This is by far the best vet experience we have ever had! Everyone who works here is kind and caring and you can tell they love what they do. Dr. Rodriguez was incredible and her passion for animals shines through everything she does. She was literally on the floor with our newfie, hugged him, and said she loved him! She also explained everything so thoroughly, wrote down all my questions and ensured they were all answered. I could not recommend this place anymore and wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I love the vet and the communication from the vet. The negative part is that the front desk has messed up two times with my dogs prescription. The second part that you make an appointment at a certain time and they make you wait 40 minutes in your car to pick up the dog. You cant go in and wait due to covid which is understandable. But people work, and they are taking time off from work to bring the dog here. If I make an appointment at 1 my dog should be taken care for at 1 or close to it, not 40 minutes or almost an hour. Last time I had to wait an hour. This affects my work.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Dr Acevedo and staff for helping my 18yr Yankee with all his special needs. Unfortunately we had to make an executive decision to put him down and Dr Acevedo and staff made him very comfy and gave my family & I so much time with him. We were able to do laser therapy and very grateful to see him walk for 20 mins which I am extremely blessed for. That quality time with him meant so much to me. They also sent me such a beautiful condolences card with beautiful heartwarming notes. I would recommend Atlas Pet Clinic for all your animal needs. If you have all the time in the world to wait for them to either come get your pet or bring it out then this is the vet for you....love being told to come get my animal at 5:30pm and then have to be the one to demand our dog at 7:10pm..... literally just got back from Bosnia with the Army and all you gave us was a “thanks for your patience” yea no problem. Thank you for showing me how much you care for my animal that you think it’s ok leaving her in a stressful environment for over 12 hours....take this is a warning....do not go to the is pet clinic.

Dr. Rodriguez and the entire staff are great. They take excellent care of our pets and communicate everything clearly when we are there for check ups and health issues. Their office is clean easily accessible, as well as organized.

I am turned off by the services. I thought a veterinarian would be calling back about my sick parrot. Instead, I had to call back on a Monday and not even speak with the veterinarian that was supposed to call back.Im just like, what do I do? I have a sick parrot! I was hopeful this would be the veterinarian for my parrot but now Atlas is not even interested taking her as a patient.My parrot got sick after visiting this clinic a month ago. Now what do I do 😭😭

The staff and doctors are wonderful. Very attentive and always care about your Fur baby. I am glad that I have found a Vet that I can trust with my fur baby and have reasonable prices. I am extremely happy with the service that they provide. All the doctors are great and will explain everything to you.

My dog got very sick on me, I am newer to the area and I dont have a vet. When I got there Emma informed me they were booked but she would ask the vet, they took my fur baby in immediately and put her on medication. Dr. Muniz, was amazing; added my baby to her schedule with no problems. They were amazing at updating me, the prices were fair and affordable. I cant express my gratitude to this amazing staff.

I’m typically a very flexible and understanding person with proper communication. But when it comes to my time I do not play about that. This establishment lacks time management if I schedule an appointment at 9 why am I not being seen until 10? There was no heads up about a delay, no apologies, nothing. A lack of respect for my time means to me that you don’t value me as a client and you don’t want my money. I am also business owner, I have clients as well,so if I am running late or behind I’m sure to communicate that with them, and apologize and do what needs to be done to make things right!

Best vet weve ever had! Dr. Charlie is very patient and thorough with my pets, as well as with my questions. His assistants are amazing! You can tell that they love their job and they love the animals that they care for. Desk staff is kind and informative. I love the follow-up calls when my pets are ill and the reminders when we have upcoming appointments. All of this in a new, clean clinic, and with affordable pricing is exactly what every pampered pet (and their owners need)! Thank you Dr. Charlie and Staff!! :)

I stop by to ask for a price list since I’m a breeder and need this information there’s was six employees in the counter, you can’t go in to ask question in top of that none of them was prepare to answer me any question. At the end the told us to bring the dog and they can give us a price. Apparently they don’t understand breeders don’t have just one question we have diferent cases and is why is important to know prices in advance. Not a good way to start I won’t recommend a place that you have to guess what the cost is going to be when is not even a emergency.

