Talisa and 3 in One Health was a gem that I found when dealing with some post trauma after a very bad hospital visit. Using A.R.T she was able to unlock and help me through the nightmares and anxiety with just a few sessions. Reliving this was tough but she was patience as I worked through my issues. She was truly a God send and I dont know how I would have gotten through those months. She has even since then helped me empower myself as an individual and work on becoming a better me mentally physically and spirituality. She take care of the whole person and truly cares for her clients. I can say she has gone above and beyond for my well being and I am greatful that I found her and her practice. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with rising trends in her filed of practice.

Talisa is a warm, positive, safe person. I felt instantly at ease with her and was able to work through some intense trauma after my co-parent committed suicide recently. She practices a technique called ART which uses a left brain-right brain integration approach to go into the memory and re-write the story. For me, it was really effective in moving through my initial shock and grief. She even made space in her schedule to see the kids and myself on the same day that we found out about his death. She goes above and beyond what many therapists do. Highly recommend Talisa!

Talisa has been an excellent resource for our family both before and after trauma in our lives. My kids feel very loved and comfortable with her and can open up in ways they will not at home. I have also done one session of ART and as a result have been able to work through the trauma of losing a spouse and was able to see a significant change in my life as a result.
