointments to be prescribed allergy medicine and the buck passed. My wife has been treated by this doctor and his office for over a year. When she complains about being sick, goes to a hospital and the hospital verifies she is sick. He tells her to take Generic Xyzal and Afrin, then tells her to go to an allergist. Meanwhile she has a massive sinus infection, coughing up green globs and I have to go to an urgent care to get her treated. I called the office and ask for the doctor to be informed I require a call back. His staff tells me he doesnt call patients, he will not have any times during the day to call any of his patients. I tell them Im willing to be called any time of day, they say no.So you answer me a question as someone looking for a General Practitioner to take care of your family member. Do you want to have a doctor take care of you and your family members who will never talk to you, not listen to what the emergency room has stated and ignore your pleas? Because after I found out about this I decided the answer to that question was NO.In a funny twist to the story after I hung up, Yes hung up with a glorified medical assistant that proceeded to tell me that I was in the wrong for expecting the doctor I pay to see my wife and take care of her call my wife back. So yes after telling this woman that I wanted the doctor to call me, after hearing her ridiculous excuses of the doctor not knowing how to call his patients. After dealing with her telling me the medical name for Xyzal and Afrin as if I was a 5 year old that didnt know the difference. This women then told me I was wrong for expecting that sort of treatment. She then proceeded to attempt to preach to me how much better care I could get if I went to another doctor. So I hung up on her. What was amazing and the twist is that afterwards she proceeded to call my sickly wife and left a voicemail stating we should find a new doctor. As if I would allow even a single penny of my insurance or personal money to ever be funneled into this medical office ever again. The doctor is his staff and his staff are garbage. I can only assume what his skills entail if he cant even be bothered to speak to his patients personally.P.S. In her flailing argument she attempted to pass off a different medicine for a completely different symptoms as infection medicine. then corrected herself when she realized it wasnt for infection and wouldnt support her argument that the doctor doesnt need to call his patients. An entire argument, because he doesnt want to talk to his patients on the phone. Let that sink in. His rep yelled, berated and flat out lied to me on the phone because she had to protect his right to not talk to me and my wife, his patient on the phone. After being a patient for over a year. That is his staffs priority.