This was our first experience to Atlas and the staff there are amazing, kind, considerate and full of compassion. Today we lost our cat of 16 years. We didnt have a vet but contacted them TODAY. They made room for us AND called when they had a cancelation. Their compassion towards our Mario and our entire family was like no other. If we have another fur baby, we are going to Atlas.. Thank you all so much for taking care of Mario.

Unfortunately the day we dreaded has come. Zoey, our 15 yr old Dane mix was just not living well anymore. Too many issues to list. Euthanasia was the only choice to free her from a painful existence. The staff at Atlas Vet clinic were caring and professional. Dr. Rodriquez , and her technician Elizabeth treated Zoey and my family with care and compassion. They made a difficult day better, and we were very thankful.Glad my other dogs are in such good hands.

This place is just about as perfect as anyone can get. They are better than a 10. Not only do they all have excellent clinical skills they also excel in customer service and they REALLY care!

Our sweet 20 year old kittey was in kidney failure. Sunday evening, he started to decline quickly, so Monday morning we called our vet to make the tough decision and put him down. Our normal vet said they couldnt fit him and we would have to wait until the next day, evening time. We called 6 vets and no one could work us in, until we got a hold of Atlas. We made an appointment for 2:30. Our kitty was declining quickly and around 12 we realized he wouldnt make it to the appointment time. I called Atlas back in a panic and the receptionist said start heading our way, we will make it work. We arrived 10 minutes later and said good by to our sweet boy at Atlas Pet Clinic. They were amazing, compassionate and genuinely cared about us and our boy, regardless of the fact that we just met. Atlas went above and beyond and brought so much comfort to our family during this tough time. I would recommend Atlas to anyone and will never even think of taking my pets elsewhere.To the people with complaints about appt times not being met, this is why. Sometimes in vet care emergencies come up and when everyone else turned us down Atlas made time and room for us.Atlas, I cant thank you enough for your love, care and compassion during such a tough time. You ALL brought so much comfort to my family today!

Reasonable prices and good service. My only complaint is that it takes me a while for my dog to get seen. On several occasions I have checked in for my appointment and had to wait nearly an hour to get seen

Took my pup Obi in just yesterday for a drop off apt. Staff was amazing. Dr. Munoz was amazing. She personally called to discuss what was going on with which I though was rare as most places just have techs call you. Very easy to communicate with them. I called several times with many questions as this was my first time here and they responded every time and answered all my worried mom questions. And best of all, Obi seems better already :) Thanks guys!

Just picked up my puppers Honey and Butters from the vet. Dr. Rodriguez was super nice, took her time to explain everything and was patient even though my dogs are drama queens. Here is a pic of her not speaking to me after the vet. I don’t understand why people say they over charge. They definitely did NOT overcharge me. They let me know every step of the way how much things would cost and whether it was necessary. They are a legitimate small business and so it is only right they charge money. The doctor paid to get an education and paid to start a business, she didn’t get that for cheap OR free so some of these cheapos should stop expecting cheap and free. I got 2 annual exams for my dogs and all their shots AND their meds for roughly $300. It’s ONCE a year y’all, for the health of your pets. It’s more than reasonable.

First I want to thank Dr Muñoz and her staff for professional service even during a time of social distancing. I took my 3 1/2 month old Yorkshire Terrier for her first vet check since picking her up from the breeder 2 weeks ago. It was so important to us to have a first class veterinarian clinic for her. Atlas Pet Clinic is the place! After much research and review reading on vets in the area, Dr Muñoz and team exceeded expectations! From scheduling Lexi’s appointment, to check-in, to examination and finally the Dr giving her assessments and overview was 5 star treatment. Loved it and highly recommended.

I was pleased with Maddies explanation of their treatment plan and she was able to answer all of the questions that I had. She helped me come up with a plan that I was comfortable with I appreciated how accommodating they were. I recommend Atlas Pet Clinic for help with your concerns you may have with your pet(s).

It is truly hard to describe the degree of warmth and kindness that emanates from every person we encountered at this clinic. The thoroughness and competency of Dr. Charlie was just remarkable. It gave us an instant trust and confidence in him and his staff. Then to top it off, they actually charged (very reasonably) exactly what they said theyd charge!!!!

Im new to the area, and do not have a vet. After seeing so many good reviews and browsing the website, I was eager to make an appt here specifically for a consultation for my senior dog regarding end of life care (which an entire page of their website is devoted to). Ive spent 2 days trying to make an appt - leaving both a message and emailing. When we finally got through to someone (after being hung up on), we were told they would never put down a dog for age. We tried to explain that is not what we want to do - we would like a consultation on what next steps for my senior dog, who is rapidly declining in health, would be, but the woman who answered the phone would absolutely not listen to my needs, concerns or desire for the appt. Instead she was quite dismissive and suggested we find somewhere else to go. Reminder - a whole page of their website is dedicated to the exact appointment I was trying to make. Making this call and pursuing this appt is not something any dog owner wants to do, but felt I owed it to my dog to get a professional opinion on his health and current quality of life - only to be judged and criticized. Others may have great success with this place but I am shocked, and offended by the treatment I received. Unacceptable.

My first visit was with a very sick cat. Not only did they work us in on the day I called but Dr. Rodriguez worked with me to provide at home care which my cat is currently responding well too. Very caring and professional team, I will be bringing more pets here for treatment! Affordable and reasonable pricing as well.

Even with the implemented Covid-19 precautions, it was a pleasant experience bringing my cat to the Atlas Pet Clinic. The techs were very friendly, courteous and professional. And the Doctor took the time to explain to me what the results of her examination of my cat were in detail.

Dr Fernandez left much to be desired. She was cold and lacked bedside manner. My cat Winter’s condition was terrible, and in order to get concrete answers, she would have needed multiple tests (on top of what she had already had done) and 48 hours of fluids. She was diagnosed with kidney disease, but we didn’t know how severe it was. Her body couldn’t stay hydrated, despite receiving SubQ fluids at the ER the night before and all day at Atlas. When speaking with Dr Fernandez about our options she did try to work with our budget, but at the end of the day, it was going to mean many vet visits, medications, blood work, urinalysis, and frequent SubQ fluids for our baby. I didn’t feel like that was how I wanted her final, days, weeks or months to be spent. As we were preparing to put Winter down, we were obviously very very upset, and rather than telling us, “this is what’s probably best for Winter”... she said something along the lines of “well, you don’t have to decide this today.” Like, what?... this is already decided! She’s laying on the table with a IV in her arm. She’s disoriented and trying to walk off the table, her eyes completely glazed over, she’s lost a significant amount of weight, she’s a shell of the cat that I’ve loved for 11 years.... and now you’re going to make me feel like we should wait???? Why?... so she can sit with a needle in her for 48 hours in the hospital?... So she can have blood drawn again and again?....so she can have a needle stuck into her bladder to get a urine sample?.... so we can force feed her to get her nutrition and meds??? OR is it so we can spend a fortune at your office trying to prolong the life of my best friend for 11 years only for her to suffer the whole time and eventually need to be put down anyway?? There are so many “what if’s” and guilty thoughts that run through your head when you have to say goodbye to your family member, and I gotta tell you, the LAST thing anyone needs in that moment is for someone in helping you to second guess your decision! ESPECIALLY THE VETWith that being said.... the shining light of Atlas in the whole experience for me was Emma the tech! She was absolutely amazing and so compassionate when it came to my cat Winter... my heart broke into 1000 pieces today but she was really wonderful in helping to comfort me during the whole process. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Emma. They don’t deserve you at Atlas!

With new covid precautions in place, Atlas did an excellent job letting me know what I needed to do upon arrival. We waited maybe 5 min for the vet tech to come out and get our pet. The vet then called us to give us an update on how the appointment went and asked if I had any questions. The appointment was super easy and the staff is wonderful!

My impression of atlas was they were very organized. Any questions I had they already had the answer. There was never an I don’t know. Everything looked new and clean. My tech I believe her name was Emma was sooo caring and wonderful. I was nervous for my fur baby to go into the clinic without me but she assured me everything would be okay. I liked that it was Quick! When I spoke to the dr on the phone she was very knowledgeable and reflected the organization qualities. I loved it honestly. I had a great relaxing experience and I can tell all of them truly love there job and animals. That makes me instill my trust in them to take care of my fur baby.

They are just excellent. They were very attentive and caring to the needs of my doggie. Treatment plan was thoroughly explained and they treated my dog better than some humans are treated at hospitals. They care and they show it. Loved it. Call them and you won’t be disappointed!

I HIGHLY recommend you choose a DIFFERENT clinic for your pet’s vet needs. This place is a money-hungry business that has lost sight of truly caring for their patients. I have experienced nothing but miscommunication, poor customer service, incorrect information about my pet, and a complete lack of professionalism since the original owner (Dr. Charlie) left. I have had to physically wait outside the office demanding to talk to someone about my dog’s results because no one would return my calls. Please save yourself, your pet, and your money.

Since the practice has changed hands after the departure of Dr. Charlie, Atlas has become so disorganized, lower quality and unreliable. The staff are nice and courteous but followup, follow thru and communication is very poor. It also turns out that the drug dose choices are haphazard. Wait times are very long. I can only conclude that they are too busy and disorganized. Also their drug prices are ridiculously high in comparison to other clinics or pet pharmacies (double or triple price) and we found it very difficult with many calls to get them to provide a prescription with a more reasonable pharmacy. Also, when we changed vets, requests for records were not fulfilled by Atlas. When I complained a couple weeks ago, we were told the office manager would contact us for feedback. They didn’t. That’s OK.. We are done with Atlas and found a much more professional, responsive vet clinic.

Had to make a mini-emergency appointment at this clinic and they were able to see us the same day. We were very happy with the service and communication. We were a little worried at first that he would have to go in alone (because of the current social distancing) as he has issues with anxiety and prone to collapsing from stress, but the staff was amazing and we had no issues at all!

Just that I would like to be present when she is examined. I do understand that with COVID 19 waiting outside is safer.

Ive been a long term client. They were efficient when they were in the publix plaza. Once they changed location everything went down the drain. Every time Ive had to come I waited over 45 minutes just to be seen and this is with an appointment. Also, they made me come back because they didnt have the rabies vaccine, I wished they would have told me this and I could have came at a later time. Then they rescheduled a dental cleaning twice. I understand this world is not perfect but come on, every time its something. Specially the long wait times. I do recommend for you to explore other vets in the area. I will probably stop coming here myself. Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and timeliness. This wasnt an isolated event, it was many which is why Im writing this review.

First time bringing our dog. With current social distancing restrictions in place, the staff came out to our car to discuss and pick up our dog Beau. Very friendly. Doctor called us in our cell while in the parking lot to discuss findings and treatment options. Good explanations. Reasonable pricing. Solid operations. Will very likely continue with their services.

We had great experience with Atlas, especially under the current circumstances with Covid. Each team member we had spoken to was very helpful and kind. They even came out to show us how to properly cut our dogs nails. We appreciated the call from the Vet the next day to go over any additional questions we had and to make sure our dog was doing ok. We would definitely recommend them.

These folks really care. We had an emergency with our cat. They took care of her in an exemplary manner. She is healthy and happy! Their prices are fair, but the service and professionalism is outstanding!

Showed up to the office today to find out that they are closed for a deep cleaning. Supposedly they called all of the clients but I still got the attached text message yesterday morning. I was giving the office a second chance since my first experience was horrible waiting over two hours to get my dog to be seen. If youre looking for a reliable I would recommend you go elsewhere.

I recently brought my dog in to Atlas and saw a new doctor, Dr. Munoz. She was absolutely wonderful with my Ginger. She carefully examined her, had a gentle hand, and very patiently explained to me every step in the process. Let me start by saying that, same as some people who left reviews, we were not satisfied with the quality of care and how expensive it was at the old vet place.Our niece recommended Dr. Charlie and his staff so we called them to give it a try. We scheduled a visit for last Saturday.We took our Cocker Spaniel Goaly to Atlas Pet Clinic last Saturday 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time.What an eye opener!!!! I want to praise doctor Charlie and the staff at Atlas Pet Clinic on Hwy 455 in the Public shopping center in Clermont!!! Our experience was as follows:As soon as we arrived we were friendly greeted and upon providing our name a member of the staff led us to an examination room... so, there was no need to wait in the lobby! We were provided with new client forms to fill and a Vet Technician came to do an introduction with our dog and check her quickly.The staff members, the Vet technicians, and Dr. Charlie were very informative, kind, and genuinely cared for our pet. First time since we have our dog that she wasnt afraid at a veterinary clinic!First they took the time to introduce themselves to our dog, and then to do a full physical. Our dog also had all the vaccinations done without a fuzz. Then Dr. Charlie took the time to explain the pros and cons of all procedures that we wanted done with prices that are affordable and fair. Our pet will undergo some surgery and we know that she will be under the best care.I also like how they follow up... I got a call from the clinic both Monday and Tuesday to check how our dog was doing after the vaccinations and to remind me to bring them a stool sample for the fecal analysis.This has been, by far, the best veterinary experience for us and our dog Goaly!!!

It’s been a few years since I’ve lived in Florida, but while I was there I trusted the doc and staff implicitly. They cared, they were fair - just a truly wonderful group of people. It’s never a ton of fun taking your dogs to the vet, but they made it easier. A lot easier.

My husband and I were getting a Doberman puppy as our first dog, and we were unsure of what vet to go to. So before we got Koda (our puppy) I looked into a few vets around our location and emailed them. Atlas Pet Clinic was BY FAR the most responsive and the most personable. They left a great impression. And then when it was time for Kodas first shots appointment, we got there and we walked through the door and we were greeted with Hi, is this Koda? they were on the ball from the moment we got there. Everyone was friendly and nice, and they also seemed to care very much about their jobs and their clients. Dr. Charlie came in to see Koda and he was great! Extremely nice, but yet knew his stuff and didnt play around. He didnt talk too much but he wasnt too serious either. We had an amazing first vet visit and would recommend tremendously. Thank you Dr. Charlie and all the crew at Atlas!

Weve taken two corgis here and Dr. Charlie has been great. Dr. Charlie has a very kind temperament with us every time we visit and seems very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very professional and helpful. Every time Ive had to walk in without an appointment, theyve always done everything they can to fit us in. I feel that Dr. Charlie is particularly good in situations that require sensitivity and empathy towards both pets and owners.

My mother (Carmen Compston) and I send all 4 of our babies to Dr. Charlie for regular visits. This is an outstanding practice and would recommend Atlas Pet Clinic 100%!!!

I visited this practice for the second time last month. The appointment was easy to make and the office gave me an appointment reminder call the day before. The office waiting room and treatment rooms were clean and fresh smelling. My cat was going for a wellness check after adoption The staff were friendly and caring. The vet took time to examine my cat and put both of us at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

Atlas Pet Clinic is awesome! We are new to the area, and several people recommended that we come here. Now I see why. Dr. Charlie cares so much about your pet and is very thorough with his examination. Eva the vet tech was super sweet and friendly. And Carrie the receptionist is very welcoming and efficient. Although the guest vet was very nice, I am afraid their customer service has declined. For 2 days i have left over 5 voicemails as well as emails to the office, and do not get a call back. I sure miss Dr. Charlie. I think they need more help as i was told twice that this person was the only one at desk and could not call back. Not good for a worried pet owner!!!

I cant say how much I appreciate how Dr. Charlie takes his time with my pups to try to calm them as much as he can while thoroughly examining them and administering shots. He takes the time to explain everything and even offers advice/ suggestions to better care for your pets or even to help you save money (like how to properly clean teeth at home).Dr. Charlie makes you feel comfortable and I would recommend him to anyone. I have other vets much closer to my house but I dont mind the extra drive time to take my pups to Dr. Charlie.The receptionists and vet techs are very friendly and welcoming as well. Ive had Ashley and Alyssa most recently and both ladies were very loving to my pups and really showed they love their jobs while at the same time making sure to explain all their tasks and answer any questions we may have.Another important thing to mention is that when you make an appointment, you dont have crazy wait times. They are a walk in clinic as well but they do an amazing job to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner and to keep you updated as you wait. I found Dr. Charlie when I had to bring one of my pups in urgently because I was worried she dislocated or sprained her leg. They told me to bring her in that day and we were seen very quickly, even though it was a weekend and Im sure they had a full day of appointments.Dr. Charlie makes me believe he does his job for the love of the animals and not for the love of money. In my experience, he has always put the well-being of my pups first and I dont believe he would ever do unnecessary procedures just to make money.So if youre looking for a new vet, look no further. Atlas Pet Clinic is where you want to go.

Waited 50 minutes with no response to phone calls((in car waiting due to COVID)) and watching them take 2Others before us!! We asked how much longer and the outside tech said they would check us in now...Umm...no thanks!We left to find a Vet that is actually interested in new clients.Horrible customer services and unprofessional responses to questions.

Been bringing my 2 dogs here for awhile and all 3 doctors are well versed in veterinary medicine, the front office staff and techs are also amazing!!! The level of care that your pet will receive here is top notch.Only drawback is that the doctors here are so good, that scheduling can sometimes be a little difficult.Despite that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Charlie and company!!!

Took my new kitty here and was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with. The tech Steven was wonderful and so was Dr. Charlie. They all seemed to love what they do and the animals as well. Dr. Charlie explained everything in detail and did not rush me. Steven made sure I had everything I needed. Yes it is a little farther but worth the extra 5 minutes.

My boyfriend bought my daughter and I a puppy for Christmas, and I wasnt sure where to take her to get her shots, but I looked on google and saw all the great reviews and decided to give it a try and the staff was very friendly and Mallory (I hope I remembered her name right) was very thorough and answered every question we had for her from training to feeding, to other great tips on the breed, she was great! The doctor we saw was just there filling in but he was very helpful as well, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a vet for their dogs! All the reviews I read were accurate and Im glad we found Atlas Pet Clinic. This is definitely going to be our permanent vet! Thank you for such a great experience! We cant wait to meet Dr Charlie! We have only heard great things!

If you want a vet that gets down on the floor with your pets, this is the place!We are thrilled to have found Atlas and Dr. Charlie for our 2 dogs, and have truly found our vet for life. The office staff was extremely courteous and worked us into the schedule last minute, and the techs and Dr. Charlie were so great... what an amazing bedside manor! They get right down on their level, making them feel comfortable and safe, and recommend treatment based on what they would do for their own pets. (Regardless of what would bring in more profit to the office.) Having a vet you can trust is of utmost importance when youre dealing with the health and well being of your fur-babies, and this is exactly what we have found at Atlas! Highly recommend!!

Atlas pet clinic provided great service. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Steven our technician was very informative and caring. Dr. Charlie did a full exam on our puppy. He is knowledgeable and compassionate about his work and it shows. They both handled my pup with care and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff called me the next day to check up on Bullet. They also called two weeks later to check up on him again and to remind me to start him back up on his medications. Im beyond impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys!!! Im happy to have found your clinic.

We came here because of the great reviews. Sadly we did not have a good experience. Even with an appointment we were there for an hour and 45 mins for just puppy shots. When we walked in no one greeted us for at least five minutes. We saw a new Dr (not Dr Charlie) and to be honest he was quite rude. He did not even say hello to us, but he gave us quite the list of things we must immediately change about how we care for our puppy. He said this without knowing us or our puppy at all. Our puppy is growing and is very healthy and happy. It made us feel crummy, like we were doing something wrong but we love and care for our puppy very much. He had to stick our poor guy three times just to get one vaccine in. They assured us he would be fine, but he ended up getting so sick that we took him to the emergency vet late that night. Atlas did call us the next day offering a free check up for him, but as you can imagine we didnt really want to return. I have no idea how our experience would have been if we had seen the main vet, but I cannot recommend the new vet at this time.

BEST VET I have ever been too! I have been going here for years and they have been there for my pup Reese and I when she had her seizure and when she had gotten sick just a few days ago. Animal care is always number 1 with them! I dont trust anyone else. I have been recommending them to everyone I know and they all have nothing but great things to say. They are getting very busy because they are so great! Well worth the wait.🐶Also they follow up immediately the next day which is amazing!

Just some info here. If something is wrong with your animal basic diagnostics (bloodwork, X-rays) are going to set you back $500. Every test after that is like $50. Every medication seems to be $40. By the time we got through the basics I was tapped out financially. Still didn’t know what was wrong after $630. Even though bloodwork pointed to a fairly healthy cat they wanted to hospitalize and give fluids for dehydration. No telling how much that would have cost. I refused. Sent home with $90 worth of antibiotics. Cat is still alive but god forbid it had been something more serious because this place is too expensive to receive treatment.

Wonderful experience. The initial call to schedule was answered by Jessica- she was very friendly and answered all of mu questions. I took my two cats on separate appointments, and Dr. Charlie was amazing. His techs were wonderful as well- Eva and a young male tech were super gentle with my elderly cat. Tiffany and Ashley were experts with handling my big Maine Coon cat, and Alyssa was also very sweet. A+++ for all of the informative care and gentle handling of my cats!!

Best. Vet. Ever! We took our new kitten to Atlas today for her first visit. The entire Atlas staff was so friendly and approachable! We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. They were all super friendly, informative, and were happy to answer any questions we had. In addition to being so great to people, it was awesome to see the way they all interact with the pets. You can tell that each member of the Atlas team truly loves animals and what they do. We are new to the area and needed a vet...I am SO happy we went to Atlas. We will be long time patients!!

Gary White Dr. Charlie and his staff are phenomenal. They gave quality and affordable care to my fur babies as well as my brother and sister-in-laws fur babies. While my brother and wife were out of town their beloved Amber puppy developed an eye ulcer. Dr. Charlie and the staff were compassionate and competent while holistically attending to Ambers needs. Atlas is such a great vet to take your pets to. They actually care about your animals as much as you do. They always answer phone calls, has great operating hours and calls the next day to follow up and make sure everything is okay. I couldnt ask for a better and more thorough veterinarian. The doctor actually takes his time looking over everything and answers any questions. We switched from another vet down the street but the extra little bit of a drive is well worth it for their service!

We took our newly adopted dog Duke and they were wonderful.

I took my dog Diamond in to get her shots updated in preparation of her spay in January. I get very nervous taking my animal anywhere, but I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. My dog loved the veterinarian and his tech. They hugged on her and kissed her so much, she didn’t even cry like she usually does in a vet office. She happily pranced out with the tech Ashley when she needed to do her blood work. I recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for a new vet in the Orlando area. It’s worth the drive, trust me - I live 3 hours away!

Dr Charlie and his staff are caring, kind and considerate! I am so happy I found them after moving from Indiana! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage my fur baby’s health!! Top notch in all areas! Looking forward to our next visit in March/April 🐾🐶

Great staff who always takes special care of both my dogs!

After being on hold for 30 mins I was quoted one price and was ready to make an appointment. Then the young lady says hold on and places me on hold. she then says that the doctor overheard her conversation and told her she miss quoted me for the price and that might cats vaccinations had to be up to date. Although I called around numerous animal hospitals none of them said this. So the price went from $150 2 $300 in the matter of seconds. I laughed it off and told him no thank you and hung up. But the fact that I was left on hold so long and then miss quoted seems like this place is just out to make money and nothing more. I would never go here and I avoid it like the plague

Dr Charlie and his team are STELLAR! They have taken such good care of my cat over the past two years.I would highly recommend this team, due to their accurate diagnosis and compassion they give to both you and your fur baby.It can be a long wait, but that is because they take their time with you. Although I do not enjoy taking her, I appreciate the care she receives here.

We have brought our dogs and cats here for years and always get honesty and compassion. Cannot ask for better people to take care of our babies!!

Took my 10 yr old yellow lab Max to Atlas. It had been YEARS since I brought him to a vet. They were a bit busy, but had rave reviews so I figured it was time to become a regular at the vet. The reviews were all right! The wait was a bit long but i suspect thats because they are so good. Friendly, professional, and the vet explained everything and all options thoroughly.

We had our first vet visit for our new puppy last week. The receptionist Jessica was very helpful with scheduling our appointment and also very friendly when she welcomed us into the office. Maddie was our technician and she was awesome! We absolutely loved Dr. Charlie, he was very caring and knowledgeable. We are excited to come back for Taigas future visits!!!

Dr. Charlie & his staff were a blessing to an answered prayer. After speaking with him personally on the telephone, I knew I had to go in & meet this kind, humble sounding Vet. His patience with me over the phone as well as in the office proved he was the type of Dr. I wanted caring for our 2 pups! His wife & the 3 other women who welcomed us with smiles & open arms are the people we look forward to doing business with always!!Im so thankful to God for bringing us to Atlas Pet Clinic where we dont have to travel far from home. Their previous Vet care was out of state & then we were going across town. Either way both of those places were wonderful just a bit too far.Now that weve found Dr. Charlie, I can save gas & $$$$.Dr. Charlie is very professional as well as very warm & caring. He took the time to teach me ways to save on our pets health & save in our pocket books! He is a genuine, experienced, knowledgeable, considerate, and rare person in his field!!!!

Very impressed with this clinic.Have been going to another vet for 14 years, but became dissatisfied when one of my dogs was not properly diagnosed and we ended up having to put her down due to cancer. Researched this clinic and found it to be some place I wanted to take my new puppies. Dr. Charlie is warm, friendly and thoughtful. He was very thorough with the puppies and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet that they want taken care of. The staff is professional and the prices are reasonable. This is no longer the place Dr. Charlie created. The wait time has gotten increasingly longer. Things that Dr Charlie could diagnose by looking or by smell now is a “test” for $50. Just nickel and diming you every chance they get. It’s a shame. Dr Charlie created a great atmosphere and business that has been flushed down the toilet.

This place is INCREDIBLE. I haven’t seen any reviews from parents with aggressive or semi aggressive dogs, and I wanted to leave one to ease the minds of fearful/anxious pet parents like me. My dog Rocky can be aggressive and/or overly excitable with new people and new places. Every single person who has helped us has been wonderful. They handle his jumping and obsessive need for attention with patience, love and ease. I walked in with my dog and the two of us were like a wrecking ball - anxious, nervous and crazy. The receptionist Arianna, the vet tech Steven - I literally can’t say enough good things. Rocky is currently in their treatment area being tended to. Dr. Esteban was amazing - kind and understanding. It is evident by the staff we’ve encountered and the cleanliness of the common area and room that these guys really truly care for your babies. I won’t be taking Rocky anywhere else, and recommend that you don’t take your pets anywhere else either! They are amazing, fantastic, incredible humans who make you feel welcome and not at all bad that your dogs nails are LONG overdue for a trim. Thank you a million times over, Atlas. I am thrilled to have found you.
